14/07/2026: I went there three times. The first two times I wasn't served because "we're out of bread"—surprising for a sandwich chain. And the third time, the icing on the cake: "We're closed" at 11:50 PM. This was the response from a young man on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. I imagine this young man wanted to watch the second half of the game; he's probably paid to do so. I'd like to see Subway's contracts... Not a fan of the business at all; don't go.

14/07/2026: We arrived at 9:50 PM and were refused service. If you don't want to work, you might as well not open at all. Between the other day when you didn't have any bread and today when you're closing at unspecified hours…

21/08/2026: What a disappointment! Undercooked fries, roughly chopped kebab meat swimming in an unbelievable amount of sauce, over-toasted bread, and the wrong drink. Nothing is right at this restaurant.

29/06/2026: I don't understand why there's no Wi-Fi. It's 2026! That's the bare minimum you can offer your customers!

22/05/2026: Horrible stay…horrible is the word. I have never, ever seen a hotel as noisy as this one. It was impossible to get any proper rest, and the soundproofing was nonexistent. The other guests had absolutely no respect for being so noisy; it was shameful. However, the location is great, with everything nearby, and the room was clean.

07/05/2026: We're in a 3-star hotel?! The rooms have been renovated, but not the toilets, which are covered in limescale. The walls aren't either; you can clearly hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms. The new heating system is very noisy for the rooms located at the entrance to the parking lot. Luckily, the receptionist is helpful. But it's not worth 3 stars.

24/08/2026: A very bad experience at Wok & Sushi in Lille. The chicken clearly tasted spoiled and the noodles were dry, so the meal was truly awful. Unfortunately, the service didn't improve things: the staff was unpleasant and unwelcoming. When I simply asked for salad to go with the spring rolls, a waitress even started laughing, which I found frankly inappropriate. Between the quality of the food and the staff's attitude, I do not recommend this establishment.

18/08/2026: Catastrophic!!! That's the only word that describes the incredibly cold and unpleasant welcome from the staff who have absolutely no idea what customer service is. I will never go back!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

06/07/2026: Pricing is based on appearance; he types whatever prices he wants on the payment terminal. One of the reasons why the neighborhood is so noisy.

05/03/2026: A real nuisance for the whole neighborhood; groups of unemployed people loiter in front of the entrance, doing nothing but shouting and playing music. A constant disturbance, day and night. The owners or the town hall need to take action quickly.

03/02/2026: Extremely disappointing, a disastrous experience. Dishes were served after 2 hours and 10 minutes and were of very low quality, with exorbitant prices compared to what was actually on the plate.

01/02/2026: What can I say... the team has changed, and even though the welcome is friendly, the place is completely different. Aux Éphérites was long among the top 10 restaurants in Lille: a great selection of wines, bold and original cuisine... But unfortunately, that was then... There's practically nothing on the menu, the food is bland, and the service is awkward... The owner did offer us drinks, admittedly on his own initiative, but it's not the same at all. We were a bit disappointed because we were used to the previous version, and it's clear that the place is no longer worth the trip.

30/10/2025: I arrived at 12:30 PM (during opening hours) and was surprised to find Mezzo Di Pasta closed (see photo) with no sign or information. I tried calling, but there was no answer. There was no information on social media or the internet either. I think there's a serious lack of communication, which is a real shame, because I used to enjoy coming here. I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch break walking only to find a closed shutter and no information... PS: I can still change my vote if there's an apology and an explanation for what's happening!

16/04/2026: Disgusting food, served cold and barely cooked, hygiene is nonexistent, avoid at all costs

17/02/2026: False advertising, it doesn't close at 2am, I arrived at 1am and it was closed

21/07/2026: Unfriendly staff, dirty and outdated interior, dilapidated toilets, serves all the drunken meat from surrounding merchants until the early morning or even noon (hello to the staff of La Chicorée), watch out for your alcohol license, Khedive!

01/07/2026: I do not recommend this place. The waitress was not at all welcoming and was unpleasant. We had barely sat down when she jumped down our throats, demanding to know what we wanted. We replied that we hadn't decided yet and needed five minutes. She struggled to understand, giving us a very unfriendly look as if we had just spoken a different language. We repeated that we would like her to come back in a few minutes because we hadn't decided yet. She responded in a haughty and nasty tone that if we wanted to sit down, we had to order immediately. She didn't give us a menu to choose from; we had to ask for it. She also forgot to bring one of our three drinks.

22/08/2026: Run away! They charged me for extra items I didn't even ask for and couldn't cancel because I'd already paid. I'm not one of those people for whom a few euros can make a difference, but for others, those few euros can be crucial to their daily lives. If the cashier wasn't on her phone and focused on her workstation, this kind of thing wouldn't happen!
