13/07/2026: A memorable experience… but not for the right reasons. First of all, it's always nice to see products on display that aren't even available in the store. A truly original concept: selling a dream. Then there are the prices… €4 for a simple orange juice? Thanks for this trip into luxury; I didn't realize I'd entered a palace. Let's talk about the queue: a 20-minute wait in a bakery in the morning is impressive. People often come before work, but clearly their schedules are less important than the store's organization. Only one person at the till during peak hours—they had some nerve. And the coffee… €1.90 for the equivalent of a sip. At that price, I thought I'd at least get to take the cup home as a souvenir. But no, just a tiny amount of coffee and a strong feeling of having been ripped off. In short, between missing products, outrageous prices and endless waiting, there are clearly some points to review.

07/07/2026: Very fast service, lovely location surrounded by trees. Had the mocha and apricot pastry which were both delicious, also gave me a little free pastry which was super lovely of them. Definitely recommend!

22/07/2026: A few unfair reviews about the services on here which I think isn’t fair or accurate. Great service. Great food. Great price. Would recommend. Based on a very quiet street opposite the canal. Lots of seating outside. Older gentleman serving us was great

19/07/2026: Appalling service. We dealt with the owner who barely looked at us, rolled his eyes when we asked about how we wanted our meat cooked, forgot to bring half of our appetizers, and when we asked for them again after our main courses arrived, he had the nerve to reply: "You should have ordered them earlier!" The food is good and the portions are quite generous, but if this is the kind of service we're going to receive, no thank you.

20/05/2026: Hello everyone, so to sum it up, the tall bartender, missing two teeth and sporting a spider tattoo on his neck, who already looked pretty drunk, came over and told us to "take a bite" while unplugging our darts game, all to keep the party going until 1:15 AM when bars close at 1:00 AM. His attitude needs improvement; it's not the first time this has happened... Not to mention that he refused to serve us, making a slightly homophobic joke as an excuse. In short, I wouldn't recommend going there if he's around... and it would be good if the manager reviewed the bartenders' behavior. Furthermore, I don't think I'm the first reviewer to experience this kind of thing from this infamous "one-toothed" guy from the Phantom Brigade...

02/06/2026: I booked a night for myself and a contractor for an evening out at a bar near the hotel. My contractor had a terrible night, attacked by bedbugs with two bites, one of which was in his eye. The management's response was, "It's certainly my contractor who brought them in with him..." Putting aside the inappropriate humor, I think this establishment should be avoided at all costs; it has absolutely no respect for its customers or for hygiene.

27/08/2026: 0/10 I ordered a gin for €7, he gave me a glass with a horrible amount of alcohol and didn't even give me the can. €7 for this crap

19/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at Domino's. I must say, however, that the young woman who was there was very friendly, smiling, and pleasant. On the other hand, the man at the checkout, a rather burly fellow, was very haughty and unpleasant in the way he spoke to me, to the point of making me feel really uncomfortable. It's a shame, because customer service is extremely important. I won't be going back, mainly because of this person. I hope my feedback will be taken into account.

07/07/2026: Friendly staff. We ordered an iced caramel latte, banana frappuccino, and flat white. Also a brookie and Nutella muffin afterwards. It all tasted very good.

05/07/2026: Had a salmon bagel it was like trying to eat a boulder the bread was rock solid, salad inside was too mushy to eat, I think it was a tomato in there but who knows and the coffee was hotter than the surface of the sun so was too bitter to drink

11/07/2026: I think this is one of the worst restaurants you can find in Lille. The food is bland and uninteresting; everything is reheated and freshly microwaved. Not to mention the sweet and sour sauce, which tastes like ketchup diluted with water and sugar. The dishes gave me indigestion, as I don't think they adhere to hygiene standards. I strongly advise against going there.

16/06/2026: I was extremely disappointed. I was greeted by a man on the phone, but just as I was about to be served, he interrupted me to answer a voicemail. There was no salad or mint to accompany the spring rolls. When I got home, the rice was completely dry, as if it had been cooked the day before. I had ordered eight spring rolls, but I only received four. There was no compensation offered for the lack of mint and salad. On top of that, we had to pay extra for the steaming sauces and spring rolls, and the fried rice tasted like soap! I will never go back!

18/08/2026: It's closed this Tuesday evening, August 18th, even though Google says it's open until 11:30 PM 😭 We made the trip for nothing

30/06/2026: Honestly, the welcome was terrible. The owner throws cigarette butts around the restaurant, the cook is barely smiling, the atmosphere is incredibly tense, there are cockroaches on the walls, the bread rolls are filthy, there are tons of flies, and the owner gets into an argument with the cook in the restaurant over cigarettes. The owner even yells at his child in the restaurant in front of everyone for silly things like, get this, "Hit the autistic kids!" or something like that. Now, let's talk about the food. First of all, you have to wait 40 minutes to be served; second, it arrives completely cold and hard; and third, I've even found hairs in it. When you complain, the staff gets angry. As for the prices, don't even get me started. They charge exorbitant prices, that's all I have to say. I advise you never to set foot in this place.

17/07/2026: I didn't know the steak sandwich contained chicken, it's simply disgusting, the bread is as revolting as the minced fat steak, I do not recommend it at all!

20/06/2026: The hygiene leaves much to be desired. There were high-fives between customers and kitchen staff without handwashing, the kebabs weren't great, and neither was the service. I don't recommend it.

14/07/2026: I went there three times. The first two times I wasn't served because "we're out of bread"—surprising for a sandwich chain. And the third time, the icing on the cake: "We're closed" at 11:50 PM. This was the response from a young man on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. I imagine this young man wanted to watch the second half of the game; he's probably paid to do so. I'd like to see Subway's contracts... Not a fan of the business at all; don't go.

14/07/2026: We arrived at 9:50 PM and were refused service. If you don't want to work, you might as well not open at all. Between the other day when you didn't have any bread and today when you're closing at unspecified hours…
