My only slight complaint is that I found the €3 vegetable supplement rather expensive, especially since I hadn't ordered the salad that was initially offered.
But that's just a minor point, as the value for money is more than positive. An experience to repeat! 😁
Adding to my previous comment... An experience I repeat regularly, by the way. I also want to give a big thumbs up to the staff and the owner!

09/03/2026: We went to this restaurant as a family with a tight schedule because we had to see a show later that evening. Our requests were well accommodated, the staff were very pleasant, and the food was good quality and well prepared. I recommend it.

03/03/2026: A wonderful discovery for us in a beautiful setting overlooking the pedestrian street from a slightly elevated vantage point.
The meal was delicious from start to finish.
The slice of calf's liver was very generous, perhaps too generous 😅
The service was impeccable.
Our only regret was the waiter's mistake when taking our dessert order, but it didn't detract from our otherwise excellent experience.
I highly recommend it.

I went without a reservation at the last minute, and once I arrived early, and each time they managed to find me a table (one for two and one for three). Each time the service, the welcome, and the food were all excellent. We'll definitely be back.
