25/08/2024: Surprise from my darling upon returning from a stay in Belgium. I thought at one point that my sweetheart wanted to place me in a nursing home when she discovered the facade of this hotel 😁. More seriously, a beautiful hotel (a former hospital), tastefully restored. Beautifully decorated room. Professional and friendly staff (except for the spa…), a very beautiful indoor swimming pool (on the site of the old hospital morgue…. brouuuu). On the good side, the spa is bad, very bad. Sauma broken (and it seems recurring here, sometimes it's the sauna, sometimes the hammam), it's a shame/detrimental when you book in a spa & resort hotel and pay the price. And then the semi-permanent manicure which doesn't last 1 day... blah blah blah.

23/08/2024: Stayed here in the first week of August. The hotel has a problem with the odors. This needs to be looked into urgently. In some places in the corridors it smells damp and unpleasant. For me the hotel loses a lot of points because of the spa. We booked a night here because of the sauna and hammam. The sauna was broken. That can of course happen, but it could be mentioned when making a telephone reservation. The biggest problem for me was the mold smell in the hammam. This clearly needs urgent maintenance, this smell is not normal. You let your customers breathe unhealthy air and that is actually not okay. I was very disappointed. This odor indicates abnormal growth of bacteria through the moisture. In the locker room where I changed, the first one you come to on the right, it smelled like urine. It also smells bad in the pool area. I sincerely hope that you will get started on this. The building is phenomenal, the staff is friendly and we really enjoyed the room, but for such a beautiful hotel this is really just a shame.

28/09/2024: I am modifying my opinion which I had posted more than a year ago, I went back and frankly I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement, the opinions were taken into account, I ate very well quality and homemade product we did not wait long and I also left a small tip to the waiter for his professionalism. Frankly it's very good on all points given that I am very satisfied I will return there without hesitation.

28/09/2024: Attentive and discreet service, reserved table to be a little quiet, it was perfect. Board to share ideal as an aperitif and the mussels were delicious. A good time.

19/08/2024: We went to this restaurant based on a review…but we were really disappointed! Very slow service (more than 1h30 of waiting) to receive our cold dishes and the quantities let's not talk about it...Nothing extraordinary!

27/08/2024: The atmosphere was okay, quite intimate when there are few people. On a Thursday evening (9 p.m. to 10 p.m.), I would have expected more than just my duo and another group of 2 people. The place is very small on the other hand, a wheelchair would not fit, or with difficulty. The service was okay too. Not the best of the best but the person serving remained cordial, polite and kind. For cooking, a simple pasta dish and a simple pizza were taken. It was delicious, no complaints about the quantity. For desserts, a (dark) chocolate cake and a tiramisu. Same, delicious as can be and not heavy. Regarding the drinks, they were expensive. €4 for orange juice from a glass bottle, €4.50 for a coke also from a glass bottle. Not sure it's worth this price. In the end, still a good experience. I might come back.
