I recommend 100%. The manager is very pleasant, she always looks for a way to please you with a smile.
The waffles are always excellent and very good value for money. Plus the toppings are generous.

28/08/2024: Very clean place, the staff is super pleasant, I ordered a very hearty and super tender piece from the butcher, the fries were also delicious, my colleague had the liguines carbonara, the cooking of the pasta was perfect and the niquel sauce. I highly recommend this establishment

23/08/2024: Pizza Toto Bistro is an address not to be missed, to eat pizzas made the old-fashioned way by a boss and especially cooked over a wood fire... Very well stocked for all recipes and what a PLEASURE to be able to STILL eat such QUALITY of PIZZAS in Valenciennes!!!
I highly recommend this establishment to have a good time with family or friends...
