16/09/2024: Very pleasant restaurant, very welcoming with beautiful decor. The waiter Alex is very friendly, we ate well without waiting. Good value for money, we tried the Milkshake for the first time and we loved it. We had a great time. 🙂

11/08/2024: The waiter made a fix on one of my friends, very inappropriate and clingy, not professional at all and very unhealthy... we should also note that the waiter must have been at least twice as old as her... In terms of cuisine, the dishes are very good even if the prices are very high. The waitresses at least were pleasant, not like their colleagues...

27/08/2024: Tried a caramel pork... Really not good. The pork there are 5 pieces and it is dry, ultra dry, it lacks simmering and marinade before cooking. I imagine there are good things on the menu but I strongly advise against the caramel pork. The waitress is alone in the room and struggles as best she can.

21/09/2024: Dear chip shop, First time the fries are finished. PETITE FRITE, well-deserved title. Good products, but ultimately only fried products... sold overpriced... You might as well go a few kilometers further, for similar products but not at the same price. PLEASE NOTE, don’t forget the 30 cents for draft beer because even for an order of €100, there will be no gift. However, friendly and pleasant staff, clean and maintained place. At this price, Victor Hugo responds to Bigot. We will still have eaten well and it will have inspired us, for this evening, the 4 stars are deserved. (and no paper restaurant tickets accepted)

04/08/2024: Following my one-year review I am modifying following our return for a third time. Disappointed, the quality of the prime rib, very nervous and on cooking, very friendly waitress, but another less desire to work without smiling, perhaps less paid?!! We order our dishes and after an hour a disaster. Omissions on our dish, instead of new potatoes, fries, and others... and a little digression on the Irish gourmand at 15 euros, I didn't expect so little... However, I was super excited I recommended this quality restaurant for meat to my parents-in-law but... What's happening? In a year's time the card changed, of mediocre quality, without being mistaken when I see the reviews from last week or these last months. Have you changed cooks? Servers? I'm still waiting for a response, I'm supposed to invite a couple of friends for meat, real meat with real cooking. Or not... (My Review from last year) A massacre ! Meat cooked to order 👌 rare, or blue (a chef!) I could have given 5 stars but... (The price...) To do again 😜

23/08/2024: Pizza Toto Bistro is an address not to be missed, to eat pizzas made the old-fashioned way by a boss and especially cooked over a wood fire... Very well stocked for all recipes and what a PLEASURE to be able to STILL eat such QUALITY of PIZZAS in Valenciennes!!! I highly recommend this establishment to have a good time with family or friends...

27/08/2024: We had a great time in the La Scala restaurant. The pizzas are very good and plentiful as well as the plate of carbo pasta. The manager is very kind, smiling and the service is great. We were able to come with our little dog. We will definitely come back and I recommend it to everyone.

26/08/2024: Warm welcome! Very well eaten! Possibility of having half a pizza and half a salad! Hearty meal and a large dessert (profiteroles), an enjoyable romantic meal!

21/08/2024: Come to eat as a family with 2 teenagers and a baby, the dishes are good and plentiful just a place not suitable for parents with a stroller nothing in the toilets for children no plan to make a change too bad 😏

16/08/2024: Disappointing and this is where we see that restaurants are losing quality, whether it be the service, the food and even the atmosphere. Already the menu is full of spelling mistakes, I've never seen that. The vegetarian dish has fish in it! It's 2024, not knowing for a chef that Tamara is fish is a shame. The food was bland, resembling frozen food, the samosa was totally burnt and you dare serve that at the table?... I didn't even want to have dessert because I was so disappointed. For that, I make food at home. No atmosphere, no music, the only positive point is the comfortable seats. Really, it's time to take charge and learn to write in French on cards!

06/09/2024: I have been coming to this pasta bar for years (2016 to now) I have never been disappointed whether by the welcome, the service or the meal. Top managers, very welcoming and friendly. A wide choice of sauces to please everyone. Excellent value for money. I recommend this pasta bar with my eyes closed.
