20/05/2024: Excellent value for money for this weekend spent at the Saint Louis relay. Charming hotel, impeccable welcome. Good table. Everything for a successful stay.

20/05/2024: Lunch in the veranda in a group (around twenty). Smiling welcome, slightly overwhelmed boss, efficient waiters. We ate very well. Everything is homemade: the smoked salmon, the pâté. The meats were tasty - a special mention for the chicken, tender as can be - the delicious strawberry dessert. A beautiful address.

04/04/2024: A very pleasant welcome by a smiling receptionist. A comfortable room even if slightly in its original state and soundproofing is a nightmare. In terms of housekeeping, it's 1 day out of 2. For dinner, you'd better arrive early, otherwise you'll have to go to bed on an empty stomach, even if you arrive at 9:20 p.m. A TV that is impossible to watch cuts out constantly.

24/03/2024: This is a budget hotel, the rooms are perfectly comfortable and utilitarian. There's a kettle and paper cups with a couple of sachets of tea and coffee. For us it is perfectly situated for a short drive to Calais after a long drive from northern Spain. The best bit is the evening meal and the staff on duty. Rude on reception is welcoming and helpful. Mehdi in the restaurant is the perfect host and knows exactly how to make the guests feel at ease with a laugh and a joke. Nicolas the Chef serves up some great food! After a long drive the restaurant experience definitely helps you to relax. They even remembered us from our last visit 5 months ago! Breakfast is great for a budget hotel with a good choice of cereals, fruits, bread, etc. We'll definitely be back!

30/05/2024: Used to this brasserie when we come to Vimoutiers but we are disappointed with the service placed near the bar a terrible noise we could not even chat among ourselves without being repeated especially since there is upstairs to serve us it the customers who passed us the plates the waitress had no room to serve us we had more of a canteen meal

20/05/2024: We went there for a death at 2 noon. Very tight timing. They managed very well despite a restaurant that was bursting at the seams. Impeccable service with a kindness very appreciated at these times. we ate very well there. And they were adorable and very kind to a person in a wheelchair. 13/06/2024: I stopped because I was in a hurry! Finally I should have gone to a restaurant with starter, main course, dessert, coffee and digo, I would have saved time. Every time this drive is the same.

17/05/2024: Rather nice bar...well it all depends on the waitress...we go there several times a year when we come to Bagnoles de l'Orne on weekends. And a waitress takes the liberty of ogling my husband more than necessary. So much so that once she served coffee to my partner and asked me to serve myself 😀. And she stared at it throughout our drink to the point that my partner was embarrassed. We came back a few months later with my parents-in-law who themselves noticed the thing! Little anecdote I was 6 months pregnant, and that didn't stop him from making advances to him when he was going to pay the bill. We have to come back in June with our 4 month old baby, maybe this time she will stop her behavior and do her job rather than watch the customers 😀.
