25/06/2026: The owner was friendly; two of us arrived, they served us, then two other people joined us, and we could see he was sulking because he'd had to come back twice to avoid him.

24/07/2026: Hello We ordered two rare butcher's cuts, but we received two escalopes. I reported the problem and was told they were out of butcher's cuts. No compensation was offered.

17/07/2026: We sat down on the terrace for a drink, but no waiter came when they came out, and we were hoping to be served; instead, they just sat down. So we left. The waiter wished us a good evening without even coming to greet us.

30/12/2025: My first experience and I was very disappointed by the Christmas logs (the Provençal and the Hope). The shop's atmosphere is also poorly designed.

18/04/2026: Suite room...supposed for 4 people... The downside...Superb shower...but beware for couples...no more hot water after 4 minutes. (Couples...quick to cuddle 😁). I've never seen anything like it in a hotel... [I'm at a second home...stayed in a hotel suite during renovations and a water outage]. Wait until the next day...probably heated on the night rate...🤨, impossible for 4 people to shower.🤨 No food service on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday. These are the days when hotels and restaurants are busiest...go figure 🤨. I'm giving it 1 star...the reception on the phone!!! I've never seen remarks like that when asking for information...I stay in hotels often...I've never seen anything like it!!! We're bothering her 🤣

10/08/2026: I have passed by several times at night but the machine is always out of service at night, even though it is marked 24/7.

01/05/2026: The pizzas are truly delicious. We've never been disappointed; on the contrary, we've been very surprised by the quality of the pizzas from a vending machine. Thank you to the pizza maker. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. For our part, we thoroughly enjoyed them.

01/07/2026: Stopped here while cycle touring along the Velo Scenic and quickly discovered the place is totally anti-cyclists. We thought they were joking to begin with but then some UK ex-pats explained that the barman pretty much hates all forms of cyclists. It was buzzing inside with locals so presumably the owner doesn't need any more customers, in particular cyclists. There is a very nice cafe around the back of this place so go there instead.

05/05/2026: The manager came out in the pouring rain to chase us away; we were two women on bikes on the sidewalk, ready to make his entire day's sales. This man has many talents—perhaps he was torn between a career as a bouncer and running a restaurant. In the meantime, we highly recommend the establishment to Philippe Etchebest, who loves ambitious projects.

01/07/2026: They don't give change on holiday vouchers, even though they do on other types of vouchers. The hamburgers are small compared to the picture; it's a rip-off. I would have given it zero stars if I could.

01/07/2026: Shameful. Due to an error at the kiosk, which wasn't our fault, we paid €12 for "one item" only to receive something else entirely. We reported the issue, but the manager refused to do anything because it would mean "a loss" for them. Oh yes... it's true, it's not a loss for us either... We requested a complaint form, and €12 is no small sum these days, only to be told: "You should look it up on Google," or, I quote, "on chatgpt." I think they need to review the basics of customer training. Awaiting a response from a manager worthy of the name or from the quality department.

27/06/2026: I just have one small reservation. It's a shame it doesn't do the job.

10/06/2026: A huge selection, the owner is pleasant and, on top of that, no problems with parking.

20/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. We ordered a strawberry soda and a Coke. The waitress never told us the total. We had left a bill on our table, next to our drinks. Without a word, she came and took it directly, without giving us change or explaining the price. In the end, we realized we had paid €9 for a strawberry soda and a Coke, without any explanation whatsoever. Beyond the price, it was primarily the lack of transparency and courtesy that bothered us. A simple exchange and announcing the total would have been the least she could do. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
