30/12/2025: My first experience and I was very disappointed by the Christmas logs (the Provençal and the Hope).
The shop's atmosphere is also poorly designed.
25/12/2025: We bought a vanilla gingerbread yule log. We were very disappointed with the ice cream.
The puffed wheat grains were hard and crunchy, and there was no vanilla flavor...in short, it wasn't up to the standards of Gerard Taurin, whom we've known since 2016, and who would never allow such a thing.
It's a shame.

27/02/2026: Went to the drive-thru this evening (February 27th) and the service was super pleasant. It seemed to be a manager wearing glasses, judging by her white shirt. She was kind, efficient, and smiling. The service was very quick with no long wait at the payment counter or for the drive-thru pass! Thank you so much, not disappointed at all!
27/02/2026: Another incomplete order. I called McDonald's and asked how to get a complete order at the Argentan McDonald's. The response was that I was arrogant, that they'd been swamped all evening, and that she was just taking it upon herself to answer my call. She had no solution to offer. Disappointing…

26/04/2026: Morbid atmosphere, disgusting food, no other word for it! It's ridiculous that this restaurant is still open!!!! Robotic staff! No pleasure in eating here, unfriendly, they only speak when it's time to pay!!! Unacceptable! There was feces on the toilet walls!!!
14/04/2026: Disgusting meal! Bad water! Rotten atmosphere, nothing is cooked properly, their cocktail (Passion Tropik) is bad, whisky and coke without whisky, I gave it one star because we had to but it doesn't deserve any stars, I will never come back.

07/04/2026: Without a doubt, the best terrace in Bagnoles de l'Orne! Marina is incredibly attentive, and it's also a bar where our feline friends are treated with love and respect. The sunshine is perfect, the service is quick, and the drinks are reasonably priced. Marina has managed the impressive feat of being a neighborhood bar for both locals and tourists. I highly recommend it.
21/02/2026: The apartments offered for rent are in a deplorable state: bedding, microwave, mattress... the heating doesn't work, so it's freezing in winter, not to mention the delivery truck at 3 a.m. that wakes you up. Finally, we were asked to pay in cash with an extra charge. Avoid at all costs.

07/04/2026: Very warm welcome, ideal location close to shops and restaurants, parking space nearby, room with excellent storage and luggage rack, bathroom with plenty of storage, very comfortable bedding, excellent night's sleep, decent breakfast 👌😄

06/10/2024: Cela fait plusieurs années que nous y déjeunons et l'accueil et la cuisine sont toujours aussi agréables.
Lors de notre dernier repas, nous avons tenté le carré de porc, et ce fut une réussite. La viande était tendre à souhait avec une sauce tomate parfumée. Bravo au jeune chef, pour avoir réussi une cuisson délicate à maîtriser. Et un autre merci au jeune couple patron du restaurant toujours aussi gentils et souriants quelle que soit l'affluence. On y reviendra dès que possible.

Pas besoin de faire un effort de cuisine car l'offre locale est limitée.
Sinon on a apprécié la terrasse.

06/03/2026: We came for one night and couldn't be happier. It's a great place if you're traveling by motorbike since you can park right in front of your room.
The room was very clean and had everything we needed. I liked the furniture and table because it's hard to forget anything since everything is in plain sight. The reception is located near the restaurant, and they serve breakfast and dinner there.
It's a perfect hotel for short stays.

Correction: The rooms have been renovated.

30/08/2024: Artisanal bakery. I tried the bread and it was good, well cooked. I arrived at 6:50 p.m. and they closed at 7 p.m., there wasn't much left. I asked him for a baguette and he gave me two buns as a sandwich (I thanked him, I didn't run out of bread). What was left looked good (croissant and so on). They were very friendly, even though they were going to close soon. There is a small parking lot (it has capacity for 6/8 cars).
