14/05/2026: A very bad experience at this hotel.
We were threatened by the person in our next room, which created a real sense of insecurity. The walls are extremely thin; you can hear absolutely everything, making the stay very unpleasant and lacking in privacy.
Following this incident, we had to make the decision to leave the hotel for our safety. Despite this, we are still waiting to be contacted by the manager regarding a refund for the night and the breakfast, which we didn't even eat.
It's regrettable that no serious solution has been offered in the face of such a serious situation.

It was excellent, the meat was very fresh, the service was more than just friendly, it was top-notch and very, very helpful.
I highly recommend it.

01/02/2026: A family dinner where we were cold, and the waiter was unprofessional (no offer of an aperitif to start, barely had time to look at the menus before he was already at our table taking our orders, he dumped the plates haphazardly on the table, neglecting to serve the women before me, we witnessed an argument between him and one of his colleagues in the kitchen...). In short, not very professional. There was no hot chocolate with the dessert as indicated on the menu. It had been a few years since I had eaten at this establishment and we were very disappointed.

05/05/2026: The manager came out in the pouring rain to chase us away; we were two women on bikes on the sidewalk, ready to make his entire day's sales. This man has many talents—perhaps he was torn between a career as a bouncer and running a restaurant. In the meantime, we highly recommend the establishment to Philippe Etchebest, who loves ambitious projects.

The downside...Superb shower...but beware for couples...no more hot water after 4 minutes.
(Couples...quick to cuddle 😁).
I've never seen anything like it in a hotel...
[I'm at a second home...stayed in a hotel suite during renovations and a water outage].
Wait until the next day...probably heated on the night rate...🤨, impossible for 4 people to shower.🤨
No food service on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday.
These are the days when hotels and restaurants are busiest...go figure 🤨.
I'm giving it 1 star...the reception on the phone!!! I've never seen remarks like that when asking for information...I stay in hotels often...I've never seen anything like it!!! We're bothering her 🤣

01/06/2026: A great time at a clean McDonald's. The staff are very friendly and there seems to be a good atmosphere. Impeccable.
20/05/2026: Even a mollusk is faster. We saw you waiting 30 minutes at Le Grive, nobody taking your order… I went inside, and when I saw they were just going around in circles, I decided to leave. I came for a quick meal, but this is clearly a very long-food experience.

19/05/2026: Passing through on a Sunday during a long journey, we stopped there by chance; it was lunchtime.
Not much choice, which isn't a big deal if the food is good. In the end, the makis were enormous, there was cabbage in the spring rolls, the fried food was dripping, and the dessert buffet was overflowing with candy.
Definitely not good. Keep walking

09/05/2026: A great location in the heart of Bagnoles, near the market. Lovely, peaceful outdoor terrace.
It's a very pleasant place to be.
The staff are welcoming, friendly, and communicative.
We had a wonderful time both at lunchtime and for an evening aperitif.
I also recommend the rock and salsa nights on Fridays.
In short, a place worth discovering!
02/05/2026: A lovely terrace overlooking a magnificent, brand-new square.
But beware ⚠ do not go inside; it's overrun with old blankets and full of cats, and the smell is unbearable. Avoid it!
