29/05/2026: We were a group of about ten people. We all had a wonderful stay at this hotel and restaurant. The welcome was warm and the staff very pleasant throughout our visit. We also ate very well at the restaurant; the meals were high quality and well presented. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. It was a real treat. The rooms were very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and we slept well. A little refresh of the decor would really enhance the overall experience. I highly recommend this place.

06/05/2026: I've had two excellent stays at this hotel. In fact, I've already booked my third stay for my business trip. The room I had was more than comfortable and very clean. The reception service is excellent, and what can I say about the restaurant! The food is delicious. In short, I highly recommend this establishment in every respect.

The welcome was warm, personal, and attentive, with a manager who was always available, smiling, and incredibly kind. The place has an authentic charm and a soul that you immediately feel. The small rooms are adorable, comfortable, and full of character, perfect for a peaceful stay away from the noise and bustle. The tranquility of the place is truly appreciated; you feel good there, almost as if time has stood still. A small, historic hotel full of charm, where you'll want to return.

04/05/2026: On March 30th, I had the opportunity to stay at the Roc au Chien Hotel. It's an excellent place for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel stands out for its warm welcome and attentive staff. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy atmosphere ideal after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is well-located, providing easy access to the main points of interest while remaining in a peaceful setting. The breakfast is varied, with fresh products that allow you to start the day off right.

05/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! Whether for lunch or dinner, it was excellent. The salmon steak was succulent. The bone-in ham was excellent. The pizzas were very good. The prices are more than reasonable for both the food and the drinks. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive to the customer. Highly recommended!

29/07/2026: We were really looking forward to eating here. It was a 45-minute drive. We saw online that dogs would be welcome and that they would open at 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the place was closed and there was a note on the door saying it was closed until August 18th. Perhaps it would be useful to indicate this online as well. Thank you for your message. Your website was inaccessible to us as we received a notification there that the website was being used for phishing. Perhaps the link was incorrect or we looked at the wrong place. We sent an email to make a reservation, so we didn't hear a voicemail. The only question is whether it should be indicated on Google Maps, as that is where the opening hours are displayed. When you arrive from abroad and the link to the website doesn't work as it should, that is the only thing to assume. The fact that you talk about revenge and judgment, and about the same period every year, also says something. This is our first time on vacation in this region. We had been looking forward to it and were disappointed. Doesn't seem strange to me, does it? We also couldn't have known that you are closed around this time every year. But this reaction also seems a bit exaggerated to me. If it had been revenge, it would have been 1 star.

01/08/2026: We waited 45 minutes to be served despite having a reservation. When I pointed this out, the owner told me I needed to be patient. He addressed me informally and touched my shoulder, which I absolutely did not request. The portions were ridiculously small. I paid €25 for a salad, and there was no vegetarian option on the menu, although I was able to work something out. The cake was delicious, but we won't be back.
