21/03/2026: We came for lunch without a reservation. The waitress politely informed us that a reservation was necessary. We accepted this. At that moment, the owner burst in, made it clear he was overwhelmed even though the restaurant wasn't full, and unceremoniously ushered us out.
The owner was very unpleasant and didn't smile.
When you provide a service, it's essential to be pleasant to your customers.
Because a smile is the customer's best reward.

04/04/2026: We ordered two pizzas: the crust was thin and they were absolutely delicious. The lady who works in the dining room, with her husband in the kitchen, was very kind and pleasant. A lovely place where you feel right at home. We'll definitely be back!

13/02/2026: I work all over Normandy, and whenever my route takes me through Alençon (or even if I make a detour 🙈), this is my go-to spot for a meal.
The owners are very friendly and always offer great advice.
Generous salads, fresh ingredients—in short, everything is perfect.
I look forward to eating there again as soon as possible!
03/12/2025: Passing through Alençon for a construction project, we were very well received, the service was quick and the food was good, we got our money's worth considering the quality and quantity.

23/11/2025: We went to this kebab shop twice in a row, and both times they refused to serve us 40 minutes before closing time. It's just not customer-friendly. I recommend going to Grill Kebab; you won't be disappointed.
18/11/2025: I went to Turkuaz on Friday at lunchtime for a kebab. My first and last time there. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff wearing gloves, so I thought, "Great, this seems professional." I waited about 15 minutes for my kebab, so I had time to observe. And that's when I realized everyone was handling the money with their bare hands without ever changing their gloves. The guy was making a kebab when the cashier asked him if he had any change. He turned around, gave her the money, and went back to making his kebab and grabbing the fries with his bare hands, as if nothing had happened. Then the cashier took care of cooking the steaks and filling the dining area, all without ever changing their gloves. The hygiene is appalling; avoid this place, I tell you! 🤮🤮

13/04/2026: We only had a beer... but the menu looked excellent 😋 we will be back. Service and location were fabulous 👌 Simply beautiful little village.. Had we wanted to eat it would be 20 to 30 euros each plus wine.. no wait for a table inside or out today
13/04/2026: A fantastic place with fast service and a very friendly team. The food is delicious 👌🏼 We thoroughly enjoyed it!! Personally, the whole pork ribs in cider sauce were a gem. We were able to eat on the lovely terrace in April. I highly recommend this place :)
