22/02/2026: We arrived unexpectedly and the waitress seated us quickly. The restrooms were very clean. The French cuisine was simple but very good. Everything was fresh. The gentleman and lady were kind, and I recommend you come back because the villages are beautiful and the restaurants are lovely.

09/02/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!! The first time was about a year and a half ago: I went there one evening with my daughter and her friend, and we were more than disappointed. We even sent back part of the order and asked for a refund! We ordered meal deals and fries (with cheese and bacon). The fries arrived at least 15 minutes after the burgers and without the bacon. That was my first complaint. I pointed it out to the employee, who took the fries back to add the bacon. He came back another 15 minutes later with lukewarm fries and still-frozen bacon. I complained a second time, and this time he casually replied that that's how they're prepared and sold!!! So I asked for a refund for the fries. The manager heard all my complaints. He came to the till to give me my money back: he didn't offer a single apology (he was as silent as a fish), as if he didn't care, and he was incredibly condescending. Apparently, it's perfectly normal for fries to be barely warm and bacon bits to have ice crystals on them—that's how he serves them! The second time this year, it's gotten worse and worse: the burgers are still as flat, bland, and barely lukewarm as ever (cold buns and lukewarm meat). But the worst part is the manager (a position she lacks in terms of basic skills, professionalism, and competence), who didn't even apologize for having the nerve to serve us three tiny, pathetic macarons (frozen) that were missing half their shells because they were the last ones. And when I informed her that only one employee (thank you!) had had the courtesy to apologize on behalf of the company (perhaps he's more like a real manager and professional!), she could think of nothing more insolent to say, in a disdainful tone, "Yeah, well, that's fine! Goodbye." Let me tell you, "Farewell" would have been more appropriate! So rest assured, I won't be setting foot in that place again! I'd rather check out the KFC that opened in Flers on the Domfront road! In short, when it comes to junk food at McDonald's Flers, you're in for a treat in every way...with the cherry on top: a total lack of respect for the customer, which is damaging to the brand! So I'll say it again: my only advice: Go have a great time at BURGER KING (just across the street). Their fries with bacon and cheese are excellent and, most importantly, piping hot! The atmosphere is cool, and customers are listened to and respected!! See you soon at Burger King 😃😉

18/06/2025: A charcuterie and cheese platter cost €8.90 for four pieces of rosette sausage, five small pieces of salami, small slices of Emmental cheese, and crisps. It's a shame I can't post a picture. Then came the bland salmon pasta, tasteless; I didn't even finish my plate. And the bread was stale. €50 for two people. Never again!

17/08/2025: I participated in this cruise including the meal on 08/17/2024. A little reluctant at first, Ludo, boat captain, knew how to put us at ease immediately with his humor and his low taste... being the only Breton that day, I was entitled to a little chauvinism from him throughout the cruise and it was very funny 😜 the meal was very good but a little more garnish for the dish and I would give 5 stars. The whole team that accompanied the captain was very friendly and attentive to us. The first part of the cruise, the captain told us the stories of the banks of the lake, the fauna, the flora, all with a touch of humor! I highly recommend it and I will come back with BRETONS!

03/12/2025: I received a warm welcome at this restaurant. The menu is interesting, and the five-cheese pizza I ordered was very good. The cheeses were strong and delicious. The pizzas were good and not too expensive. To finish, I tried an Italian-style ice cream. It was very good.

30/11/2025: It's hard to give more when the waitress refuses you a table for 6 people at 8pm for an aperitif that could have turned into a full meal.

25/02/2026: We arrived at 5:00 PM on February 25th to order a Happy Meal and a children's ice cream! We waited 45 minutes??? Even I, who work at McDonald's, find this outrageous, especially since the screen only showed four medium-sized orders. And three days prior, the manager was already unpleasant.

20/02/2026: Slow service even though there was no one there. Unfriendly staff who talked amongst themselves. And the portion of the "Little Sunday" was outrageous for the price (€3.25) – not even half the size of the container. Plus, the fries were cold… A disappointment.

06/03/2026: I came this afternoon for a snack, but the place was dirty and the tables hadn't been cleaned. The employees were just waiting for customers instead of doing even the bare minimum of cleaning! It really doesn't make you want to stop and eat there!

26/02/2026: Arrived at 1 p.m. and they were already sold out of the sandwiches we wanted... Plus, there were several queues, we didn't know where to wait... I've been to other Marie Blachère stores and never had these problems...😠

23/02/2026: Excellent food, very pleasant service, and a beautiful view. A wide selection of dishes, each more delicious and generous than the last. I particularly recommend the sauerkraut or the rib-eye steak!

16/02/2026: We'd barely arrived when they started pressuring us to order. The service was disorganized; all the servers were busy with every table. We barely finished our plates before they swept us away, and two minutes later, dessert was on the table. We barely had an hour to eat a Valentine's Day meal, and we were practically eating with a slingshot, all for a €42 menu—pathetic. (P.S.: A Valentine's Day cocktail in a whiskey glass with a plastic straw—not very glamorous.)

01/02/2026: A family dinner where we were cold, and the waiter was unprofessional (no offer of an aperitif to start, barely had time to look at the menus before he was already at our table taking our orders, he dumped the plates haphazardly on the table, neglecting to serve the women before me, we witnessed an argument between him and one of his colleagues in the kitchen...). In short, not very professional. There was no hot chocolate with the dessert as indicated on the menu. It had been a few years since I had eaten at this establishment and we were very disappointed.
