09/11/2025: I ordered a cocktail, but the waiter said it wasn't convenient because it was busy... Okay, never mind, a freshly squeezed lemonade please, but still no, they didn't have any. We finally asked for a Perrier with a slice of lemon, and miraculously, the lemonade reappeared... The area is worth visiting for the view of the Pyrenees, but for a drink, you have to go elsewhere.
18/10/2025: Excessive prices and disappointing drinks
We ordered two Cokes and two mojitos: €37 in total… really excessive. The mojitos had very little alcohol, a lot of water, and no flavor. Fortunately, the view is beautiful; it's the only positive aspect. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but at that price, you'd expect much better.

14/09/2024: Commande et livraison à domicile : ce n'est pas mauvais, loin de là, mais au prix ou c'est, j'en ai franchement raz le bol d'avoir des produits qui manquent à la commande. C'est dommage, d'autant que nos réclamations ne sont pas prises en compte... fini You Sushi.
04/09/2024: I should refrain from giving my opinion but my conscience requires me otherwise.
Friday the 30th, my wife and I decided to have a Japanese dinner at You Sushi where we had never been disappointed.
It is 8 p.m., the manager (whom I had never seen before) welcomes us and comes to take the order for aperitifs which she brings to us a few minutes later and asks us if we are ready to order.
I order 2 Miso soups, a seaweed salad, 2 sashimi, answer:
“There are no more.”
“In that case we’ll have tuna ceviche.” “There aren’t any left either, we were robbed with the big fire sale.”
I tell her that she should have informed us before we sat down and I cancel the order, telling her: "we will finish our drinks and go to dinner elsewhere".
At the checkout and very annoyed by this situation, I asked her if she would offer us the glass of red wine and the can of mineral water for her "failure".
She responds to me grumbling: “why would I do that”?
I told him it didn't matter, I would pay for the drinks and write a comment on the web.
She replies irritated: “It’s okay, leave, I won’t take it from you”.
A commercial gesture must be made with a smile and in good faith, which was not the case.
As the sale is not a last minute event, I question her abilities as a manager and stock manager.
This is why I wanted to warn the public to ask the reception what is not on the menu before sitting down at the table.
The aggressive response from the manager/owner (DS I suppose) encourages me to modify my review and add the following, but I won't waste too much time.
In fact, the person seems to only accept good reviews and her professional conscience as a good businesswoman makes me smile.
she should know that criticism can be constructive and promote improvement.
If no one tells her she has bad breath; she would probably never know.
In any case; In her place I would have tried to contact her, apologize to her and invite her to come back with special mention to the staff but her response has the completely opposite effect.
We, who used to go there quite often because I am fond of this food, will never go back there again but that doesn't matter; there are plenty of other pigeons.

12/01/2026: Hello, we are young students who regularly frequent this cafeteria and are very satisfied. We would like to give a special shout-out to Esteban, who is a very good salesperson. Today my bill came to €1180, and he kindly and courteously sold me the entire menu.
We will continue to come for him and his friendly manner.
01/12/2025: Great time, the food was pretty good and the waitress was super friendly, a petite brunette, Céline I think. It's nice to see people who are dedicated to their work and kind, which is quite rare these days. I recommend it.

17/01/2026: I'd been waiting at the drive-thru for a while. They asked me to wait before taking my order, no problem, I did. Then another car arrived and I was served immediately. When I told the woman in charge that it wasn't normal and that I was going to another McDonald's, she just replied, "Oh, I used to come here often, but I won't anymore. I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes and be served than come back here."
09/01/2026: Dear Mr./Ms. Franchisee, are you aware of what's happening at your establishment? Who is responding to the numerous negative reviews? A communications manager, the director (who isn't the owner)?
It's shameful to have so many negative reviews and still not lift a finger to improve the dramatic situation of your business! And stop responding with your stock phrases and treating your customers like idiots. Get moving! You're not a professional, you're an amateur.
Here's my experience: I hadn't been there for years because the price was far above the quality offered. I came because a friend had arranged to meet me there for a meal, but I wasn't at all enthusiastic, knowing what I would expect. In short, I've noticed that prices have indeed continued to rise (the franchisees' excuse: raw materials have increased significantly. True to some extent, but yes, it's true, they shouldn't make any effort by cutting into their margins; McDonald's franchisees and others are in it to line their pockets. This isn't a company that thinks about its customers, but rather its enormous profits, hahaha :) )
Secondly, McDonald's claims to be a FAST-FOOD restaurant.... hahahaha :), but no, they should change the name to SLOW-FOOD! The days of being served in 3 minutes are over; now it must be 15-20 minutes on average. Add to that staff who are often not very friendly, order mistakes, and a lukewarm meal for 30% more money.
Having worked at McDonald's a few years ago, I observed the staff working that day, and frankly, I was shocked by the lethargy, the lack of professionalism and energy. The worst part was that the manager was just like his colleagues, even though he's the one who should be setting the pace for his team. In short, times have changed. McDonald's isn't what it used to be. It's a shame we're no longer in the good old 90s, without the self-service kiosks, with one of the crew members lined up in a row taking your order, and who were incredibly fast and efficient! I wonder what McDonald's France is doing. Do they read the comments? Are they taking any action?
Anyway, I'm really glad Burger King is back in France, shaking things up a bit, and stealing a lot of customers from McDonald's, which doesn't seem to be reacting, a bit like Free, which shook things up and woke up the three big telecom companies who were getting fat as pigs and resting on their laurels with their exorbitantly priced internet and mobile plans!
In short, it's been years since I last visited your place, and I think the next time, if there is one, will be a very long time from now, or never.
Conclusion: MR./MS. FRANCHISEE: WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!

23/12/2023: Malgré le coup de feu de ce soir là les employées ont gardé le sourire et le rythme bravo à vous Mesdames......
16/12/2023: Le vendredi 15 décembre 2033. Sur le site Internet il est marqué que le restaurant ferme à minuit.
Vous entrez dans le restaurant à 22h55.
Vous faites la queue aux bornes.
Et là une personne que je suppose être un manager d'après sa tenue vous dit: il est 23h nos bornes sont fermées.
Veuillez faire la queue au drive.
Non seulement ils vont encore s'excuser car à part cela il n'y a aucune amélioration dans ce restaurant.
Après s'être fait jeter vous passez au drive et là avec quatre véhicules devant vous. Vous faites la queue de 23h08 à 23h38....
Si vous ne voulez pas que les clients entre alors fermez la porte et ne les laissez pas faire la queue.
Et concernant les délais d'attente je confirme ce que beaucoup d'autres clients ont déjà dit!! En comparaison avec d'autres McDonald's c'est inadmissible.

30/11/2024: We came here because what caught our attention the most was that the menu was in Spanish. We ordered two dishes and a starter. The starter was brought out quickly but the next dish took almost 20 minutes. The food is normal, nothing to write home about. The worst, without a doubt, was the wine... my God, you didn't know where to take it... when you finished drinking it you even got chills. I asked the waitress what wine they had given us (not to ask for more) and she told us that Bourdoix is the best wine and the one we like the most here. I doubt it because we went to drink more wines there and none of them tasted the same.

The servers are adorable and always remain helpful and smiling even if they can sometimes be overwhelmed by work!
27/10/2024: If on the slate easel it says AT THE HAPPY HOUR BAR THE PINT OF GUINESS €5 and when you are served at the table it is €8 But when the online menu the pint of Guiness is €7 and not €8 as I paid!
That’s a big difference and the 3 different prices for the same pint of Guiness still smell like a calculated scam! And everyone accepts because these shameless unscrupulous traders take advantage of the fact that people no longer discuss these scams, because they come there to spend a moment with drinks where the family and no one wants to make a remark for fear of spoiling the evening for all !
And what’s more, €1 doesn’t seem like it but it’s money and €3 difference means 60% more for the same consumption!
You will appreciate seeing how “at the Bar” is written. Palois consumers should not let this happen! Even in Paris they respect people more
