16/09/2024: Lack of staff and therefore Long wait to be served before during and after each dish. Lack of knowledge of the wines by the waitress, cannot name the grape varieties. Well presented dishes, a beautiful visual but lacking in flavors. Air conditioning too low, which is unpleasant. After two positive experiences two years ago, disappointed this time.

03/09/2024: I regularly visit this restaurant for lunch alone or as a couple. I have, on several occasions, observed that the "regular" customer is treated with more consideration than the occasional customer, both in the speed of order taking and in the service. Today, during a particularly long service where the customer I was had been impatiently waiting for his dish for quite a long time, I noticed that two people sat down at the table and were served instantly. I expressed my astonishment to the waiter, whose only argument was to tell me that these people were members of management and that they were in a hurry. Implied that I wasn't! The response is astounding as the status granted to regulars. It's a shame because the lunch menu offered by this establishment is varied and of high quality.

01/06/2024: Waiting time morning or noon unbearable, the manager spends more time telling her life story than serving customers, to simply avoid 🤷‍♂️😜...move around there is nothing to see. PS: as for the Europe bar which publishes false positive reviews, be very careful, profit comes before quality and thus the catering in the city of Pau deteriorates 🤔😜good luck to you....

05/05/2024: L endroit idéal pour se poser, faire des rencontres et déjeuner dans un cadre familial . J ai très bien déjeuné a un prix raisonnable , très frais . Je suis revenue le soir pour boire un verre et j ai découvert une ambiance très familiale , festive et agréable . Très bon moment . Je reviendrai avec plaisir

25/03/2024: Excellent quality! Fragrant long rice, chicken and vegetables cut by hand and skillfully cooked in very good sauces. Homemade and fried chicken spring rolls. No waiting to choose from the cooked dishes, reheated in the microwave if you wish, closed hermetically and accompanied by wooden cutlery.

20/03/2024: The bill adds up quickly for dishes that are still very similar to those served in Asian all-you-can-eat buffets (Tang Freres dishes also available at France Asia) which have lower prices at lunchtime. In itself it's not bad but hey... I don't doubt that certain things are made "home"; in my opinion it's a minority. Maybe I'm wrong... I'm still surprised by so many glowing reviews.

11/09/2024: Nice place but the quality of service is sometimes random. Once a waitress was rude. The servers are good. Place with original decoration and a nice atmosphere. The prices are a little expensive but still reasonable.

14/09/2024: Commande et livraison à domicile : ce n'est pas mauvais, loin de là, mais au prix ou c'est, j'en ai franchement raz le bol d'avoir des produits qui manquent à la commande. C'est dommage, d'autant que nos réclamations ne sont pas prises en compte... fini You Sushi.

04/09/2024: I should refrain from giving my opinion but my conscience requires me otherwise. Friday the 30th, my wife and I decided to have a Japanese dinner at You Sushi where we had never been disappointed. It is 8 p.m., the manager (whom I had never seen before) welcomes us and comes to take the order for aperitifs which she brings to us a few minutes later and asks us if we are ready to order. I order 2 Miso soups, a seaweed salad, 2 sashimi, answer: “There are no more.” “In that case we’ll have tuna ceviche.” “There aren’t any left either, we were robbed with the big fire sale.” I tell her that she should have informed us before we sat down and I cancel the order, telling her: "we will finish our drinks and go to dinner elsewhere". At the checkout and very annoyed by this situation, I asked her if she would offer us the glass of red wine and the can of mineral water for her "failure". She responds to me grumbling: “why would I do that”? I told him it didn't matter, I would pay for the drinks and write a comment on the web. She replies irritated: “It’s okay, leave, I won’t take it from you”. A commercial gesture must be made with a smile and in good faith, which was not the case. As the sale is not a last minute event, I question her abilities as a manager and stock manager. This is why I wanted to warn the public to ask the reception what is not on the menu before sitting down at the table. The aggressive response from the manager/owner (DS I suppose) encourages me to modify my review and add the following, but I won't waste too much time. In fact, the person seems to only accept good reviews and her professional conscience as a good businesswoman makes me smile. she should know that criticism can be constructive and promote improvement. If no one tells her she has bad breath; she would probably never know. In any case; In her place I would have tried to contact her, apologize to her and invite her to come back with special mention to the staff but her response has the completely opposite effect. We, who used to go there quite often because I am fond of this food, will never go back there again but that doesn't matter; there are plenty of other pigeons.

19/07/2024: Since COVID, the tacos are less garnished and fried less well. Too bad it was my favorite meal..

16/07/2024: I only tasted the burgers which are very nice, good meatloaf, nice and not overcooked and home fries. Little plus: fast service and very clean premises.

19/08/2024: A pizza worthy of a prank, tasteless supplement and without counting the hours of waiting before being served + the disrespectful waiters. Never seen before.

24/07/2024: Very good macaroons. A massacre. A very smiling and kind saleswoman.

28/06/2024: I loved the macarons!!!! They have a wide variety of flavors with all of them looking good!!! Of course, the ones I have tried were great in terms of flavor and texture, they were to die for.
