17/04/2026: Excellent spot for a quick lunch outside the station, between trains. Fast service (except for the duck), pleasant terrace, and very decent quality of the daily special. The only downside: the bread wasn't very fresh.

07/04/2026: I don't know about the food since they didn't even give me time to get to the counter and eat. This afternoon, before catching my train, I was hesitating between the kebab shop next door and this brasserie. I chose the brasserie… but I couldn't even get in. About twenty meters away, they told me there was no room for my stroller. Surprised, I turned around, thinking I'd gone down the wrong entrance. But no, my stroller fit perfectly, and there was plenty of room. Thinking I'd misunderstood, I went back to the counter. And then, the man started snorting when he saw me return. I simply asked why I was being refused entry. Were strollers not allowed in? I didn't really get a clear answer. He said he thought I was trying to get in, even though there was a wide aisle in front of me. I don't find that explanation logical. I even wondered why he was refusing me entry. Being Black, I couldn't help but wonder if that had played a role, even though I obviously have no proof. In any case, parents, be warned: bringing a stroller seems to be a problem here. The staff was unpleasant because I had a stroller. I've never felt so bad just for wanting to go somewhere to eat. All this for a €13 meal.

02/05/2026: The sushi was good and fresh, but over €2 for "MochiS" for just one mochi!!

30/04/2026: Too expensive for the amount you get. I ordered sashimi and wondered if I could get rice with it, but no, I couldn't find any rice available. I thought, oh well, at least I'll have some good fish. Then I looked at my order and saw a row of tiny pieces of tuna. The row wasn't even as long as my hand, and it was only about the width of two fingers held together. I was really disappointed; for the price I paid, I expected more. It seemed like they were skimping on the fish. You'd think the quality would make up for it, but no, it was just pieces of tuna, and badly cut at that.

16/01/2026: The best sushi in Lyon. Everything is fresh daily and the service is super friendly. You leave with generous portions and a smile to boot 😁

12/12/2025: The salmon was too fatty. Indeed, the quality has plummeted while the prices remain high. I confirm the previous reviews. This was my last order!

01/03/2026: If you want to be stared at and have your change messed up (although I understand that 10 - 8 can be tricky for some people, hence the 70 cents change), I recommend this place! I should mention that I was served this morning (Sunday, March 1st) by a middle-aged man at the till. Let's hope the spices I bought were at least worth it 🤞 Otherwise, it's a nice shop.

08/05/2026: This review concerns the Brioche Dorée on level 2. On a Saturday afternoon around 5 pm, the few remaining sandwiches were a sorry sight: completely dried-out cheese, the same for the ham, hardened tuna mayonnaise... It was as if they weren't kept refrigerated. So we opted for just a sweet snack (a cookie and a donut). The waitress was very polite and friendly. However, the atmosphere in the dining area left much to be desired. The tables were dirty, the banquettes had torn leather, and the chairs were wobbly. In short, we ate and didn't linger. And there were no restrooms even though we were eating in (how are we supposed to wash our hands before eating?). Given the choice, we'll go somewhere else next time, as there are plenty of places to eat in Part-Dieu!

28/04/2026: I took two bread rolls, chocolate croissants and croissants while waiting for my hot chocolate, I told her I was eating here, she didn't even put them on a tray, she put them on the counter with the napkins which she ended up putting on the tray of the person who was behind me, lol, plus the super unpleasant lady who was talking rudely next to me.

16/04/2026: While in Lyon, I went to this restaurant. We were there as a family and ordered three main courses and a children's menu! The "mixed grill" was actually a meatball cooked in sauce. A tiny cutlet. A mini undercooked chicken skewer and an undercooked merguez sausage—that's the famous "mixed grill." The veal chop was a joke; I think it was sliced ​​three times thin. It was all served with a small handful of cold fries, a minuscule handful of salad with a slice of tomato and an olive. The sea bream was undercooked. The children's menu arrived after we had finished our meals: a handful of fries thrown onto a plate with five nuggets thrown on top. The presentation was completely unprofessional, especially considering this used to be a kebab shop and now only serves food. For an à la carte restaurant, I think they're taking the mickey! €72.60—what a waste! You might as well go to McDonald's or get a kebab.

13/04/2026: What can I say… A disgrace to North African cuisine, shame on you for serving such expensive and disgusting dishes. I much prefer going to Mess, which truly respects the traditions and dishes of our countries. I have never been so disappointed by such a bland chorba, and as for the rest of the dishes, no comment. Avoid at all costs.

23/05/2026: I ordered drinks at Paul and wanted a strawberry Tropezienne tart. They told me it would be €1 extra because I was eating in, even though I had already paid €15 for my order. I think that's pure and simple robbery. Really disappointed...

23/04/2026: Luckily, the restaurant across the street was there to save my freezing lunch, and it's clear the vendors are being exploited.
