17/09/2024: Perfect hotel for a professional or personal trip to Lyon. Located opposite the Gare de Lyon Part Dieu, all the hotel's rooms have been renovated with care and great taste. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant offers a superb buffet as well as a menu of well-crafted dishes. I highly recommend this hotel. I plan to come back there during my next stay.

Je dis que la patronne, charmante également, toute la chance qu'elle d'avoir une équipe si sympa. Côté assiette, du classique, bon, rapide. Une vraie brasserie efficace. A la carte, une particularité. Il est possible de décliner ses tartares via des condiments, sauce et accompagnement à l'Internationale. ( Japonais / Thai / Mexique / France / Indien etc) Très bonne idée !

02/11/2024: Me gustó mucho el plato de fideos y pollo de aquí, muy bien sazonado con un buen nivel de especias - nos gustó lo suficiente para pedir una comida para llevar al día siguiente para comer en el tren en la siguiente etapa de nuestro viaje. El personal es amable y servicial, y el ambiente es agradable y relajado - muy bueno y sin duda volvería si estamos en Lyon de nuevo.

04/06/2024: I think my pain au chocolat was frozen. No crunchy, mushy, undercooked stuff in there. In short, the typical frozen pain au chocolat that I can bake at home. This is not what I expect from a good bakery (even if it means paying more). I haven't tasted the rest of their products so I can't judge the bread or anything. So I don't go below 3, but the pain au chocolat is not worth them.
