10/06/2025: I ate sushi for the first time in this place and for years I only come back here, the sushi is incredibly good, cheap and frankly the service is excellent, the food is clean and well garnished I recommend! I thank Amel for the warm welcome, always with a smile and who knows very well how to recommend customers!! She really deserves a raise for all this kindness, I also thank the cooks who allow us to eat such delicious sushi!! I recommend with my eyes closed it is my favorite restaurant, thank you very much!

28/09/2024: Is there a problem with your bueno “muffinoiseries” which have nothing to do with the photo on your site? I'm not even talking about the queue which makes no sense. You have been waiting for 10 minutes to be served only for an employee to pass a person who has just arrived in front of you.
28/09/2024: Very bad experience. The cashier Very unpleasant, my pregnant wife did not want to make her a priority, having to wait for the whole girl, my wife is pregnant at 8 months, can you imagine!!! What a scandal and the more it's expensive, 3 crosses and 2 coffees 10 euros to flee 👎

The waiters are unfriendly, service only on the terrace which can last forever depending on the staff present and the crowd.

17/09/2024: The worst Starbucks in Lyon. Missing liquid from the drink, and after complaining, the barista gets upset because I pointed out that there is OBVIOUSLY liquid missing from the cup. When ordering the drink, they don’t even ask for your loyalty card, and if you ask about it after you’ve already paid, they just say "too bad," "too late."
I went asking to the barista if she could give me my drink as I paid for it, because obviously, she didn’t buy it nor give it to me for free, and she just suggested adding COLD milk to a hot drink to make up for the missing part. When I told her I just wanted my drink as it should be (pumpkin spice latte), she got upset, saying she had other drinks to prepare and I was obviously wasting her time.Terrible service. Thanks for nothing. 🐀🐀🐀🐀

04/09/2024: Only 1 person to serve... That is to say: take orders, prepare sandwiches and collect. Already when there are 3 of them the service is long but then here: 35 minutes of waiting between order taking and service, for a takeaway sandwich and what's more the order is not respected and it wasn't very good (way too much sauce and cabbage and not the bread chosen). The waiter does what he can but clearly he is not helped by his management. I won't go anymore, too bad I liked it before.

In terms of friendliness and service, it is completely worth reviewing.
I have a bagel for €7.50 and I want to pay with a €20 note. The lady with the ponytail at the counter stops me and tells me she can't give me change. Obviously I didn't have any smaller otherwise I would have done what was necessary. And there, she dares to tell me, but we never pay for something worth €7.50 with a €20 note. It was almost my fault. And his colleague who explains to me that they have a small cash register because it is a “small” store. Bagelstein is a chain store and what's more, this one is apart from God, so the "small" store is not admissible. No apology from them, this is simply intolerable. If you don't like what you do, no one is forcing you to stay. I therefore had to pay by credit card. But I should have left and left the order because it was tasteless with bread that was several days old. In short, run away.

20/07/2024: A restaurant that I recommend towards God! The products are of high quality and the cuisine is worthy of a semi-gastronomic meal. We had a great time for a more than reasonable price! They have a small outdoor terrace on the street side.

28/07/2024: 2e fois que nous mangeons dans ce restaurant sympathique et nous y reviendrons.
Les menus sont équilibrés, une belle recherche sur les associations.
Le personnel est aimable et attentif.
23/07/2024: si encore la cuisine était extraordinaire on pourrait passer sur le service lamentable mais là il n’y aucune surprise.
Quand je fais remarquer à la serveuse qui nous demande de garder nos couverts entre chaque plat que c’est surprenant elle me répond avec agressivité « nous ne sommes pas un gastronomique ! »
quand je lui dit que son attitude n’est pas appropriée elle part se plaindre en cuisine comme au café du commerce.
Et bien je confirme vous n’avez rien d’un gastronomique ni dans le service qui est tout juste digne d’un resto de franchise ni dans la cuisine qui manque terriblement de saveur et d originalité.
Conserver ses couverts quand on mange une entrée de soupe qui viennent mélanger les saveurs avec le plat d’après ce n’est pas une question de gastronomie c’est juste une question de respect de l’histoire que souhaite raconter le chef ou pas … c’est comme l’eau chaude sur la table qui denote de la volonté ou non de bien accueillir un client.
Le seul avantage de ce restaurant est encore qu’il n’est pas trop cher m’enfin on peut manger beaucoup mieux et avec un service digne de ce nom ailleurs.
Au moins les avis sur le service désagréable et le manque de recherche sur la cuisine que l’on peut lire ici ou la sont justifiés.
