15/08/2026: My friend and I came on August 15th. We had a fondue. It was very good; the waiter came by regularly to check if everything was alright. We recommend Le Pique Assiette.

09/05/2026: Every time we try to get a crêpe to go, it's just closed, almost-open-but-not-quite, not the right time, or otherwise "pas possible", always delivered with disdain and annoyance. Not recommended.

05/05/2026: Last Saturday, for our last evening of vacation in Lyon, we simply had to end with dinner at a traditional Lyonnais restaurant. We ordered savory crêpes and shared a sweet one. What can I say? It was delicious. A big thank you to the friendly waiters who provided excellent service, both warm and professional.

01/06/2026: I highly recommend this cabaret restaurant! The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. The experience was perfect from start to finish: the meal was generous and high-quality, and the show was absolutely fantastic. The magician and the comedian Babass were incredible and greatly contributed to the atmosphere. We were there for a bachelorette party, and the entire team tailored the performance to the event, making the evening even more memorable. A huge thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience; we left with our heads full of memories!

25/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at La Nef des Fous for a birthday celebration. Everything was perfectly executed, from the warm welcome to the detailed explanation of the menus. The restaurant cooks fresh, locally sourced ingredients to order and can adapt certain dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions, which is a real plus. The service was impeccable. The wait was a little long because everything is prepared fresh to order. The dishes were delicious and generous, the atmosphere warm and cozy, and the decor tastefully baroque. The owner is very attentive in the dining room and takes great care of his guests, sharing his experiences; it's truly delightful. He's very friendly. We will definitely return to this establishment.

20/08/2026: We came for lunch and were pleasantly surprised to discover the vegan brunch! Special mention to the waiter with the slight accent who was absolutely lovely 🥹

12/08/2026: The place has a lovely rustic decor. The girls are very kind and you can tell they really care about making you feel good. I had excellent fish and chips with a good draft beer. I loved it and came back the next day to repeat the experience. The manager is also very kind and friendly, and we started singing 😄 in French and English. Greetings from Messina (Sicily) 👋

11/07/2026: The view of Lyon is worth it. The waitresses and waiters are very pleasant, but their coordination leaves something to be desired. There was a wait from beginning to end on a Wednesday evening. The dishes are beautifully presented with truly enjoyable flavors; however, the portions are just adequate and don't justify the set menu prices compared to other establishments, even those with a Michelin star. Finally, at the end of our meal, someone approached us to ask a question without introducing themselves. While we quickly realized it was the chef, it was a welcome courtesy, especially in this type of establishment.

19/08/2026: No reservation needed... excellent pizzas, very generously topped, and very good homemade ice cream desserts.

19/08/2026: We were addressed informally by the waiter as soon as we arrived, which wasn't exactly pleasant. We ordered a truffle pizza, and the waiter offered us a truffle burrata as an extra. We accepted, but after checking with the kitchen, the extra wasn't available. He came back later to tell us they could add a truffle burrata for €9 or a regular burrata for €6. We chose the regular burrata. The pizza arrived with mozzarella, for an additional €6… We pointed this out, but the waiter admitted he'd made the mistake. He eventually offered us a discount for his error. We also ordered pasta, but Parmesan cheese wasn't even offered. The restaurant is nice, but the service honestly needs improvement.

26/07/2026: The service was austere and the short-haired waitress was rude; she didn't even say goodbye or thank you, even though we were the last customers. Our drink orders weren't honored, even when we went to the bar. It's a shame because the young woman with glasses was very welcoming and the food was very good.

11/08/2026: Absolutely amazing! We ordered 3 pizzas and the pistachio sticks for dessert, and everything was incredibly delicious! Pure bliss! We'll definitely be back! 🤤🍕

From the moment you step inside, the decor evokes a real puppet theater, full of charm and authenticity, immediately setting the tone. On the plate, everything comes together for an excellent Lyonnais dinner: perfectly executed eggs meurette, delicious ravioli, and a decadent chocolate fondant. Generous, indulgent dishes, prepared with care. Special mention goes to the service, as warm as it is professional, and to the soundtrack that accompanies the meal. Between "Le Clan des Siciliens," "Les Tontons Flingueurs," "Le Professionnel," and a touch of Édith Piaf to end the evening, you almost feel like you're dining in the heart of an old French film. A place where you come not only to eat well, but also to experience a truly unique atmosphere.

25/07/2026: The service was great, the waiters were very friendly and smiling. The andouillette was wonderful. Honestly, I recommend it. The food was good, and the Graves wine was excellent. Thank you! Ten years later, you've rekindled our love for Lyon's traditional bistros. We spent €30-40 and had a bottle of wine.
