27/02/2026: Always an excellent restaurant. I recommend the pasmisali as a starter or for an aperitif; it allows you to taste different doughnuts as well as sauces of varying spice levels.

30/01/2026: We had a wonderful time. We opted for the four-course tasting menu (reasonably priced with two glasses of wine included) and what a pleasant surprise! Everything was perfect from start to finish, with excellent flavor combinations, delicious sauces, and an original dessert! A fantastic restaurant in Le Mans; we'll definitely be back!

08/11/2025: A delightful discovery, expertly prepared cuisine, excellent flavor combinations. Relatively generous portions. A calm atmosphere perfect for chatting. And to top it all off, a reasonable price. I'll be back.

01/11/2025: Excellent restaurant with superb flavors. The owner is very pleasant. We highly recommend it. The only slight drawback, if you can call it that, is the decor. But the atmosphere is nice and subdued.

04/03/2026: A superb Valentine's Day! The service was excellent and the food delicious. Special mention goes to the French toast: a pure delight, melt-in-your-mouth and perfectly caramelized. A perfect ending to a wonderful evening.

17/02/2026: A very good restaurant, which we discovered for Valentine's Day. The ingredients are high quality and almost all the meats are of French origin. Nice wine selection. We will gladly return.

27/03/2026: The restaurant offers decent food, but the prices remain high for an à la carte meal with a drink. The €4 bowl of fries also seems a bit pricey. A little more competition in the area would probably lead to a price adjustment.

20/11/2025: St Gilles was a great find for our team while we were in Le Mans scouting a few shops. We stopped there for lunch and were truly impressed: a warm welcome, a relaxed atmosphere, and very friendly service. The dishes were fresh, generous, and full of flavor, beautifully presented, and served without too much of a wait (perfect for us in the middle of a busy workday). You can tell it's a genuine local spot, not a tourist trap. I highly recommend St Gilles if you're in this part of Le Mans – ideal for a tasty and unpretentious lunch during a busy day in the city. We'll definitely be back on our next visit.

13/10/2025: Incredible St. Gilles steak with its delicious cheddar sauce, a very nice surprise, and the dessert is also very, very good, the pear and chocolate cup is generous. Simple homemade cuisine, very good.

12/03/2026: The set menu is €20 and the food is good. It's quite calm and the atmosphere is pleasant, with a stone interior that gives it a castle-like feel. Three of us felt the same way. We ate well and the service was more than adequate. Honestly, if you're ever in Le Mans, I recommend going there.

15/02/2026: We come to this restaurant regularly because we always find quality dishes with generous portions, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. One of our favorite places!
