L'auberge des 7 plats
Le Mans
29/09/2026: A very pleasant meal on the terrace (Sunday lunchtime). Homemade food.
One small drawback: my fries were a little hard.
The service was a bit slow, but given how busy it was, that was understandable. We enjoyed the lovely weather while we waited. 😉☀️ We'll definitely be back.
Thank you to the whole team at 7 Plats.
28/09/2026: We were very disappointed by the welcome and service.
A blonde waitress was particularly unpleasant and rude throughout the meal. We had barely started our aperitif when we were asked to choose our main courses. A few minutes later, she came back to ask us again what we wanted to eat, clearly very impatient.
The most regrettable thing was that our main courses were finally served before we had even finished our aperitif. We were also served cold fries.
At the end of the meal, we were asked if we wanted dessert. When we said no, the waitress left immediately, without a word, even though we wanted to have another coffee and a digestif.
We really felt like we were being rushed out the door. The service was very unfriendly and the attitude was truly unpleasant.
It's a shame, because a good meal isn't enough: the welcome and the quality of the service are also part of the experience.

PIZZERIA LA PERGOLA
Le Mans
29/08/2026: Excellent pizza, there were more ingredients than expected, but a very pleasant surprise. The vegetables added to the pizza were well-cooked and seasoned. Honestly, excellent.

A fantastic find! I tried the duck breast pizza, an original and truly delicious choice. This pizza perfectly showcases the menu's unique character. I highly recommend this place for lovers of great pizzas and unusual recipes!

31/08/2026: A laid back restaurant in a lovely old building.

Taj Mahal
Le Mans
14/08/2026: Disappointed. It's really mainstream Indian food. I ordered a "very spicy" dish and told the waitress to go for it, and honestly, I didn't find it spicy at all. Less so than a Senegalese or Thai dish. The portions are frankly small for the price (€12-13 for the dish, and €5.50 for the Indian milk, cashew, and pistachio ice cream, which is about the size of half a canteen glass), so much so that I ate more when I got home. The only positive point is the speed of the service.
EDIT: I happened to walk past it late this afternoon, the kitchen windows were open so you could see inside, and I clearly saw jars of ready-made "Indian sauces" from the PATAKS brand, which you can find at Auchan or Leclerc 🤣🤣🤣 I understand why it was frankly not very good the time I ate there!!!!
10/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fantastic evening at this Indian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the welcome and service were top-notch. The staff were lovely and really took great care of us. A truly wonderful place, we'll definitely be back! 😊

Pizza'N'Co
Le Mans
21/09/2026: Passing through Le Mans for one night, our accommodation was a bit cramped for cooking, and the pizzeria on the ground floor was calling our name. We ordered takeaway pizzas, the second ones half price, and we loved them. The crust was crispy and not dry at all. The toppings were generous and the taste was delicious. The staff were incredibly welcoming and impeccably polite: hello, thank you, and goodbye. Plus, the half-and-half concept, which doesn't exist in Belgium, allows you to multiply the pleasure and discover new flavors. I would gladly return. Thank you, gentlemen.
02/09/2026: Delivery problem. Please note that the photos do not correspond to the orders.

Mac Donald's
Le Mans
09/09/2026: There were many delivery errors; entire menus were missing. There were also mistakes with napkins, spoons, and even items brought to the restaurant.
09/09/2026: Because it's impossible to give zero stars, I'm giving it 1.
I ordered via Uber Eats for the first time, and what a mistake!
I ordered a Caesar salad without chicken, but I got a hazelnut oil vinaigrette (thankfully I'm not allergic to peanuts). The meal (salad + drink, yes, because it's more expensive when you order through Uber Eats) cost €12.70. Ouch, and I was hungry! The sundae was cold and there were no peanuts (that makes all the difference).
Of course, I tried calling, but no one answers; it's always just voicemail. I left a message explaining the problem and giving my number, but I'm still waiting for a call back. I had to go there in person the next day! I can't upload the photo of my order, but it wasn't huge (1 salad meal, 1 280 meal, 6 Nuggets, a small wrap, a chocolate sundae).

Le Sultan
Le Mans
10/08/2026: Very good! Served by a very kind lady!
31/07/2026: The guy who works at this restaurant is incredibly unprofessional. Once, I ordered a chicken sandwich, and he gave me reheated chicken on the griddle. I wasn't surprised it was leftovers from another customer, so instead of throwing it away, he reheated it for me. I wondered if he wasn't happy about it, so I went back. This time, a bee fell into my drink. I asked if he could replace it, and he refused. And it didn't stop there. I had to pay for the drink that had spilled in his sink because when I asked him to remove the bee, instead of pouring the drink into a glass, he poured it down the sink. He then put it on the bill, saying, "It wasn't us, it was the bee," as if I'd brought it home myself. After a long discussion between my wife and him, he removed the drink from the price without any apology whatsoever. This restaurant lacks friendliness and professionalism. I kept going back, but they constantly treat people like beginners. I absolutely do not recommend it.

La gourmandise
Le Mans
10/04/2026: It's always a pleasure to order from them; I've never had any mistakes with my orders, and the pizzas are just how I like them! A special mention for the minced meat and mushroom pizza and the goat cheese and honey pizza.
31/03/2026: Every time I'm in Chanteloup, I absolutely have to stop by Crousty. It's the place to be in the area. There's seating, parking nearby, and I've been going there for years and I'm never disappointed. I highly recommend their 1080 and especially their pizzas! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

27/03/2026: A chic and very classy place, the atmosphere is calming and soothing. The dishes are all beautifully presented, and they are also very tasty and surprising. The servers are pleasant and professional, and the service is efficient. I highly recommend L'Amphitryon.
24/03/2026: We tried to make a reservation for a table in the restaurant. We were on the phone for more than 10 minutes and then gave up. Not very customerfriendly. What a pity.

Le Arte Restaurant
Le Mans
19/09/2026: I went to your establishment last night. I was barely seated when I was given the menu, and after a few minutes (5 minutes to choose), someone came to take our order. My husband and I ordered a cocktail and two pizzas. About 10 minutes later, the pizzas arrived, while our cocktails hadn't. The waiter went back with our pizzas and brought them back three minutes later along with our cocktails. Soon they'll be serving us an aperitif with the main course and dessert! Just because there are only two of us doesn't mean we should eat faster. The service is becoming increasingly deplorable, which is a shame because the pizzas are still good. If I go back, I'll order the aperitif, and the waiter will come back several times to repeat the order. They really need to train their staff better. We were very disappointed with our evening at your establishment.
16/09/2026: We had a good meal and the service was very fast.

15/09/2026: Absolutely fantastic, 100/100, the best McDonald's in all of France. I highly recommend going there; they have amazing burgers. The server was incredibly kind. Go there without hesitation. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much. McDonald's 😀
05/09/2026: A great, friendly atmosphere at McDonald's. The food is excellent and the staff is attentive to their customers.
I highly recommend it.
