05/08/2026: We left the fine arts museum to grab a beer and had a small brunch. Everything was very acceptable for the price.

20/07/2026: We arrived at 6:20 PM. We ordered two spritzes that were spritzes in name only, with very little Aperol and water. At 6:40 PM, they started putting away the chairs, and as soon as we finished our drinks, they cleared the table. We understood that we had to leave.

25/07/2026: A really good kebab restaurant. Good and plenty of food for a considerably low price. The inside is a bit hot but the patio is great. Recommended if you visit Rouen and don't want to spend lots of money.

13/09/2026: The unique charm of a chalet right in the heart of Rouen. Fresh produce, including delicious mussels, real crispy fries, efficient service, all offered at very reasonable prices.

13/09/2026: The setting is pretty, resembling a mountain set, but the mussels have no taste. They were probably frozen or vacuum-packed. There was no Camembert or Roquefort cheese. The cream didn't taste like cream. The bread was at least two days old.

All this in a chic and authentic neighborhood of Rouen. A perfect place to take your time over lunch in a unique setting and then enjoy a sweet treat. A few days after this lunch, we returned to this charming spot, this time for an afternoon snack ☕️. We loved the cozy and refined atmosphere of Dame Cakes. The selection of teas 🫖 is lovely, and the pastries 🧁 are as beautiful as they are delicious 🍰.

15/07/2026: I stopped at the bar during my road trip and it's a great bar. The interior is beautifully decorated, as is the exterior; the back terrace is very shady. The service is just top-notch; the waitresses are super friendly! Nice atmosphere and extremely good food. I highly recommend this bar.
