27/09/2026: Paying €9.30 for a glass of Coke (not even a bottle, just a 25cl glass) and a glass of sparkling water with half a slice of lemon is outrageous! It's absurd to charge such prices for such poor quality. To make matters worse, the waiter who took our order made us wait 20 minutes while watching all the other tables being served, and we even saw our drinks being passed around and taken away. We had to reorder to get served.

25/09/2026: Good food and good service. Pleasant spot on the square where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake (a sad reminder of the Middle Ages, with its church...). (A bit pricey)

08/09/2026: Passing through Rouen and having read the positive reviews about this restaurant, we went there on Friday, September 4th, for lunch. The welcome was indeed friendly, but then...: the starters were served 10 minutes apart (the pâté terrine, moreover, was far too dry and had to be unmolded... hence the delay!!!). There was a mistake with the main course: meat instead of fish, then a mistake with the side dish: the green beans were missing. My wife tasted her plate and discovered it wasn't fish, so her plate was replaced, but... it was immediately eaten by a member of staff at the table next to ours (nothing goes to waste). As for me, the breaded chicken escalope was far too dry, and the spaghetti was served lukewarm. Often in these cases of negative feedback, when the restaurant owner responds, he criticizes the customer for not having made their comments on the spot. Once again, while stopping in I was in Rouen for a weekend, and I didn't want to cause any trouble. Admittedly, this missed meal (to say the least) was just an isolated incident in the service at this establishment. Too bad... it just happened to be us!

14/10/2026: Three sips, and all that's left is crushed ice. €13 a glass. At that price, you expect to at least enjoy your cocktail. Either the price is too high, or there's too much ice: one of the two needs to be addressed. You can't ask customers to pay top dollar for so little to drink. And then you shouldn't complain that times are tough and customers are staying away from outdoor patios. Making people want to come back starts with the feeling that they're getting their money's worth. Being ripped off once is enough.

05/10/2026: Clearly my favorite bar in Lyon for the past two years. So many memories at this bar, the welcome is always so warm. The bartenders are always lovely, they recognize us and are so accommodating when we need more space on the terrace. I've celebrated two birthdays there, and even though they can't take reservations, they always do their best to make us feel comfortable and offer us free shots whenever they can. In short, Viktor is the place to be, and thanks to Léo and Julien who liven up our evenings every time! 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻

02/06/2026: It was delicious, the fish was very fresh, and the hot dishes were excellent too! Moreover, the welcome was very warm; the owner was lovely and very helpful.

21/09/2025: It was a wonderful experience with French cuisine. The dishes were delicious and very reasonably priced. The sauces, in particular, danced harmoniously in the mouth.

18/09/2025: Brilliant place but get there for opening time otherwise you might not get a table. The service was excellent, the food brilliant as they only have a set menu but don't let that put you off going, you will not be disappointed. The only thing is that serve wine by the glass and not as most restaurants in a piche or caraf.

24/07/2026: I'm literally eating carbonara pasta with burnt bacon. It has absolutely no taste except for the burnt flavor. It's infested. The burrata is tasteless, saltless, and breadless, served with a single arugula leaf and four cherry tomatoes for €9… I might as well go to Carrefour at that price. Even if we use Uber, we're still customers…

18/07/2026: I just ordered a pizza and was very well received. I haven't tasted it yet, but I've heard good things about it. I asked the waitress if it was normal that the menu wasn't online; she was surprised and passed the information along. So, I'd like to request that the menu be posted here as a photo.

30/09/2026: The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. I ordered a runny omelet. It was served overcooked, with burnt patches and a greasy taste. A shame! However, the fries were excellent.

31/10/2026: We arrived at 4 pm intending to have a snack and do some work. By 5 pm, the servers had started tidying the tables around ours, putting the chairs on them, and repeatedly saying they would leave as soon as closing time. They also cleared our table before we had finished eating. We felt rushed out, which was a shame. As for drinks and snacks, the iced matcha latte was okay, nothing special, but the hazelnut brownie was very good.

09/10/2026: Small, inexpensive menus. The self-service kiosk is a disaster. The reception was appalling when a person with reduced mobility asked to use the toilet; they were asked for their disability card...it's a bit much.

05/10/2026: Disastrous experience. We came to eat in the upstairs dining room on October 4th, and a mouse was wandering between the booths. When we reported it to the cashiers downstairs, they told us, "Yes, we're aware, we're in the middle of pest control," but why not close the upstairs area? No reaction from the staff. We won't be back. And here's the photo.

08/09/2026: There was a very unpleasant smell in this restaurant, enough to make you nauseous. Other customers reported the same thing, but it didn't seem to bother anyone…

08/09/2026: Cold meal, illegal display, especially broken glasses charged for the XL menu, drinks like Vittel (bottle size not specified at the dispenser) not correctly ordered. Words were exchanged between people behind the counter, later corrected by the manager, even exaggerated. There was a strong odor at the entrance of Quick, noticed by myself and several other customers who entered later, including children; I quote, "It stinks in here." After multiple exchanges with the manager that evening, there was absolutely no customer service. This was a first and last time for me, because I admit to making mistakes, but this seems to be a recurring issue.

19/10/2026: I ordered a Texas Steakhouse Sub 30 today, October 19th, and I only received a Sub 15. What's worse, it wasn't even the right sandwich I chose. I don't usually leave reviews, but paying for a Sub 30 meal, which isn't cheap to begin with, and ending up with neither the size nor the product I ordered is unacceptable. I think it's something everyone can do to check that the customer's order is complete before sealing the bag.

09/10/2026: This is just the Best Subway ever!! Special Thanks to Abdul and Alex, they are amazing and international students friendly... Loved the experience and taste.
