17/01/2026: The welcome and service were efficient and friendly. I had the Brasseur sauerkraut, which was very generous for under €15. The dining room is quite modern, and the only slight drawback is that it gets rather noisy when there's a group having lunch.

15/01/2026: A very long wait before our order was even taken; they clearly prioritize regulars… then there was a mistake with our order. I asked if I could get another jug ​​of water, but it was never brought back. The only positive point is that the food is good, but don't go there for lunch unless you have at least two hours to spare, and the service needs improvement. 😉

13/01/2026: I arrived in the afternoon at 1:45 PM, knowing that the opening time was 1:30 PM. There was a long line outside, stretching all the way to the exit. The security guard was only letting people in one at a time because there were already too many people waiting inside. I left at 4:00 PM, but at 3:15 PM we were told that there was no point in waiting beyond the cordon and that we should come back the next day, with the same uncertainty about getting an appointment. We were given a form to fill out for those who wanted to be contacted by phone. I had been warned that you had to arrive very early to have any hope of getting an appointment, but experiencing it is quite another story. The pointless wait in the cold, the uncertainty, and the wasted time. Everyone's nerves are being tested. Several people have reported arriving at 9 a.m. that same day who were unable to enter the building and had to return in the afternoon to wait indefinitely. It's inhumane to make so many people wait unnecessarily in the cold. Are there any solutions to manage this infernal wait? A ticket system, an estimated wait time? Allowing more people inside the building, even if it means sitting on the floor where it's warm and dry to make the wait less unpleasant. It's a nightmare. It's better to complete as much as possible online and call an advisor from home, even if it means waiting 20 minutes on the phone, than to travel there for nothing and waste your day. Or arrive more than an hour before opening time to have any hope of being seen.

31/12/2025: Staff shortages result in excessively long waits, both inside and outside. Not to mention the lack of parking, making travel difficult even though the bus stops nearby. Some people prefer to use their own vehicles.

09/03/2026: Overnight for a birthday, expensive for what it is, the mojitos and Virgin mojitos need improvement as they were not good at all, no seating available unless you order a bottle, so disappointing.

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

10/11/2025: In Rouen, we decided to try ITO… just to see what this place was like! Well, it was just a test, and we won't be going back. The waitress took our order without drinks… instead, a carafe was placed on our table. The cheese skewers arrived cold and on the side… then the sushi arrived without soy sauce or wasabi… forget about the candied ginger too! The rice was barely cooked… The miso soup was tasteless… In short, a place to avoid… The wait was long, far too long, and the quality was definitely lacking!

02/02/2026: I worked at the Christmas market two years ago. Every morning, before opening the stall, I'd have my coffee and play Amigo. I won over 500 euros, but in my haste, I misplaced my ticket. The manager and staff went out of their way to help me find it, despite how busy it was that morning. I was running late, so I left... disappointed. That evening, I went back without much hope. When the person saw me, they proudly held up a small white ticket... it was tucked away in a gap under the cash register. So, a little belatedly, I wanted to thank you gentlemen for your honesty and empathy. A big thank you, and see you next Christmas.

21/01/2026: Avoid this place! The seafood bites and crepes were inedible, the sour cream and shellfish were rubbery. I used to go to this fish shop regularly, but it seems to have changed owners. Since then, it's been a disaster: the employees are unpleasant, the fish isn't very fresh, and it's overpriced. I won't be going back.

There were only four tables to serve—no connection or valid excuse. I didn't fail to point out her complete lack of politeness: not a single hello or the slightest effort to be welcoming. Frankly, you don't do this job if you don't have a sense of service and respect for customers. A very bad experience! It's a shame we can't give it 0 stars.

In short, it depends on the cook's mood, according to the person I spoke to on the phone. She told me she didn't care and that the salmon was cut more than 24 hours before. For a 40 euro order.
