31/08/2024: We came on a Saturday evening to this restaurant that we have known since it opened.
Quality and quantity are unfortunately no longer there.
We were especially ill after this dinner: terrible bars in our stomachs and trips to the toilet as soon as we returned home.
We warned the manager who looked down on us.
A report was made to the DGCCRF.
The staff is not rude but expeditious.
The place is noisy but well located.
We won't come back again.

10/09/2024: Tea room in the historic center of Rouen, right in front of the side portal known as the Booksellers of Rouen Cathedral. Seats on tables and chairs are quite comfortable although the rooms on the ground floor and first floor are not very large. Huge choice of variations of tea and various cakes and biscuits. Fast and kind service. Prices normal considering the context. Paid parking nearby.
08/09/2024: Very good as far as the pastry is concerned, however the drinks are disappointing, the strawberry milk does not taste like it, because of a layer of strawberry syrup at the bottom of the glass.

01/06/2024: Retour avec un collègue au Palais indien. Cette fois-ci nous testons le menu Rama : boisson entrée plat dessert pour 38€/pax.
Excellent rapport qualité prix !
Entrée bien servie avec différentes viandes accompagnée de cheese Naan.
2 plats à partager en quantité largement suffisante toujours au top côté épices et crémeux.
Et desserts au choix.
A ce prix là c'est vraiment nickel avec en prime le sourire de l'équipe.

It's not the first time I've been there but most likely the last, and they never have what you want!

09/06/2024: Saturday evening spent in this establishment, obviously after probable recent change of owner because decoration and menu different from those announced on the internet.
Layout of the room in complete white quite modest. Heartwarming welcome.
Menu composed of simple dishes, half based on fried poultry.
Disappointment with the basic, tasteless canteen-style cuisine (chicken leg without sauce with fries). At that price it's quite astonishing. Dessert small piece of tasteless cold apple pie, certainly frozen.
Despite everything, the meal was OK but the bill was rather high.

28/05/2024: Traveling through Rouen and stopped for some cappuccinos with our new friends! A bit chilly for sitting outside, but the coffee warmed us right-up!
03/04/2024: Brasserie near the station, pleasant and good.
Dish + coffee for €17 or on menu maxi €20.
New boss, very pleasant as well as the waitresses.
Very good cook in the kitchen.
Go with confidence.

09/09/2024: Don't be fooled by the storefront which can be surprising due to the lack of information on what is offered by this establishment.
The kebab I tasted was excellent. The fries are fresh. Deliciously crispy round bread. The meat is extra and not very fatty.
In short, a very good address to satisfy a craving for a good kebab.

14/09/2024: I have been a customer of this brasserie since the takeover by the new owner. I don't have much to say, but I simply want to highlight the epicurean, simple and authentic side of the establishment, without false note. I recommend you try the mozzarella croque-monsieur, prepared with real brioche bread, generous and delicious. Not even to mention the fries, as good as those I only taste at my grandmother's. I would like to point out that my opinion is completely objective and sincere! Thanks to the waiter, always very pleasant. Recently, this brasserie has become my canteen. See you soon !

23/06/2024: Call yourself a Tunisian restaurant no, no taste that made me think of Tunisia, this restaurant is made for French people who don't know the real taste of couscous, who like bland white semolina, the only positive point is the skewer, otherwise merguez looks like a sausage from the supermarket, quite long service and very expensive for what it is and not even bread for salads and even for mint tea you have to wait, it's too much
05/05/2024: Nous venons au prince des sables depuis de nombreuses années, et la qualité des mets présentés n'a jamais dérogé. excellent couscous avec une mention spéciale pour les délicieuses boulettes de viande. Les tajines sont également à la hauteur des attentes. Ambiance et décoration orientale qui nous fait voyager, vous ajoutez à cela un accueil toujours courtois et souriant du propriétaire et la boucle est bouclée.

17/09/2024: +2.5€ or even x2 on drink prices compared to all pubs of equivalent "standing" in the area (or nearby).
Very irregular quality of service, it goes from very good and a smile to "you can clean your table yourself, that's too far for me" (and without even a smile, please or thank you). However, I am not in the habit of considering the servers as my obligations...but there is abuse there.
Positive point, there is always a little space when it is crowded elsewhere

09/09/2024: Stay here for a genuine Rouen French experience. It is an old historic building, with charming courtyard. It is wonderfully quirky. Rooms small and old but that is part of the charm. If you like anonymous chain hotels this may not be for you. But if you enjoy humanity in all its variety and splendour then enjoy here. The location in Rouen is perfect right in the heart of the old city, all major sights in easy reach. Some great restaurants close by.
08/06/2024: The room was probably the smallest, but you always make it work. The holder for the shower head was almost broken off, but at least it lasted our stay. We experienced that the room was not washed and thus towels were not changed 2/5 days. Nevertheless, it is a very cozy hotel which is very centrally located in the city and which has a lovely and old feel about it. All in all I had a nice stay.

cappucino met heel veel cacao zonder te vragen. Dus geen melkschuim want dat lost op in cacao. Zo jammer dat je dat in horeca niet begrijpt.

Servizio ai tavoli esterni ottimo.
Ottime insalate e buonissima tarte salate.
Ingredienti freschi e buoni.
Ottima scelta se passate da qui.

25/06/2024: Aucun intérêt. Rapport qualité prix catastrophique. Les plats en sauce sont hyper épicés, surcuits (combien de temps tout cela reste-t-il dans les bacs ?) et on cherche la viande. Desserts insipides et loin de la gastronomie indienne (des liégeois et Danette en direct du supermarché ?!?!)
Si vous voulez un naan digne de ce nom, c’est en supplément des 20€ déjà versés pour accéder au buffet. Nous n’y retournerons jamais.

Accueil correct.
Buffet à volonté, y a du choix. Les plats sont bons.
Entrées pas assez froides et plats chauds manque de chaleur.
Peu de desserts mais c'est suffisant.
Service simple mais correct.
