Admittedly, we're quite picky. We've had two mistakes, and they've always reacted very well, offering an apology followed by a gesture of goodwill. Very professional, always a warm welcome, always a kind word. 😁 Keep it up, you're the best! 😉 Madame Tacos without cheese sauce 😄

05/03/2026: Excellent place! We had a wonderful time at Bar des Fleurs. We enjoyed a pot-au-feu and a chicken burger, both absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. A big thank you also to the waiter, who took the time to explain in detail the allergens present in the dishes. He knew the menu perfectly and advised us with great kindness and professionalism. It's so nice to feel listened to and well taken care of when you have dietary restrictions. The service was top-notch: the waiter was smiling, pleasant, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place!

01/12/2025: We ordered through Uber Eats. Once the order and payment were complete, I immediately noticed an error in the restaurant's address. I didn't have the option to cancel or modify the order through the app. So I called the restaurant. The person I spoke to told me it wouldn't be possible to cancel because they had too many orders and it would take too long to go to the kitchen and search using my name. Then the manager took the phone and tried to explain why my order couldn't be canceled. I confess I didn't understand any of the explanations. It was impossible to communicate with this person, who was clearly more frustrated by the situation than I was. We regret having experienced this ridiculous and unprofessional behavior.

08/02/2026: Arrived in the drive-thru line at 8:40 PM, served at 8:51 PM. Reaching the last window, no one downstairs was preparing my order, then a crew member came and asked for my order number because "I just got back on duty," and then parked me after 10 minutes… finally served at 9:10 PM. You shouldn't be hungry. It's a shame that when I got home I ended up with a double cheeseburger instead of a triple. Very disappointed.
