13/10/2026: Good bakery, the €8.50 sandwich deal (sandwich, drink, dessert) is satisfactory. Park, parking, and public transport nearby. Pleasant service too, I recommend it!
11/10/2026: After three visits to this establishment, I seriously question the billing system used at the till. The price quoted is consistently higher than the one we calculate ourselves. And when we point this out, the price is changed without explanation, always to the cashier's advantage, giving the impression of a rigged billing system. This is evident on the receipt, if you're lucky enough to get one (just like the credit card receipt, which isn't offered). Indeed, we see unexplained "+ €1" charges. The fact that not all prices are displayed in the window also gives the impression of arbitrary pricing. Even the different employees disagree on the prices. On the plus side, the location opposite the Halle Tony Garnier and the friendliness of the servers are definite advantages. These two factors must explain the continued popularity. Personally, I won't be returning... being ripped off three times was enough.

22/10/2026: After 8:30 PM, there's no point in coming; it's cold and the food is dry. And for dessert, they'll be closed. You have to be there by 7:30 PM, 8 PM at the latest. Anyway, we don't answer personal questions anymore.
22/10/2026: Arrived at 5:14 PM exactly, no more rosti burgers, okay, I changed my order. The service was incredibly slow, and to top it all off, I finally got served at 8:21 PM because I was out of pasta and rice, so my breaded fish was cold. It's getting worse and worse; I won't be coming back. And a smile, a "good evening" wouldn't hurt. It's 8:36 PM exactly, and the website says closing time is 9:30 PM. Isn't there something wrong here?

09/10/2026: I don’t understand the reviews on here, I have eaten here twice in the last year and each time I’ve had a positive experience, I found the food good the desserts good, the beer good the coffee good and the staff friendly, I had a great time and thought the price was just like other places in tourist areas

03/10/2026: Avoid at all costs! The food was tasteless and left a bad taste in your stomach, and to top it off, the chef's hair was in the wok twice. Luckily, the waitresses were understanding and offered a discount, but it was the first and last time for us.

29/09/2026: Supposedly they were short-staffed, while they were having fun behind the bar. The poor waiter was doing his best, the food was cold, which was a shame. There was a piece of fuzzy fur in the bread basket, a bit of plastic on my plate, and we asked for a carafe of water at least four times. It finally arrived at the end of dessert, which itself arrived on a slightly dirty tray. 😏
29/09/2026: We had the mussels and fries, which were very good and a very generous portion.
The welcome was friendly, and the waiters were very polite and attentive.

01/10/2026: Very disappointing dining experience
My first visit to this establishment, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment.
Regarding the dishes:
The mussels with Roquefort cheese: the sauce was watered down, tasteless, and the garnish vegetables (onions and celery) were undercooked. It was impossible to season at the table: the salt shaker was unusable due to the humidity.
The Italian salad: the lettuce was wilted, the dressing was practically nonexistent, and the onion pieces (especially the bottom part) were roughly chopped and very tough.
A real lack of care and attention to detail in the kitchen. I am sharing this experience honestly and objectively to prevent future customers from experiencing the same disappointment and in the hope that the team will take these comments into account to improve.

22/07/2026: Arriving at this bakery, strangely empty, we looked at what they had to offer. While we were thinking, the saleswoman looked us straight in the eye, tapped the counter several times, and said, "Well?" In an annoyed and irritated tone, we bought €21 worth of flan (for 10 people). Afterward, we ate it—horrible! It was dense, tasteless, and went down like concrete. The only edible thing was the apricot on 3 of the 10 tarts. The only positive thing was the presentation of the pastries; as they say, all on the outside, nothing on the inside. Now we understand why it was empty.
11/07/2026: I bought 3 tuna bagnats, but the sandwiches were lukewarm with bad-tasting tuna mayonnaise... So, unfortunately, I had to throw away 3 sandwiches... A terrible experience...

The woman who runs the restaurant didn't even say hello. She was rude to us because we weren't seated properly. She also didn't help set the tables.
In short, we don't expect this kind of behavior when we come to eat or have a drink.
09/05/2026: Horrible experience. The food was subpar and the service appalling. I strongly advise against going there.

27/09/2026: Excellent experience by the water; the food was delicious, the service met our expectations, and the price was reasonable. The location is simply magnificent; we recommend it 100%.
24/09/2026: Indifferent service for food that seemed to be made with leftovers from the day before or two days prior: a gratinéed baguette with a cheese of dubious and indefinable flavor, a fish stew with tasteless, boiled pieces of meat. I definitely do not recommend it.

04/08/2026: I ordered a non-alcoholic beer. I was served a lemonade with sugar and lemon juice. The waiter claimed it was a non-alcoholic beer because the drink contained no alcohol. The staff was completely clueless. Not recommended.
26/07/2026: Expensive drinks for the lack of alcohol, and the atmosphere wasn't very pleasant (it remains to be seen if the DJ was doing a residency or not). In short, if you want good drinks, look elsewhere.

15/09/2026: RUN AWAY! Appalling welcome and service! Both the blonde and brunette waitresses should find another line of work! Not a smile, unpleasant, and with absolutely no customer service skills! Instead of retaining 13 customers who were on vacation and might return, we will never set foot in this restaurant again. By the way, it really should change its name; it's anything but friendly and welcoming!
14/09/2026: What can I say... this restaurant is stuck in the 80s, with questionable hygiene and haphazard service. Things get even worse on the plate: tasteless mussels, and a "ficelle picarde" that's a "ficelle picarde" in name only (undercooked crepe, small pieces of ham and frozen mushrooms, all completely flavorless). Avoid at all costs; it's a tourist trap.

09/07/2026: I's a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately, after having made and paid the reservation, they charged us 40 euro extra for the room. On top of what we already paid. They took it from my creditcard without permission. I protested, but they didn't give the money back.
27/04/2026: Having stayed in October 2025, the setting and the room were very pleasant, but the service clearly needs improvement for an establishment of this standard. Due to a personal constraint, we had to arrive around 11 pm, having notified the establishment beforehand. Vincent, who was on duty, received us in a very frosty manner and charged us nearly €45 extra for late arrival, which is absolutely not mentioned in the prices displayed. (24-hour reception) We were very disappointed by this welcome, having traveled nearly 150 km.
We felt like we were bothering them. We were truly disappointed.
