26/08/2024: It's not often you want to dine in a hotel restaurant when so many establishments are just a stone's throw away, but the Échanson is worth sitting down for a moment of discovery. You will not have a plethora of options on the menu in starters, main courses, desserts and so much the better. I had the beef tataki to start, followed by a poultry supreme accompanied by fries and a succulent homemade mayonnaise, my wife opted for the cupbearer burger. The day before I had a steak accompanied by a good Anjou rosé or even glasses of red wine served by the glass, forgetting the port would be sacrilege just like the glass of champagne. Brief ! A good value for money which is worth the detour to try the adventure without having to run here and there when you arrive at the hotel to find something to sustain you. Do not also forget the staff who work in this place, I was served by a charming, polite, professional young man (Mr Valentin) who knows the products well and also knows how to help customers in the language of Shakespeare, attentive and considerate without him, without them the restaurant would be nothing. Also don't forget one of his colleagues of the same ilk who has a look/presence worthy of the tiger brigades (old-timers will understand) just as welcoming and warm as his named colleague. Brief ! A good time spent remaking the world in a somewhat refined place and in which background music could have enveloped this place, this is a detail, a figment of the mind! 30/09/2024: Went here yesterday for lunch, we left after 5 minutes without even ordering food. The pizza’s and burgers are cooked inside the restaurant, but the fume extractors clearly weren’t working. It was horrible, there was a blue haze throughout the restaurant, my eyes were prickling and it was tough to breath. I don’t understand people were actually having lunch there.

20/09/2024: I ate a bad pizza with no taste 3 shrimps, 3 peeling knives and 10 mussels which beat a duel and at 22 euros the pizza there you go

18/08/2024: We had booked outside and found ourselves inside. Apart from that, very good food and good service.

02/08/2024: It takes them too long to even bring a menu card. When we ask for it they watch us like we asked too much. We went there 2 times and it was the same.. Service is like 0.

08/09/2024: Stavamo visitando la costa d'alabastro nel nord est della Francia tra Le Treport e Saint-Valery sur Somme, per puro caso abbiamo deviato per le Bois de Cise. Il ristorante/hotel vanta una posizione panoramica Invidiabile, abbiamo mangiato bene del pesce ed un dessert a prezzi ragionevoli.

16/09/2024: Très bonne adresse, bon accueil on est bien dans le nord 👍. Cuisine au top , qualité et quantité. Le chef Alain n'a pas que des belles moustaches , on a plaisir a échanger quelques mots avec lui toujours dans la bonne humeur, enfin le service est aussi parfait grâce à un personnel aimable et souriant . Très bon relais motard , on recommande 👏 . ( Moto club de taissy ✌️)
