25/08/2026: I am unfortunately too disappointed with this Flunch to give it a decent rating: far from the image of the dish I ordered, the dish I received was truly awful on the day of my visit! Apart from this exception, the traditional atmosphere and the all-you-can-eat meals were still present and deserve to be highlighted, hence the second star in my rating 🌟.

24/08/2026: Hello, I just returned from Brittany with my family (5 people) and spent around 80 euros. At the checkout, the service was really unpleasant! Furthermore, the young men who normally clean the tables were very rude when we asked them to please clean a table so we could sit down, etc.

01/09/2026: We were among those who loved this place. We went back several times during the same stay. The mussels and skate are delicious and cooked perfectly, and they have Leffe beer! Good desserts too. The value for money is unbeatable. Spacious dining rooms and a relaxed atmosphere. A friendly, family-run welcome (the men are probably in the kitchen) and a warm welcome as long as you're friendly too. We'll definitely be back.

30/08/2026: I agree with the recent reviews... unpleasant. It's impossible to have a drink inside when it's raining. The name "la bonne franquette" (a French term for a casual, informal place) is a gross misnomer!

27/06/2026: I strongly advise against this place. The waitress was very unpleasant and didn't know how to say hello or goodbye; all she wanted was for the customer to leave. Avoid this bar/snack bar.

27/04/2026: Due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived late in the evening but before midnight, and we had, of course, notified reception. Upon arrival, the welcome was icy, and we were not welcome at that hour. Imagine my surprise when, two days later, I saw a late arrival charge of €45 without prior notice, despite the website stating no extra charges and 24/7 reception for the rooms. As for breakfast, we were given a limited portion and had to ask for bread as it was served at the table. It's a shame that someone meant to welcome guests could spoil the atmosphere of such a beautiful place! We received a response from our host, Vincent: this gentleman should change professions instead of justifying his attitude and making excuses. His response is completely false. I would remind you that his role is to welcome guests. There was no professionalism whatsoever, and customer service is paramount. We have had the opportunity to visit beautiful places, and we have never encountered such behavior. I invite anyone reading this review to check my statements regarding the additional cost of a late arrival on the establishment's website. This will illustrate, for example, that the host's responses are not credible.

27/04/2026: Having stayed in October 2025, the setting and the room were very pleasant, but the service clearly needs improvement for an establishment of this standard. Due to a personal constraint, we had to arrive around 11 pm, having notified the establishment beforehand. Vincent, who was on duty, received us in a very frosty manner and charged us nearly €45 extra for late arrival, which is absolutely not mentioned in the prices displayed. (24-hour reception) We were very disappointed by this welcome, having traveled nearly 150 km. We felt like we were bothering them. We were truly disappointed.

22/07/2026: Arriving at this bakery, strangely empty, we looked at what they had to offer. While we were thinking, the saleswoman looked us straight in the eye, tapped the counter several times, and said, "Well?" In an annoyed and irritated tone, we bought €21 worth of flan (for 10 people). Afterward, we ate it—horrible! It was dense, tasteless, and went down like concrete. The only edible thing was the apricot on 3 of the 10 tarts. The only positive thing was the presentation of the pastries; as they say, all on the outside, nothing on the inside. Now we understand why it was empty.

11/07/2026: I bought 3 tuna bagnats, but the sandwiches were lukewarm with bad-tasting tuna mayonnaise... So, unfortunately, I had to throw away 3 sandwiches... A terrible experience...

03/09/2026: We had dinner at the bistro last night; the duck and beef burgers were excellent. Kudos to the chef and her team! The waitress was very efficient and, above all, always smiling. We'll gladly return.

28/08/2026: Noisy restaurant. We ordered a goat cheese and Saint-Marcellin salad, but it arrived without goat cheese, with black lettuce, an unpeeled cucumber, and half a tomato cut into quarters. The mussels were nothing special, very small. The dishes were bland. We were disappointed.
