31/01/2026: I agree with the previous comment. The restaurant management is simply disappointing. The manager, Sébastien, is clearly not in the business, and it shows from the very first minutes. Passive, barely present, incapable of managing the dining room or handling customer feedback, he gives the impression of being completely overwhelmed. At this point, he should seriously consider handing over the reins. Fortunately, Benjamin and Steven are there. As usual, they save the day, both at lunchtime and in the evening. Professionalism, efficiency, and a focus on customer service: they are literally keeping the restaurant afloat. We come here solely because of them. The day they leave this establishment, we will never return and will advise against it without hesitation. Everything needs to be rethought in this restaurant, except for these two servers, who are true pillars of the establishment.

05/01/2026: There are few crêperies in Joinville, and this one, simply called "La Crêperie," is our favorite. Admittedly, the recipes are very traditional and don't change with the seasons, but the crêpe batter holds its shape well, and the prices are reasonable. It's also worth noting that the crêpes are served with a little greenery (at no extra charge), and there are no questionable books or posters in sight.
