The cuisine is refined, but in our opinion a little too much, a little too complicated, which sometimes alters the taste. Small details that still leave plenty of room for potential: the veloute could be simplified a bit, the grilled langoustines should be served shelled, the dessert biscuits a little too hard... And to enjoy the place, I read Honesty Bar (found on Amazon), a great, non-violent, "feel-good" thriller... TOP!

The beef fillet was superb; luckily I asked for it rare because it was almost blue, but it was still excellent. The service was top-notch, with private writing lessons, haha. I highly recommend it!

Everything is homemade, and you'll enjoy everything from appetizers to desserts, including fresh fish from the local fish market and a modern twist on leeks vinaigrette. The interior is lovely, and the terrace overlooks the boats, giving you a real holiday feel. And the service is both professional and friendly. Go there—we need to spread the word about these great places!

The welcome was warm and the service attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. An excellent restaurant in Les Sables that we highly recommend!

07/03/2026: I discovered this place through friends, and I was very disappointed with my order: a stew. I absolutely do not recommend it. It had no flavor, lacked salt, and only the fish was redeeming. The julienned vegetables that came with it were even worse. Perhaps it was a poor choice on my part. The waitress came to collect my plate and asked how everything went, as usual. I told her it wasn't good, and she didn't ask for feedback. She just cleared the table and went to the kitchen... In short, I've had better experiences.
