27/04/2026: We went there somewhat randomly and what a pleasant surprise! The staff are welcoming and helpful while remaining discreet and respectful. The food is very good and flavorful compared to other buffets where everything tastes pretty much the same. That's not the case here. We had a great time as a family and, most importantly, we ate very well 🙂

That's definitely what I remember most from my visit to Viet Manh: a very welcoming and passionate owner.
Having eaten Asian food quite often, I can say without hesitation that this restaurant is among the best in Nancy and the surrounding area.
I had two beef bo bun nem there: excellent.

23/03/2026: A loyal customer for years, for me this is THE Vietnamese canteen, a true savior of homemade cuisine. I'm won over by the perfect balance of flavors and the authenticity of the dishes. The bò bún is, in my opinion, the best: the vegetables are fresh and crisp, the spring rolls are crunchy, and the beef is finely sliced. And the quality remains consistent over time, thanks to the lovely owners. A real treat!
