03/07/2026: I ordered lunch today. The service was excellent and fast. The prices for the lunch specials didn't bother me. I had a salad which was good and a generous portion. My friend had a banh mi which she liked, but it lacked filling and sauce.

01/07/2026: I work right next to Xinh Xinh, and one day I went in completely by chance for lunch. I ordered a Bo Bun… and since that day, I've been completely hooked! I eat it almost every day; I never get tired of it. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are amazing, and the service is always friendly. And I can't finish without mentioning their caramel flan… It's a real winner! ❤️ It's simply incredible—creamy, decadent, and perfectly balanced. If you're ever in the area, don't leave without trying one!

16/06/2026: A lovely Vietnamese restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. I've ordered the bo bun every time I've been there. The portion is very generous! However, I wonder if the recipe has changed slightly, because after my first visit, I found the other bo buns different from the very first one I had, which I found truly exceptional, about three years ago.

I also had a mimosa rice dish for €3.50, so it came to €13.50. I thoroughly enjoyed it without breaking the bank. I highly recommend it.

29/05/2026: Must eat here if you like Vietnamese! I got the pork sandwich and the spring roll. The sandwich was perfect! The meat was tender, and super tasty full of flavors. The baguette was very crunchy and it was filled with red cabbage, and other herbs…all super fresh ingredients. ❤️ Sauces of the spring roll was w chunks of peanuts. All homemade. It’s a very small shop, take away only but it made it all that much better to sit on a bench and just focus on the flavors. I accidentally discovered this place passing by but the place had a humble great vibe, so I took a chance. I’m so happy I did. Don’t let the simplicity of the place hold you back, it’s definitely made a love and is worth trying a great authentic Vietnamese meal for 10 euros. 😳 (Pork sandwich and chicken+shrimp Spring rolls). Sorry for lack of photos. It cut me by a surprise. 😂

I still happily go back whenever I'm craving a good banh mi. A simple, efficient place that deserves to be better known. Try it and share it without hesitation.

29/07/2026: This is awful! We ordered three special sandwiches and there were more carrots than filling, and the banh gio were cold. There are much better places to eat here. Absolutely terrible!
