Everything was delicious: the starter (beef and cheese skewers), the main course (beef lok lak), and the dessert (banana, vanilla ice cream, chocolate, caramel sauce with whipped cream). 24/09/2026: What a treat! What a find! We arrived a little early, before opening time, and the owner warmly welcomed us and presented their magnificent menu. The menu is presented like an adventure, a well-thought-out order, with photos and descriptions of the dishes, as well as what they represent in Vietnamese culture. It's like reading a novel and experiencing it at the same time. The service was prompt and extremely kind and attentive; the food was absolutely delicious for a more than reasonable price (impossible to find these days). What an experience! We will be back as soon as possible. We arrived a bit early, but the owner welcomed us inside and greeted us with their beautiful menu. It is organized and very carefully ordered, with descriptions of the dishes and also pictures, not only of the dishes but also their history and what they represent in Vietnamese culture. This is like reading a novel and experiencing it at the same time. The service was prompt and extremely kind and attentive; the food was delicious, for a more than reasonable price (which is impossible to find nowadays). What an experience, we'll definitely come back as soon as we can

21/09/2026: Run away! The worst Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to. They serve tiny portions. I've never had such small portions in a Vietnamese restaurant. The spring rolls and pho were the smallest on earth. She told me it was because they used high-quality ingredients. Frozen spring rolls, yes, and the pho was tasteless; I hesitated to ask for salt... they're stingy even with the water. And at the end, they add extras out of nowhere. Not enough meat in the pho.

For perishable foodstuffs, maintaining the correct temperature is essential to guarantee their safety and quality. I hope that the transport and storage conditions of these products will be verified.

20/08/2026: I doubted an app could choose a restaurant, but it's the one that guided me here to scan my calories. The shrimp provided enough protein, and the dish was good. The dining room is simple and quiet.

21/09/2026: Getting longer and longer. Several Friday night dinners and far too long waits. It feels like takeout orders are prioritized over those dining in. Another test this Monday evening and still just as long despite the few customers. The wait was long both taking our order and clearing our table. In the end, tired of waiting, we left without ordering dessert. Too long. It's a shame because the food is still delicious, but it's not worth the wait. They need a proper server who can focus solely on the dining room and not the kitchen.

28/07/2026: Excellent cuisine! Passing through Blois, we enjoyed two delicious meals, both homemade, and the service, despite the crowds, was always friendly and attentive. The Tavel wine is excellent and definitely worth trying! Thank you to the chef!
