26/10/2024: A superb discovery in Saint-Étienne! The Au Bol'Appétit restaurant offers a warm atmosphere in a small, friendly room. The team is welcoming and immediately puts you at ease. We particularly loved the Bo buns, delicious and well-filled, as well as the Bol'apport dish, where you choose your ingredients for cooking live — a real spectacle and an explosion of flavors! Special mention for the Weiss chocolate desserts, a delight for those with a sweet tooth. Remember to book, the room is small and fills up quickly. I highly recommend this address!

07/10/2024: Excellent quality of food, indeed out of stock sometimes but everything is good so we are spoiled for choice. Never disappointed! Zen atmosphere and very pleasant server. Recommended if you want to have a good time. Don’t hesitate to also take away as there are few places inside.

25/09/2024: I just discovered this restaurant in my new office area. I feel like I'm going to go there every week. The room is exotic, you have the impression of being in Asia. The room is very small, which gives a warm atmosphere.
The spring rolls are delicious, my beef was delicious and it's plentiful. I also like the reduced menu. There is no desert.
The boss is very nice.

11/09/2024: Ça revient plus cher qu'un restaurant à volonté. J'ai pris tout le reste de crevettes sauce piquante soit 10 avant la fermeture et la patronne a refusé de me mettre la sauce qui reste. J'en ai eu pour 19€ juste pour des nouilles et des crevettes sauce piquante

26/09/2024: La meilleure cuisine vietnamien que vous pouvez trouver en France ! Un vrai petit restaurant familial comme on aime, sans prétention et dans lequel le chef (le filston) œuvre dans la plus grande tradition culinaire de son pays.
Tout est dit ! Venez goûter la meilleure soupe pho de tout les temps!!! Un rouleau de printemps à tomber par terre ou encore des bouchers vapeurs 3 étoiles… Tout est fou !!!

La cuisine est à la fois très soignée et simple, sans fausse prétention.
Les portions sont généreuses pour un prix très convenable.

13/09/2024: Très bon accueil, on est plutôt au calme car il y a peu de monde (malheureusement pour eux). Tout le repas était excellent. Un assez grand choix de plats chinois, vietnamiens et thaï notamment. Je recommande la soupe Phở et le bœuf au gingembre c’est un délice 😊 Il y en a pour tous les goûts (surtout asiatiques 😉). Bravo aux cuisiniers 🙌🏼 Hâte d’y retourner pour goûter d’autres plats.
Le patron est très sympathique. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas + de clients car ce restaurant est vraiment très bon. Peut-être faudrait-il être présent sur les réseaux sociaux, sur les pages jaunes et avoir un site internet.

21/09/2024: Once again we had a blast!! This time we took the à la carte menu with more traditional dishes, very well executed and quality products. Vietnamese cuisine is highlighted. Our young children also really liked it.
Previous times we had taken the discovery menu (which I highly recommend!!) which offers revisited and modernized Vietnamese cuisine.
There are also some very good wines to discover!
The service is warm and quality.
The entire team is dedicated to helping you discover their cuisine and looking for solutions to limit their ecological impact.
Bravo for this concept between traditional and gourmet cuisine!! See you soon!!
