06/10/2025: Stopped by for a quick bite, but I was amazed by the quality of the dishes. The owner was very kind and took the time to explain each item on the menu, even though I couldn’t understand the French.

20/02/2026: Soy-crab salad: I was served surimi and two shrimp with a sauce that probably came from a supermarket. Beef with onions was nothing special.

18/01/2026: First time at this restaurant, and very disappointed… The staff was unfriendly. I ordered shrimp spring rolls and received shrimp fritters instead, a misunderstanding due to the accent of the woman who served me, which was difficult to understand. I specifically ordered two medium portions of fried rice, ten chicken spring rolls, nougat, an apple fritter, a chicken spring roll, and five shrimp fritters. The total came to €40.30, quite expensive for what I ordered… Looking at their price list, which is displayed in the restaurant, there was an eight-euro difference. I went there to point out an error in the price I paid, and the owner's daughter "calculated" it and told me she'd made a mistake of a few cents in my favor… This could all have been resolved if they had given me the receipt as I requested… My final feeling is that I was ripped off, so be sure to ask for your detailed receipt!

13/01/2026: Excellent, a great place for takeout for years. Fast service. Personally, I get the lemongrass chicken. Bo bun and spring rolls or caramel pork are delicious, never disappointed...

21/03/2026: I ordered from this restaurant, and the food didn't look anything like the photos, and it wasn't good. We had to throw it away; it tasted like soap. Even the shower gel struggled to get rid of the bad taste. It's a shame I didn't take photos (so I could at least get a refund), but I've looked at the negative reviews, and I see we're not the only ones who've been ripped off. I don't recommend it.

14/03/2026: As in Vietnam, the flavors, the atmosphere, the recipes, it's not everywhere that you find some of these typical Vietnamese dishes in the area, I recommend it and would gladly come back tonight to order takeaway.

I was going to eat shui tteokbokki with a fried chicken, but a friend came in next to me and told me to eat it..^^ Dang-chan, you little punk.. I was so surprised when I ate the rice cake shui tteokbokki that I even took a picture. The owner of Gunyang Star Review is so cute. ^^!!!!! I ate all the shui tteokbokki and came out feeling tired🤍

07/03/2026: Sarawan is a neighborhood institution. The atmosphere, the staff, and the clientele are reminiscent of another era. It's a family-run restaurant, and its standard is superior to other restaurants in the area. The food remains consistently good and enjoyable, a reputation it has maintained for many years. You absolutely must try the caramel pork, but the homemade spring rolls are also worth the trip. And in reality, everything is delicious. In conclusion, you'll have a wonderful time at Sarawan, and I go back from time to time.

28/02/2026: A very average meal. Little advice offered. Bland beef cooked on a hot plate. Frankly, the food doesn't justify the price.

22/12/2025: As a customer for at least 10 years, I'm always amazed by their quality; the meat is simply excellent. Whenever I'm in Flers, I don't hesitate to go and see them! 🙂
