17/01/2026: As a regular at this establishment, I was very disappointed on my last two visits. The crab spring roll (€9.90) resembled a tasteless rolled pastry, the beef pho soup (€13.90) was minimalist and unremarkable, and the glass of rosé cost €7, resulting in a hefty bill. The decor is nice, though.

but prices are a bit high.
The vegetables are fresh and well-presented, but lack flavor.
Everything is too salty/sweet. The "weeping tiger" beef is overcooked and not very fresh.

20/02/2026: Ordered a vegetarian wok , which showed with plenty of veggies in their menu, but was served with just carrots and a few pieces of cabbage, quite disappointing.

18/03/2026: The food is excellent, and the customer service is just as good! Part of my takeout order was missing. We only noticed it once we got home. A quick phone call to the restaurant to report the mistake, and the missing item was delivered to our door free of charge within half an hour... I've rarely been so satisfied! I highly recommend BB Asia.

26/03/2026: Mai Thai One is one of my favorite restaurants in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.
There's a good selection (soups, stir-fried noodles, beef loc lac, tripe with salt and pepper, prepared dishes, etc.).
The portions are generous and delicious.
The atmosphere is family-friendly, the welcome is warm, and the service is quick.
I go there quite often between noon and 2 p.m. and I've never been disappointed.
Good value for money.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
