23/04/2026: Excellent food: simple, efficient, fresh, flavorful, generous portions, and inexpensive. No complaints. The evening we were there, there were no other customers besides us, and I confess I don't quite understand why—perhaps because it's isolated? In any case, it has nothing to do with the food, because it's truly delicious. Go and give it a try!

Banh Mi is non-traditional, chicken and cucumbers not shredded, a bit tame and under-spiced (à la France?) but most certainly tasty, satisfying, and reasonably priced.
Vietnamese coffee was well balanced.
Quiet street and quiet, intimate restaurant with good food and great staff
13/04/2026: A joke. I ordered the fresh spring rolls (not fried) and they're hot, covered in plastic, around the bag, without a box. Not even opening them. The bun bo is also a salad, but comes completely warm. The lettuce is therefore wet and kind of boiled, not fresh or crunchy. The order comes without sticks to eat or paper tissues. A disaster.

20/01/2026: The food is simple but good, and that's exactly what we want! There's a wide selection of sandwiches and other items at very affordable prices, the service is very fast, and it's open until late and close to the train station (about 5 minutes). I had the American-style burger with a hamburger patty in a brioche bun with a generous portion of fries!
I highly recommend it!
10/12/2025: Great! Never disappointed! I sometimes pop in at lunchtime for a quick bite between appointments. Inexpensive, good, and fast when I call from nearby.

30/03/2026: We had a bit of a wait to be served, but the dishes were generally generous and tasty. Be warned, I was a little disappointed by the crispy chicken starter—just six small bites for €7.90... Otherwise, the main courses and desserts were fantastic! We recommend the €17.50 set menu, which is very comprehensive if you like wok dishes! And personally, I had an incredible Mi Hoan Thanh!

06/01/2026: I ate at this typical Vietnamese restaurant during a business trip to Tarbes.
I had the pleasure of trying delicious beef samosas and roast pork. Both dishes were delicious and generous portions; I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
I highly recommend it if you're looking for Asian cuisine in the area!

The young owners are very friendly. The galettes are excellent, as are the desserts.
We especially appreciated the free crêpe my friend received.

03/05/2026: We came for lunch on a Saturday at 1:30 pm with a group of 11 and were charmed by the easily accessible location with a large parking lot nearby, by the chef who made the galettes right before our eyes, by the quality of the food, and by the friendliness and efficiency of the service team. The chef even took into account a dietary restriction for one of our guests so that they could still enjoy the galettes. A place to remember that deserves to be better known, and we will definitely be back!

11/10/2025: A great place, I really enjoyed myself. I had an evening meal there. Generous spring rolls with fresh, crisp ingredients. The salt and pepper shrimp were served on a plate that kept them nice and hot, with a tasty sauce (photo). We'll be back...
