19/08/2024: Contrary to certain negative opinions (may these people open such an establishment and we will talk about it again) the bastide of Vebron is a superb place without fuss where a warm and family atmosphere reigns. The buildings are magnificent, the rooms are very clean, you feel good here. The discreet owners are nevertheless present and attentive. It’s honestly a very nice discovery!

20/09/2024: Firstly, great welcome. Secondly, a real treat. I recommend without hesitation!
16/09/2024: We took away and had a great time. We didn't have the impression that they were frozen fries on the contrary. On site we tasted a fry which was crispy and when we arrived home they were perfectly cooked as we like them with a good taste of Belgian cooking. We can only recommend this place and will come back when we are passing through.

Cuisine appréciable et le menu enfant a plu avec la Pinsa.
Plats Ardéchois excellents comme la Pouytrolle, truite locale.
A deux pas de la plage et du Museum de l'Ardèche fossiles.
Petits jeux pour (petits) enfants

13/11/2024: Very good restaurant, family restaurant, at the foot of Mont Gerbier des. Rushes. Dishes, typically local, with a very beautiful presentation. Well done to the cook and his staff who are friendly and available. The omelette with porcini mushrooms and chestnut and verbena was delicious. I recommend this establishment. Be careful after November 11th maybe closed! 👍
02/11/2024: Honestly I haven't been able to try a meal! The reception, which was initially rough, unfriendly and unsmiling, discouraged us from going beyond a simple coffee. We didn't want to disturb them further.

06/10/2024: Good experience for our first time, good product, well presented, correct quantity. Price in the average restaurant pleasant service if you have to look for a downside would say a menu similar to many basic restaurants salads ravioli but given quality not a problem and originality with the mussels and frankly very good fries and very good review of beautiful Hélène pear (great final touch)

Bavette and creamy risotto perfectly fine.

Par conséquent un stop déjeuner s’est imposé et belle surprise
Un patron accueillant et malgré un restaurant plein peu d’attente, service fluide et efficace

27/08/2024: Un bar restaurant avec un beau cadre. Très beau intérieur et extérieur, très moderne.
Lors de notre repas, il n’y avait personne donc un calme très appréciable.
On a été servi rapidement ! Bons cocktails fruités.
Néanmoins, les burgers que nous avons prit étaient froid.. ce qui a « refroidi » le repas. Hormis cela c’était parfait !

15/09/2024: My partner and I wanted to make public the great experience we had with Thierry's partner: Nicolas.
Nicolas from the house “père Nicolas” amazed us but above all delighted our taste buds:
Platter of charcuterie, verines, cured ham cooked in foil.
He is a true generous and friendly professional who made the baptism of our little princess a moment that will remain forever engraved.
A piece of advice when he says “trust me” go there with your eyes closed 😁.
And personally we will continue to place our trust in him for our upcoming marriage.
The only negative thing I would have to say is that I haven't found a site that is fully dedicated to you where we could write you this lovely comment.

29/08/2024: I was served exceptionally during the middle of the afternoon I had not yet eaten and because of the limited time. I was very happy with the waitress who politely offered to make me a plate while the cook was not there at this time and it was good!
27/08/2024: just below my air bnb, I'm from Metz and honestly it's been a long time since I received on my plate what I asked for, impeccable cooking, waitress more than polite and very welcoming, calm atmosphere (which makes me changes a lot from Metz)
I highly recommend that you spend the holidays or live in Aubenas

10/05/2024: Very unhygienic waiter touches dogs before serving ice cream (with these fingers in it) services at the bar while waiters are available no ashtrays on beds in the middle of chairs in short an infamous brand!!! Very disappointed

01/12/2023: I didn't eat but the welcome was warm and the manager was friendly.
17/10/2023: It was the desire for a good beer that made me stop at Flo. By chance. It was a good thing for me because although I was busy preparing meals for the castagnade, I was very well received by a smiling and helpful team. I went so far as to ask for a knife to cut a slice or two of a piece of bread and a ham purchased above and they kindly lent me one. The sense of service is top notch and the beer is cold. Well done the Chez Flo team!
