18/08/2024: Good welcome, friendly staff, very good meal, a small downside: my room was not maintained every day from a sanitary point of view compared to the price.

25/08/2024: I came in July with my mother and we had a great stay, the owners were very friendly, the rooms were well appointed and functional and the meal offered + breakfast were delicious! Thank you again for the warm welcome from the new owners, we will come back without hesitation!

05/04/2024: Nous avons testé ce restaurant à plusieurs reprises, et c'est toujours un régal. Le menu du lundi de Pâques n'a rien à envier "aux grandes tables". Tout était parfait, copieux et délicieux.👍 Un choix de produits locaux d'exception! Sans oublier l'accueil, ainsi que la bienveillance et la gentillesse des restaurateurs😉 Nous reviendrons assurément😍

18/09/2024: The comfort of the rooms, freshly renovated in 2024, is impeccable. The bedding is very very comfortable. The restaurant is also excellent (mushroom pie and omelette, as well as Ardéchoise caillette). But what really stood out to me was the warm welcome from the owners, always ready to make your stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this establishment! We will come back 🚲

13/09/2024: Restaurant booked by chance after a day trying to find mushrooms... Well we will come back without hesitation! Traditional cuisine the way we like it, from starter to dessert including the well-stocked cheese platter! We had a great time with the added bonus of super friendly owners😉. We recommend without problem!

08/09/2024: This is the second time we've eaten at your place, the first time was good but the second (last night) was very disappointing! not a hint of atmosphere not even a little music, the duck breast was overcooked, we were not given a paper card so we can't see the prices because a 10 cl digestive at 10€ is excessive, it's not a cocktail if I had known the price I would not have taken it. Verdict too expensive for what it is.

13/08/2024: I had already come for lunch at Camp Romain in Toulaud and I have just come to confirm the good impression I had the first time: Welcome and service always at the top And excellent food Rush to the Roman camp via Toutates, you will eat very well there.

01/09/2024: Habitués des lieux du temps des anciens propriétaires, nous avions envies de découvrir la nouvelle carte etc…malheureusement ça n’a pas été possible de boire un verre malgré une terrasse presque vide car priorité aux personnes qui désirent manger… dommage pour vous. Verdict une heure plus tard, la terrasse était toujours aussi déserte par rapport à avant… bref, très mauvaise stratégie !

31/08/2024: Le cadre est classe mais c’est tout … tripadvisor ! Mettez vos photos et cartes à jour ! Adieu les burgers mythiques ( Elvis, Marley etc) les salades originales et le ice tea maison… qui ont rendu ce restau très fréquenté la carte n’a plus rien à voir …tombée dans un classicisme malgré des produits de qualité

13/07/2024: Very pretty setting. Just passing through for a drink during our hike, the lady who served us first offered a bowl of water for our dog then took our order. When we left, he offered to fill our water bottles. To recommend !

17/11/2024: What can I say, a great discovery in the region. Atypical, pleasant setting, beautiful fireplace, restaurant with lots of charm. The friendly owners, and the cuisine, from the homemade aperitif (delicious) to the starter, main course, dessert and cheese, a treat for the taste buds. My partner and I will come back.

31/10/2024: A slightly disappointing Raclette offering. Proposing a raclette evening is ambitious. Unfortunately, I did not find what I was looking for this evening. The variety of products for a 25€ menu was a little tight (only raw ham and no other choice). Perhaps an improvement would be to have salad bowls of potatoes, salad, bread, and charcuterie platters on the tables instead of making us get up and “queue” to be served again? Another organization could be proposed. I invite you to do so to be less in the juice. Dessert was also offered. An orange tart or flan... which for my taste lacked orange flavor (perhaps add a little orange blossom? And/or offer ice cream because you make very good ones! On the other hand, you could come and ask to be re-served (all-you-can-eat formula, so to speak) and thus satisfy big and small eaters... :) In summary, a nice warm proposal to kick off the fall and the time change but which left me a little hungry.
