27/07/2024: tandis que les Vans grouillent de monde, on se sent hors du temps au Carmel, bien reçu sans fioriture mais sans mauvaise surprise. bonne continuation aux propriétaires qui entretiennent hôtel et restaurant avec un cachet historique indéniable.

09/05/2025: Condescending welcome, it's surprising to make fun of customers when you run a business. Then after having consumed (not just a coffee), the manager refused to fill a bottle because "I pay for the water here"... If you don't like your job, you change it.

31/08/2024: Arrivé en retard pour le déjeuner, ils nous ont dis de nous prendre de quoi grignoter à carrefour market et de manger à la brasserie. Au top, on y reviendra. Un accueil 5 étoiles.
Je recommande à tous de s'y arrêter

The service is neither long nor slow, just right to simply appreciate the time⌛️.
As for the kitchen, I have never eaten but the dishes look delicious and well stocked.

The welcome, the setting, the staff are friendly as well as the owner's dishes are a real delight.
12/04/2024: A chaque fois très satisfaite de l'accueil, le dîner toujours délicieux et copieux.
Lieu atypique et ambiance sympa.
On y retourne ce soir d'ailleurs avec plaisir pour débuter le weekend.

25/08/2024: I came in July with my mother and we had a great stay, the owners were very friendly, the rooms were well appointed and functional and the meal offered + breakfast were delicious! Thank you again for the warm welcome from the new owners, we will come back without hesitation!
