08/03/2026: A great find! The food was delicious and very affordable. All the dishes on the menu are available for takeout, which is fantastic. The restaurant's atmosphere and service are very simple. The open kitchen is a major drawback because, unfortunately, despite the quality of the food, the smell of frying in the dining room is overpowering and becomes very unpleasant after an hour. When we got home, we had to wash all our clothes because the smell had permeated everything. This is the only negative point; we won't be returning to eat in the restaurant, but we will gladly come back to pick up our takeout orders. I'm giving it 4/5 because the quality of the food is impeccable.

03/02/2026: Seriously, please don't come here. The beef pho was extremely stale. I'm so grateful he ruined my trip; I got food poisoning and acute gastroenteritis. After getting home, I had vomiting and diarrhea, body aches, dizziness, and kept vomiting. I spent the whole night in the bathroom. The next day, the diarrhea continued, with stools every half hour. It was absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had. Also, it seems tipping isn't customary in France, but he forced me to… a truly awful experience. I'm so frustrated with the French pharmacy; I don't know which medication to buy.

The stir-fried beef is a pure delight, meltingly tender and perfectly seasoned, served with rice or noodles bursting with authentic flavors. The service is impeccable, friendly, and attentive. This is a place that deserves to be known and shared; I will definitely be back!

18/11/2025: Best Asian restaurant in Bordeaux in terms of value for money! And the food is excellent! Obviously, the ingredients aren't top-of-the-line, but given the prices, it's justified. There's a wide selection, and it's never disappointing! Always delicious. The bo bun is particularly good, perhaps my favorite in Bordeaux. And thank you to the staff for making this restaurant such a welcoming place! You'll always receive a warm welcome, and the owner won't hesitate to give you little gifts :) I've missed this restaurant since it closed for renovations. I'm really looking forward to the reopening.

18/03/2026: A truly authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Having grown up immersed in this culture, I felt right at home. The dishes are homemade, and the spring rolls with salad and mint leaves are to die for 🤤 The noodles and the beef with black mushrooms are equally delicious. Friendly service, nice place, I highly recommend it!

08/03/2026: We usually order takeout. I recently discovered I have a gluten allergy, so yesterday I placed an order for my partner and myself, noting my allergy. Just a few minutes later, the restaurant called to let me know about the presence of gluten, offered an alternative, and gave us a small extra charge. I think their responsiveness and customer service are fantastic; I highly recommend this restaurant. ☺️

17/01/2026: When you're served on a paper plate while eating in, I find that rather surprising. Bitter bubble tea… sour samosa with a strange taste… the meat in the fried rice was bad… I just hope I don't get food poisoning!!! €13 down the drain, I'm furious

31/03/2026: At Kim's, everything is excellent, fresh, and cooked to order. It has a family atmosphere with many regulars whom Mathieu calls by their first names. It's a must-try for Vietnamese cuisine, an institution :-), the dining room is small so reservations are essential. As soon as I'm back in Pau, I'll try to eat there. Don't change a thing! 22/03/2026: Takeout. The person at the counter was very friendly. The food was a mixed bag. The spring rolls were fresh but had too much salad. The duck with pineapple was mealy.
