11/07/2026: A very pleasant experience at Étienne Confluence. The setting is lovely. After choosing my three tea bags with Nicolas's advice, we settled in to enjoy a hot chocolate and smoothie. It was perfect. Thank you to the team and a big thank you to Nicolas for his professionalism and kindness.

17/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! The café is lovely, the service is quick, and the staff is very welcoming. I really appreciated being able to find both cold drinks and coffee or tea all in one place, but the biggest plus was definitely the power outlets for working on a computer! I originally went in for a freshly squeezed orange juice, but as a big tea lover, I noticed the wide selection of organic teas on the menu. I will definitely be back. This place is officially becoming my go-to spot when I'm in the area; I have a feeling I'm going to become a regular!

24/10/2026: A real treat for the taste buds, it's my favorite restaurant! Refined dishes, incredibly well-prepared, bursting with flavor, the beef is top-quality, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I would love it if they offered cooking classes to learn the secrets of their dishes, but that's just wishful thinking. I recommend it 200%. A big thank you.

22/10/2026: Very disappointing — 1/5 We came in July and were frankly disappointed. The noodles in the pho were way overcooked. The Thai fish in coconut milk was made with cream, tasteless, and lacked the characteristic flavors of Thai cuisine. The rice arrived late, and to top it off, there was a hair in it! The service was also disappointing. It's a real shame, because the setting is nice, but the quality of the food and service was absolutely subpar. We won't be going back.

10/10/2026: I was very disappointed when it came time to pay the bill. I noticed a billing error: two coffees and a glass of champagne that our table of three hadn't ordered. The cashier didn't apologize; she was annoyed. When we asked her to split the bill three ways, she seemed irritated, so I ended up paying the full amount. In short, the end of our meal was ruined by this person's attitude. It's a real shame!

10/10/2026: Simply said, expensive food that doesn't match the taste. I've had better tasting thai food at much cheaper prices elsewhere. The green curry w chicken I ordered was super salty for some reason and not spicy. My friends ordered lamb curry and a vegetarian dish with fried veggies and sticky rice. They both tasted okay. The only good thing is the portion sizes are good, however only if you order a curry. We mistakenly paid too much and they didn't return the money back saying the restaurant is near closing time. It was barely 21:00 on a Thursday night and the restaurant closes at 22:45.

04/10/2026: One of my favorite restaurants in Montpelier. This Thai restaurant serves absolutely fantastic food which is tailored to your level of spiciness. The decor and menu transports you to Thailand without the crazy amount of chilies unless you request it. However, the food is superbly fresh and full of incredible mouth watering spices and herbs which never fails to feed the belly and soul. The chef is particularly good at delivering excellent Thai flavours which feeds the senses in a wonderful authentic setting. Warm greetings with lovely service.

18/09/2026: I was disappointed. The wait to be served was far too long (there were only two of us). Our main courses were brought before our appetizers. They got the appetizers mixed up. The main courses were dry and sorely lacking in flavor. I think 3 stars is a generous award. Okay, it was busy, but that's no excuse.

12/08/2026: A lovely romantic outing to this restaurant, and frankly, we weren't disappointed. The staff is welcoming, warm, professional, and friendly. The meal was delicious and very good value for money. If you have a small four-legged friend, you can bring them along. We had our cocker spaniel, who was also very well received. In short, a relaxing, timeless moment where we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. In short, a restaurant to add to your favorites if you're ever in Toulouse; you won't be disappointed! I'll definitely be going back with great pleasure.

17/03/2026: A great find in Rochemaure! The food is delicious and the ingredients are clearly fresh, which is much appreciated. The service is pleasant and efficient. The only slight drawback would be a smaller menu, which would be a real plus for workers or those looking for a quick weekday lunch. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it for the quality of the food!

04/02/2026: An exceptional Asian restaurant thanks to the quality of its cuisine, a real treat with a very warm welcome! The portions are generous, delicious, inexpensive, and on top of that, they're super friendly. One of the best Asian restaurants I've ever been to! This little restaurant (which doesn't look like much from the outside) is a real gem! Go in, it's definitely worth it! Bravo and bravo again, it's such a pleasure to find such a good restaurant!!!
