12/12/2024: A regular customer of New Saigon, we are always greeted with a smile and the portions are generous. We feel that the ingredients are fresh and that it is real family cooking! To try it is to adopt it, eating Asian elsewhere is no longer an option.

Ici la cuisine est un mariage, une fusion même entre les plats traditionnels de la cuisine asiatique et la modernité apportée par la créativité du chef Benjamin. Tous les plats raviront vos papilles. Une mention particulière pour les mochis glacés, ils sont divins… Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés!

17/12/2024: Very good in its category of Asian self. Menus at 14 eur for lunch and 18 in the evening, unbeatable prices for unlimited service. Allow 25 euros with aperitif and wine/tea. The buffet is replenished very often, nothing is missing. Very clean, toilets always very clean as well, well decorated and well heated room, that's important! Large selection of dishes, well cooked, wok on request. Small downsides: lack of napkins and finger rinses (seafood, spring rolls, etc.) and waiters who are a little slow in taking drink orders and clearing away used plates with waste. 08/06/2025: Pho is terrible, the soup tastes so weird and they didn’t spend time to prepare it, I felt sorry for the cow the beef wasn’t become a decent beef. If they demand you can pay in the CNY via WeChat Pay You can choose to refuse because it may be suspected of tax evasion.

27/09/2024: We went there often, and the restaurant was good. Big cleaning problem during our visit today. With the added bonus of a crushed plum on the armchair on which I sat (since when the cleaning had not been done). no apology from the waitress who simply replaced the chair, but too late....pants that fit having to go to the dry cleaners The person who cashed us had an amused smile at the situation, and barely apologized. While a simple commercial gesture could have been made and calmed the situation....but nothing.... Experience not to be repeated.....

09/12/2024: An experience to live, the meats are of very good quality and therefore delicious and the service is friendly. Minimum 4 people for a table, I advise you to remember to warn in advance if people do not eat meat so that they anticipate.

14/08/2024: First of all, the taste of the food at this restaurant is not bad. However, I do not recommend this place. The reason is simple: they overcharged me without my consent.That day, after finishing my meal, I asked for the bill from the owner (a gentleman, probably Korean). The bill showed 39 euros. I indicated that I wanted to pay by card, so the man brought out the payment machine. I tapped my Visa credit card on the machine. After a moment, he asked if I needed a receipt, and I said yes. I didn’t pay much attention to the receipt and left with my family.After leaving the restaurant, I was organizing my things and took a closer look at the receipt. To my surprise, I noticed that he had charged me 40 euros, which was 1 euro more than the bill.I understand that some establishments might expect customers to leave a tip, but that doesn’t justify him taking extra money from me without asking. Even in the U.S., where tipping is almost mandatory, it’s clearly shown on the bill. If this Korean owner had asked me beforehand whether I was willing to leave a tip, I might not have refused. But his decision to take a tip without my consent made me very uncomfortable.That’s why I do not recommend this restaurant at all. It made me feel that he is dishonest. If he is willing to take an extra euro from a customer's credit card without permission, how can I trust the quality of his ingredients? How can I trust that he wouldn’t cut corners with the food to make more profit?

15/11/2024: Arriving late, the owners did not hesitate to offer to re-prepare certain dishes if I wished. It's a Chinese restaurant that doesn't look like much on the outside but the food is very decent for the price.
