Le Mekong
Marignane
27/09/2026: We've been ordering from Mekong for over 5 years now.
I just realized the overall rating is completely misleading.
We've ordered over forty times and have NEVER been disappointed.
It's one of the few Asian restaurants that doesn't use surimi sticks instead of crab in its crab rice.
Not to mention the consistently excellent delivery service, handled by the ever-friendly and smiling family.
Thank you! 5/5
11/07/2026: Excellent restaurant! The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, and the portions are generous. The welcome is always warm and the staff very pleasant. Orders are ready quickly, and the quality is consistently excellent. A great place in Marignane to enjoy authentic Asian cuisine. I highly recommend it!

Le jardin de l'orient
Venissieux
20/09/2026: Loved this store!
You can find a great variety of fresh Asian vegetables and fruits, along with a small but useful Indian grocery section. The frozen kathal (halasu/jackfruit) from Vietnam is my personal favourite.
A wonderful place to discover ingredients that are otherwise difficult to find locally.
19/09/2026: Rice cooker not included.
Otherwise, a beautiful store since it was renovated.

Pho Hanoi
Belleville, Paris
28/09/2026: Excellent food and great service.
22/09/2026: It was everything my poor weak soul could have asked. Sitting down for a huge bowl of hot soup with lime and cilantro nearly brought me to tears. Though I couldn't finish the bowl, I truly loved every second of it. Blessed I remain on this beautiful earth.

La Baie d'Halong
La Ciotat
16/10/2026: A great place I recommend.
Everything is there: a warm and attentive welcome, very good quality food at average prices. In my opinion, it's the best in La Ciotat.
08/09/2026: The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.
The waiter was unpleasant and got our order wrong, so my wife and I ate at different times. As for the atmosphere, there was absolutely nothing—no decor, no background music—in short, not a restaurant to remember.

Mai Do
Notre-Dame-Des-Champs, Paris
23/10/2026: We had a great time at Mai Do; the food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. Special mention for the owner's attentive service. We'll gladly return :)
22/10/2026: Last night, my friend and I ate at Mai Do, as she knew the place. The service was quick, the location perfect, and the food delicious. The restaurant is run by very attentive and kind Vietnamese people. We'll be back as soon as possible!
Remember to book in advance by phone; the restaurant is very popular.
I really don't see how anyone could dislike this restaurant; the negative reviews are certainly a reflection of the owner.

Chez Ngim
Poitiers
24/09/2026: First time at this restaurant.
And I can tell you it will definitely be my last...
The waitress who served us was rude, condescending, and overly familiar... both at the beginning of the meal and when paying.
Behavior like I've never seen in a restaurant.
I had to cut the conversation short because it was so incredibly rude.
12/09/2026: A pleasant surprise. Delicious Bo Bun! The chocolate spring rolls are excellent.

Le Palanquin
Mauguio
24/09/2026: A warm welcome with a smile.
A calm atmosphere and an unusual setting for an Asian restaurant (but pleasant nonetheless).
The soups we started with were delicious, and the same was true for the two main courses.
Boosted and flavorful.
See you soon for another culinary journey.
06/08/2026: We went there on Sunday evening with my wife and son, we had a wonderful time, great service, great atmosphere, very generous portions and above all, super delicious 👌👌👌.

L'orchidee
Brumath
05/04/2026: After several years, I was looking forward to inviting my friend to this restaurant. Upon our arrival, the owner was more preoccupied with chatting with her friends than attending to us. We were practically bothering her. It took almost 45 minutes to be served. After our meal, we managed to order two coffees, which the owner prepared and served lukewarm because she was still chatting with her two friends. Never again, with great regret and deep disappointment.
11/02/2026: Excellent Vietnamese fondue and delicious Nelsons

Khrua Thai
Mulhouse
20/08/2026: The best Thai food in Mulhouse. It was simply excellent.
23/07/2026: I come here often and the food is always excellent and authentic. The fried rice is a real treat! The Pad Thai was a little oily, but it's still a very good place to eat Thai food.
