17/08/2026: While passing through the Pau market, I was drawn to a stall proudly displaying "homemade spring rolls." The result: a wait of over 15 minutes just to have pre-cooked items reheated. The food itself was a real disappointment: spring rolls swimming in oil and practically empty (I've had much better frozen ones), and steamed dumplings reheated so many times they had the texture of cardboard. Nothing was right, neither the service nor the quality of the food. I left my plate full. I absolutely do not recommend it; just because the accent is nice doesn't mean the food will be good.

16/06/2026: I bought a tasting platter. Instead of two samurai rolls, I only got one because the menu is changing. Also, the salad underneath was completely burnt from the heat, as were the spring rolls. At €11.50, it's a bit expensive. We'll see.

25/04/2026: A very pleasant place, the waitress is super cute. The dishes are full of flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

15/08/2026: The food wasn't great, and there wasn't much choice. Beware of flies that might lay eggs on the sushi! The dining room wasn't air-conditioned, which was a problem during the heatwave! Not a great restaurant.

07/06/2026: Bao is a charming man who offers high-quality traditional cuisine. The setting and the energy of this gentleman encourage courteous conversation among diners. The dining room is small, quiet, and decorated in a traditional style, giving the restaurant a special character for those who want to enjoy a variety of culinary experiences during their stay in this beautiful city.

11/08/2026: The manager's behavior ruined the experience. It's all the more disappointing because the waitress was very pleasant, professional, and welcoming. However, the owner was extremely unpleasant, arrogant, and aggressive, both when serving our orders and during the payment process. The manager's customer service needs a complete overhaul; we won't be returning.

01/08/2026: The food was very good and plentiful, and the welcome and service were both friendly and efficient. The iced tea is homemade, delicious, and half the price of the noisy terraces across the street! I'll be back.

20/08/2026: I walked here for 20 minutes and ended up finding it closed, even though Google Maps said it was open.

09/07/2026: Very disappointed. We were a group. We waited 40 minutes for a dish of three pieces of meat with onions, and an hour for disgusting button mushrooms. Everything was too sweet, too salty, and in the end, it was supposed to be all-you-can-eat, but the wait was so long and the food inedible that we didn't even dare order again. They were clueless; some people had their orders completed quickly, but for others, it was like me waiting 40 minutes to an hour for practically nothing. Run away, you poor fools, keep walking! I don't understand how they can still be open when it's so bad. Over €700 on the bill, and we still left hungry. Very, very, very disappointed. Don't trust Ms. Geopoulos's review; the group she describes is the one I was in, and the service was deplorable for our group. As I said, we waited an hour for two things (mushrooms and beef with onions, and the mushrooms were inedible, disgusting). So maybe the service is fine for a table of four, but when it comes to managing groups, it's a disaster. And the food is disgusting, the menu is completely unclear (you don't know what goes in the wok, on the grill, or is a made-to-order dish), and especially considering the wait time, well, it was supposed to be all-you-can-eat, but my friend would have been better off going to a REAL, competent restaurant, even if it cost more, where we would have left feeling stuffed (I felt like going to McDonald's on the way out because we ended up with nothing to eat).

27/03/2026: Sorry, but I didn't like it. The Chinese food was bad, the dumplings were fried, the spring rolls were thick with very little filling, the beef satay was nothing special, the beef and vegetables were tasteless with a burnt aftertaste, and the Cantonese rice was also tasteless. I'm a fan of Asian cuisine, but I don't recommend this place.

13/03/2026: I recently discovered Dumplings and Co in Lille and it was a very pleasant experience. The pork and chive dumplings were particularly tasty, perfectly cooked, and generously filled. I also appreciated the modern decor with its subtle Asian touches. A big thank you to Julie, the waitress, for her warm welcome and helpful advice about the menu. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is quick. A great place to enjoy dim sum in the city center. 🍜🥟

12/08/2026: Passing through on our holiday route, we had a very good meal. Beautiful restaurant, clean and with good food. Very friendly welcome.

01/08/2026: There's a wide selection of dishes; I ordered red curry with chicken and lychee in syrup, and I enjoyed both. The waiters are also friendly, it's quiet, and everything looks lovely.

12/08/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant; the previous negative reviews clearly explain what's wrong. The manager should change careers or take courses on how to treat customers respectfully. A big fat zero.

12/07/2026: The cutlery was dirty. I ordered a pizza. The one that was on special. I've been waiting for an hour... It arrived just as I was about to leave.

04/08/2026: The restaurant is pleasant and the service is adequate. However, I was disappointed with the dish I ordered. I expected better quality and more flavor. It's a shame, the experience could have been much better. I hope this aspect will be improved, as the place has potential.
