15/02/2026: A very good restaurant for Valentine's Day. The truffle pasta shells are highly recommended. I was disappointed not to have any icing on top of the mille-feuille... 😭 The servers were very professional and genuinely friendly. A quiet and very beautiful restaurant. I recommend it.

27/12/2025: I had lunch at Café M, located inside the Hyatt Hotel, and frankly, it was wonderful from beginning to end. I chose the dish of the day: a sole stuffed with truffle, accompanied by roasted vegetables and a creamy sauce. It was simply exceptional. An explosion of flavors, a balance and finesse that literally surprised and delighted my palate. Each bite was a true delicacy, perfectly executed. The bread served with butter was also remarkable, befitting a very high-end establishment. You can clearly feel the gastronomic level of the place, where nothing is left to chance. The gourmet coffee, to conclude the meal, was also exceptional and perfectly executed. Even the wine selection is carefully curated and perfectly paired. I would also like to emphasize the quality of the service. The waitress who looked after us was remarkably kind and professional. Kind, attentive, and a great listener, she greatly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to her, the experience was truly exceptional. She perfectly embodies the image and excellence of the hotel and sincerely deserves special recognition. This experience took place on December 25th at noon, and it was a perfect moment in every way. A huge thank you to the entire team. We will gladly return.

06/07/2026: Restaurant with misleading photos, no air conditioning, only three buffet stations, practically empty at 12:30 PM, sometimes full again 15 to 20 minutes later, or not full at all. Limited choices for non-meat eaters, no salad, very little cheese, desserts sometimes lukewarm. No complaints about the staff. Visited July 6, 2026.

10/05/2026: On a Sunday evening, there was no option to eat in the restaurant, so we ordered takeout. We were a little disappointed. We ordered a main course, but the waiter didn't tell us that a side dish wasn't included. So it was just meat, without rice or anything else. However, the appetizers were very good. The restrooms weren't very clean.

08/06/2026: Our car broke down on our way back to Paris, and we stumbled upon this Chinese restaurant quite by chance. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the place, and the friendliness of the staff. We highly recommend it.

30/05/2026: Disappointed and feeling unwell, I ordered sushi upon arrival, and it tasted absolutely horribly. The rice seemed moldy. And the salmon maki contained Camembert cheese? I've never seen anything like it. These two foods don't go together, ESPECIALLY when the quality is so appalling. Then, the samosas and spring rolls, while admittedly defrosted (not ideal, but given the first course, we couldn't complain), were greasy, disgusting, and had some very intriguing flavors. My partner ordered meat skewers... SPOILED meat, and I had octopus that wasn't fresh. Needless to say, we spent the evening vomiting. How is it possible to eat here? Your regular customers must be Dobermans, and even then, I wouldn't give this to my dog. Thank you so much for this utterly disgusting meal. We hope to see you shut down. It's unacceptable to offer such products to your customers for €24.90 per person!

Let's list the things that went wrong: - dark and cloudy soup, nothing like pho - rubbery, disgusting, precooked beef - no cilantro - no bean sprouts - no lemon It's also not very pleasant to be treated like an idiot when, upon receiving my order, I say it's not what I ordered. Their reaction was: "Uh, no, no, that's how we make it." The photo is attached: I think anyone who's ever eaten pho can confirm that I was completely taken for a ride. Business proposition: admit you don't know the dish and don't know how to cook it, rather than treating your customers like they're dumber than they are.
