17/07/2026: A restaurant to avoid at all costs. The food is more than mediocre, I'd even say downright bad. You'll find fries, pizza, and very Asian-looking ham... The restaurant is horribly noisy because it's too big and poorly laid out, as if to avoid wasting space. And the bill is outrageously expensive. Truly pathetic.

13/08/2026: The food was alright, but I have to criticize the service – it was absolutely terrible. I've never seen such poor service in a restaurant. The owner had a black face the whole time, and their attitude towards their regular customers was completely different; you could clearly see it. They greeted us with a big smile as soon as we walked in, making us feel extremely discriminated against. I will never go to such a restaurant again. A truly awful dining experience! 🙁

13/08/2026: The service was truly disappointing and unfortunately made our evening quite unpleasant. It's a shame, because the dishes were fairly decent and well-prepared, despite the far too long wait. The food is acceptable, but the service clearly leaves much to be desired. I really don't recommend going there.

14/02/2026: Oh my goodness!!! Everything is perfect, it's absolutely delicious! As they say in Marseille!! Peace and quiet are guaranteed. The couple is lovely, very charming, and explains the ingredients of their dishes. They are attentive to the customer without being intrusive. There are fewer choices than at large all-you-can-eat buffets, allowing for a quality that I found exceptional. Excellent value for money. Price: €20.90 per person in the evening.

18/11/2025: Excellent Asian restaurant, the atmosphere is like home and the food is homemade! I highly recommend it, and at lunchtime it's all-you-can-eat for under €17!!

12/06/2026: This caterer has changed owners, and I was absolutely delighted. The Bành Xéo was delicious, and it was a pleasure to pair it with an excellent Saigon Vietnamese beer. The new owners are warm and welcoming. You can tell they work with tremendous dedication, passion, and enjoyment to offer high-quality dishes. I highly recommend this place! A gem for Vietnamese food lovers. 🍜🍻

04/09/2026: We placed an order on their website for click and collect. Once we arrived, there was no order; it seemed the platform had glitched, which is understandable. I asked the server if he wanted to see my order, and he said no, that he had already retrieved it. We waited another 15 minutes (the order had been placed over an hour earlier). Once we finally got our order, we rushed out without checking: we had ordered two Thai donuts and received two bobuns. We were quite disappointed with how the evening went, and I don't think we'll order from them again, despite being loyal customers for years.

13/08/2026: The bobun was good but lacked flavor (no cilantro, mint, or sauce). The waitress was smiling and friendly. However, as I told her, I was disappointed with the dessert.

16/08/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant regularly for years, but since the change of ownership, it's completely different in terms of taste and quality. The dishes are no longer flavorful, and the noodles are dry. Another restaurant we'll have to forget; it's a shame because it used to be a good place.

13/08/2026: A chapter closes, after years of patronage with the former owner whose cuisine was a perfection of home cooking, time has passed.... But now this quality is gone with the new owners, what a shame.

22/08/2026: We came for the pho soup and it was excellent, with a very good broth, a large and generous bowl, and very tender beef! The person who served us was also very friendly; we will gladly return.

17/08/2026: My wife and I ate at Tehran Kobideh Restaurant today It was great and helped ease some of our homesickness for our country, especially since I ordered some Nebat tea afterwards Thank you for your hospitality.

15/08/2026: The older man, who I think was the owner, wasn't very welcoming. Instead of a simple "Hello, welcome, here's the menu," he asked twice, "What do you want?" 🤨 My Jujeh Kabab was good, and I really enjoyed the rice. The Doogh was also excellent; it tasted exactly like the kind you drink in Iran. ♡ The portion was quite generous, so I was very satisfied, and there was even a little left over...

17/08/2026: Quick and friendly welcome; we were seated near the buffet as requested. The space between our table and the others was adequate. The noise level was also acceptable; I'm not rating it because I read the reviews beforehand, and it didn't bother me at all—I could hear my family talking perfectly. The service staff were impeccable. Aperitif: nothing to complain about except that the whisky was the only one without ice, and it was very warm. Buffet: wow! Clean, fresh, well-presented, always full, and a great selection! 🫪🫪🥰 It was impossible for the four of us to try everything, but what we did eat was delicious. Of course, tastes and preferences vary, and cooking methods are subjective, but everything we ate was well-prepared and fresh. The restrooms are very good, but I would suggest cleaning them more often, as people lack courtesy. As we were leaving, and this is the only negative point, the person at the checkout was not pleasant. Really not, maybe that's just her personality, but I wouldn't put her here.
