04/04/2026: Surprised by a "slate" menu offered without prices and a latte at €10 (more expensive than at the Cannes Marriott)!!!! The Shuss is an establishment where the food is good, the location is top-notch and the waiter is very friendly.

30/03/2026: The resto is is an awesome Panoramic location. The food is good mountain grub and not expensive - a 500 carafe of rose is only 14.50 euros. BUT above all - when I went to get my skis they had bee accidentally taken by a large group - definitely not stolen! The guys in the restaurant especially Male helped us so much. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. They were so adamant they Isola is a friendly safe resort there was no way the skis were stolen - and they were right! They arranged for my husband who was walking and myself to take a skidoo down the mountain and turned what was a pretty rubbish experience into a very positive one! Thanks guys!

27/06/2026: We came today for the first time, even though we're regulars at Asian restaurants. What a disappointment! The selection wasn't huge, but it could be worse. It was fresh, but tasteless. I ordered two salted shrimp, but they were practically inedible. The salmon was very bland, the sushi was okay, but the mussels were awful. In short, I didn't order a main course. Plus, we were hesitant to serve ourselves because the plates were so small, and we were thinking of others. I ordered some fruit, which was fresh and tasty, but the ice cream was so hard it was impossible to eat. Especially in this heatwave, it would have been nice. The staff were friendly. But we won't be back. While chatting with my husband on the way home, he told me it was just average. We're not from around here, but our daughter lives nearby. I gave her our opinion of the restaurant. She said, "We've been there two or three times before, and it was still okay when we first arrived."

07/06/2026: I noticed that the review I submitted on Friday, following my visit, has been deleted. I confirm my presence that day and wonder why it was removed. I had prepared a charcuterie and cheese platter with the intention of eating it with bread and butter, but these were no longer available. After asking for bread, I waited ten minutes before being informed that they were out of stock. Following this, I wrote a review which was subsequently deleted.

05/07/2026: I regularly order their banh mi. The sandwich is a good size and well filled.

08/06/2026: Great fast food place. We went there twice since it was near our hotel. I had bun chay twice. This dish is highly recommended—large portion and delicious!

13/05/2026: There are some really great little restaurants from all over the world nearby. This place isn't one of them. Typical tourist trap. Small menu with prices. You're supposed to choose everything else directly. WARNING! Here, they pile the plates high and then weigh them. 25 euros is no problem. And then they heat everything up in the microwave. Nothing is fresh! It didn't taste good either. Soggy mush.

12/06/2026: Harassing old lady! We decided to get takeout, then changed our minds and decided to sit at a table in the restaurant we'd paid for. She came over and spoke to us very rudely, even though she had no right to talk to us like that and especially bother us over something so trivial. She said, and I quote, "I never understand people like you," then snatched the bag containing my friend's sushi and took it back. "Relax, baby, it's just a bag."

03/06/2026: A very pleasant experience. Nice location. Efficient and friendly waitresses. We've eaten there several times, both in-house and delivery. The caramel chicken was very good, but the shrimp salad was disappointing.

17/07/2026: A huge disappointment. We were regular customers, but this will be our last visit. The toilets are in an unacceptable state of cleanliness: dirty bins, a toilet brush in a deplorable condition, a stained sink, a neglected changing table… The whole place gives the impression of a complete lack of maintenance. When you see restrooms in such a state, it's difficult to have confidence in the overall hygiene standards of the establishment. It's a real shame, because this restaurant used to be a good place. I sincerely hope that management will react quickly, because today, it's simply unacceptable.

13/07/2026: What a disappointment to see this restaurant, which we used to love, deteriorate so much! The toilet was dirty and smelled awful, the menu was smaller and less tasty, the chocolate fountain was dry, the children's play area had been removed, and the carpet was filthy. The decorative wooden wall panels (near the tables in the children's area) were covered in dry rice, crumbs, and dust. The waiter was unpleasant... a real lack of enthusiasm... it's as if they've lost their passion... Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

04/07/2026: What a disappointment. This was an excellent restaurant a few years ago, so we went in with high expectations. The bo-buns are nothing like they used to be. Watery, undercooked beef or overly salty shrimp, tasteless noodles, half a peanut in total, a single parsley leaf, no mint… Disgusting. Avoid this place.

05/03/2026: 🚨🚨🚨 Given the 29 people who have become seriously ill ⛔️ over the past few years at this restaurant, we've been lucky; we've come a few times and no one has gotten sick. But I STRONGLY advise EVERYONE to FILE A COMPLAINT with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). It's essential to do this to PROTECT others. This restaurant and all restaurants in France that lack hygiene must be shut down. It's extremely serious ⚠️⚠️⚠️. Children can DIE from it; there have already been cases involving industrially produced food. So never hesitate to REPORT... This is just simple advice. I've had hygiene training, and you really must be very careful, but never be afraid to report to the police and the fraud and hygiene department.

01/03/2026: I'm not surprised it's closed; my last visit resulted in food poisoning and a lack of hygiene! Even if it reopens, I won't set foot in there again. The place should close for good!

07/06/2026: Not knowing where to eat in the area, we stopped at this restaurant with some trepidation. In the end, we were more than satisfied. The menu might not be extensive, but it has all the essentials, and anyway, it's difficult to try everything in other, more varied restaurants. Especially since the quality of the food was very good and the price reasonable. The only slight drawback was that the plates weren't cleared as we ate, so there was a pile from appetizer to dessert. But overall, we were happy and would gladly return.
