16/10/2026: Very nice establishment. Very clean. However, the cashier's behavior leaves much to be desired. She wasn't very friendly when I ordered; her attitude was cold and unfriendly. Furthermore, I felt like I was bothering her; she didn't smile and her responses were very curt. She placed the sugar roughly on the tray. I didn't dare place a second order with her because I was apprehensive about her attitude. This isn't the first time this cashier has behaved this way. I'm truly sorry to report this behavior because I initially thought it was probably due to fatigue, but now I've noticed that it's a recurring issue.

25/09/2026: I went into the boulangerie wanting something for lunch. They had a good selection of sandwiches. The man behind the counter was pleasant and efficient. The place was clean and tidy. It also had a lively selection of pastries and desserts.

23/05/2026: The hotel was closed upon our arrival. Without any warning. Thanks for the reservation, but there's no need to inform other guests.

03/05/2026: Warning: this establishment is permanently closed. We had a reservation on Saturday the 25th. Upon arrival, there was no one there. No information. It's shameful.

22/09/2026: Something really needs to be done about that young waitress! She's the one giving you such a bad reputation. She's unpleasant and haughty! This isn't the first comment, nor will it be the last, since you already have a reputation based on her service. The food is very good, but the service is truly deplorable!

A waitress who speaks rudely to you, then a manager who, instead of putting things into perspective, has the nerve to lecture you as you're leaving and tell you how you should behave… It's quite audacious. Madam, you have no right to teach me how to behave in a restaurant. Especially when, after I greeted you, you yourself chose to ignore me. I simply came to eat and pay for my meal, not to beg for charity. Before giving lessons in etiquette to customers, perhaps you should start by teaching your staff about hospitality and respect. Save your moralizing for your employees: customers come to eat, not to be berated.

02/10/2026: Disappointed that the opening hours indicated on the website were not accurate; a wasted trip, I do not recommend it.

14/09/2026: The waitress and cook were extremely unpleasant. They were incredibly condescending! Avoid this place, even though the owner is nice.

02/08/2026: Hotel on the outskirts of Troyes, very nice rooms. The pool is a filthy swamp that no one cleans, neither the water nor the surrounding area.

15/07/2026: The hotel is clearly old, but the room, although small, is comfortable. The breakfast is very good.

10/10/2026: I wanted to thank Sabrina, a saleswoman I saw at the Flunch in Saint-André-les-Vergers. If you're served by her, she's very friendly, pleasant, and professional. She knows how to talk to customers, and the older staff should take a page from her book. She's quick and efficient, with no waiting because she's so organized. Well done, Sabrina! See you soon! If I see her, I'll come back just for the pleasure of it, with my family. 💕

07/10/2026: Despite arriving late in the early afternoon, there was still a good selection and the food was quite hot. At this time of day, it wasn't very busy, so it was peaceful. The staff was friendly, and we finished with waffles from the dessert section.

02/05/2026: The management is completely inadequate to its ambitions, especially given the exorbitant bill that awaits you at the end of your stay. The very pleasant staff try to compensate for the management's unprofessionalism. It's a shame, such a fantastic location and workspace...what a waste!

27/10/2026: I'd like to say a few words about your customer service regarding this incident. I left my daughter for two hours, and you couldn't even help her when she broke her hand? And €5.90 isn't €10.90, especially since my daughter is at university. She could at least have benefited from the student discount. I know Macron is already screwing us over, but that's no reason not to take what my daughter says seriously. I had to go straight to the hospital in Troyes, and I'm not proud of it, with my daughter in tears. I would like compensation for my daughter, at least for this ruined afternoon, for both her and me.

26/10/2026: I strongly advise against going to this ice rink. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of safety and the inadequate support in case of an accident. During my visit, a man collided with me, causing me to fall before fleeing the scene. As a result of this fall, I suffered a broken wrist, with intense pain and significant swelling. What shocks me most is the lack of assistance I received. I find it unacceptable that someone can be injured in this way without receiving appropriate and prompt care. I did not feel adequately supported or safe. Accidents can unfortunately happen, but customer safety and assistance to injured people should be an absolute priority. I left this experience deeply disappointed and shocked by the situation. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to improve safety on the ice and the support provided to customers in case of an accident. No one should have to go through such an experience.

12/06/2026: The snack bar was bland, the vol-au-vent was cold, sent back to the kitchen, and the chicken basquaise had no sauce. There were bits of frozen water in the pistachio ice cream. And the coffee was disgusting. The service was terrible. Avoid this place.
