09/05/2026: Very, very good; even the smallest vegetables in the daily special were excellent. The dessert was original and also excellent, especially with a small coffee! Everything was beautifully presented. The service was very good, but I wasn't given any menus, no prices were mentioned before being served, and they put me straight into a set menu without even bothering to inform me. I only found out when dessert arrived, thinking it was included; it felt a bit like a hard sell. They welcomed me without any problems despite my late arrival. The interior is calm and pleasant. There's a nice little terrace, but no great views (overlooking the parking lot). The location is quite good, close to the city center and shops. There was very little wait for the food. The prices are really inexpensive considering the quality (€18 for a main course, draft beer, dessert, and coffee with quality ingredients).

22/03/2026: A small roadside eatery. It's not fine dining, so don't expect that kind of service. BUT THEY WERE VERY WARMLY WELCOMED AND SERVED. There's no menu, and frankly, for this type of restaurant, there isn't one. You already know you'll have a small beer or a soda. Period. HOMEMADE FRIES. We were delighted to discover this cozy little place, which deserves to exist. We ate very well. Thank you for this moment 😉

21/02/2026: I stop here a few times, especially at the brasserie. The meals—starter, main course, dessert—are wonderful! All the ingredients are fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared. I've never been disappointed here, and I highly recommend it!

20/02/2026: No one at reception, wait between 5 and 10 minutes... No explanation about breakfast... Restaurant... Perhaps we didn't pay for the set menu because it was included in the room price (Valentine's Day), but the salad was watery... No flavor at all... Foie gras... Supermarket foie gras, tasteless!!! Beef fillet... Thanks to the morel sauce... Cheese salad... no dressing... You'd think we were rabbits... The room was quite nice except for the "Jolie" champagne... More like ratafia, not champagne, and not sparkling... A large café crème at the end cost €5 😱😱 when it's only €4.10 on the menu. The only thing that seemed friendly was the breakfast...

26/04/2026: After a 20-minute wait, we left... without buying anything. So far, we've definitely had bad experiences with shopkeepers in Tours.

26/04/2026: We sat down on the terrace. We waited 20 minutes, then called a waiter when no one came to greet us. The waiter told us he'd come when he had time. We waited another 25 minutes, for a total of 45 minutes. We finally left, like other tables around us. You need to review your staff.

27/04/2026: I do not recommend this place. We had lunch at 12 pm and it was already not very clean; the tables and chairs were filthy, and the toilets were even worse—dirty and out of toilet paper. In short, a disaster. There was a problem with the order.

12/04/2026: To sum up this visit: Golden prize for the dirtiest McDonald's in France. Empty restaurant, very little activity, but incredibly filthy this Sunday. Impossible to walk normally because the floor was so greasy. A real slip-and-slide atmosphere!

02/04/2026: I love Subway; it's still one of my favorite fast-food restaurants. I went there tonight, and the two employees there were very friendly. However, a major downside was the restaurant's cleanliness: we were given an unwashed glass, and the sandwich baskets were filthy, with black rims. Another issue: at 9 p.m., they were out of bread... This isn't the first time this has happened; it's the second time I've been there and been told there was no more bread, no more of certain items, and almost no more drinks. It's a shame because the concept and the service are good, but there are definitely things that need improvement.

21/03/2026: I ate well, but unfortunately I arrived at 1 p.m. and not all the ingredients were available. It's a shame; all the bread, all the meat, all the cheese was gone. It felt empty, and I couldn't get what I had planned.

06/05/2026: Disappointed, it wasn't clean (fries and napkins on the floor the whole time we were there and weren't picked up) and the wait was long even though there weren't many people there.

19/01/2026: The restaurant is well located next to the prefecture. The food was good. However, the restaurant was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere. The toilets were also very dirty. I won't be going back.

10/11/2025: We went to eat yesterday at the restaurant that has a stand at the Troyes food fair. We ordered two shepherd's pies, and the two were completely different. Mine was cold, and my husband's was very spicy and cold. We also had a beer from the restaurant, and to top it all off, we paid €20 for the shepherd's pie instead of €16.

06/04/2026: I don't know where this Subway came from, but the service was very cold. The place is outdated, and the first young man making the sandwiches wasn't very friendly. There were very few side options! Tomatoes, lettuce, olives, cucumbers, and that's it. I didn't eat the waffle fries because they tasted suspicious. No dessert was offered on a Saturday around 12:30 PM. The cashier was unfriendly, and the restrooms were only cleaned when the staff had the time. In short, this place is not representative of a Subway! What a shame!

27/03/2026: Having worked in the food industry and in a very clean 18-year-old store, when I see the state of this restaurant, which is admittedly around 15 years old but is clearly neglected, I'm shocked. You can't make something new out of something old, but there's absolutely no effort put into maintenance... The manager speaking rudely to his employee in front of customers was appalling. Please review your working conditions. You're a restaurant that isn't necessarily profitable, so do some cleaning in your spare time... like cleaning the restrooms or washing the containers, etc... and you, the manager, should reconsider how you speak to your employees.
