21/02/2026: I stop here a few times, especially at the brasserie. The meals—starter, main course, dessert—are wonderful! All the ingredients are fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared. I've never been disappointed here, and I highly recommend it!

20/02/2026: No one at reception, wait between 5 and 10 minutes... No explanation about breakfast... Restaurant... Perhaps we didn't pay for the set menu because it was included in the room price (Valentine's Day), but the salad was watery... No flavor at all... Foie gras... Supermarket foie gras, tasteless!!! Beef fillet... Thanks to the morel sauce... Cheese salad... no dressing... You'd think we were rabbits... The room was quite nice except for the "Jolie" champagne... More like ratafia, not champagne, and not sparkling... A large café crème at the end cost €5 😱😱 when it's only €4.10 on the menu. The only thing that seemed friendly was the breakfast...

04/02/2026: While away for the weekend with my partner, we came today: there were both positive and negative points. Positive points: - Asked if we wanted to replace any missing ingredients - Served quickly - Welcoming server Negative points: - Missing ingredients, missing sauce, forced to put two sauces in the sandwich - No communication with the server, didn't tell us if the menu discount card was valid - The server sighed and seemed unhappy when a customer entered while she was leaving for the kitchen - Dirty counter and greasy sandwich tray - Once served, we felt like we were in a school playground. The servers in the kitchen didn't seem to realize there were customers, made animal noises, and giggled extremely loudly. We felt like we were disturbing them and it didn't encourage us to linger over a coffee after the meal.

18/01/2026: Unpleasant service. No atmosphere, the bar was empty unlike others in town at the same time.

28/02/2026: We only ordered 4 ice creams... They were very well prepared, we ate at very clean tables in a clean restaurant with friendly waiters 👍

01/03/2026: They didn't include fries in the menu. Flat cherry Coke. It wasn't specified that it was sugar-free. We ordered more and it was the same.

01/03/2026: A very poor experience regarding cleanliness. It was 3:40 PM during my visit, and the dining room was in an unacceptable state: food on the floor, no clean tables, greasy floor, and dirty chairs. At that time, it clearly gave the impression that no cleaning had been done since the morning. For an establishment of this type, this is unacceptable. Hygiene should be a priority.

16/02/2026: The manager arrived just as an employee was making my sandwich on their first day. She lit it up in front of us, claiming it wasn't made correctly, which was untrue; it was perfectly fine, just like the two others made by their colleague. The manager was even more rude when she told us that if they did that to every customer, they wouldn't make any money on the sandwiches! That's quite inappropriate, in my opinion. The poor employee, trying to prove themselves, got reprimanded right in the middle of his shift. As for me, my 30-cent sub was exactly the same as my partner's, no better, no worse. On the other hand, don't go to the restrooms; they're dirty, there's no soap, and the hand dryer doesn't work, nor does the soda fountain. The manager would do better to focus her frustration on maintaining the facilities for her customers and also remember to display the prices of ALL the subs correctly... We won't be going back.

11/01/2026: Everything was perfect, clean, and above all, the welcome was superb! More than satisfied.

19/01/2026: The restaurant is well located next to the prefecture. The food was good. However, the restaurant was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere. The toilets were also very dirty. I won't be going back.

10/11/2025: We went to eat yesterday at the restaurant that has a stand at the Troyes food fair. We ordered two shepherd's pies, and the two were completely different. Mine was cold, and my husband's was very spicy and cold. We also had a beer from the restaurant, and to top it all off, we paid €20 for the shepherd's pie instead of €16.
