12/09/2024: While passing through the region we discovered this restaurant, the welcome is friendly, the products are of very good quality. The Troyes andouillette with chaource is killer! So plentiful that we weren't able to taste the desserts despite the appetizing menu. Thank you boss for this good table.

23/09/2024: Dommage, les plats et les produits proposés sont excellents. Le service est assez lunatique hormis le jeune serveur qui doit travailler dans cette ambiance. La cerise sur le gâteau, l’apparition des propriétaires (pas de bonjour) finie de plomber complètement l’ambiance. Écrire sur les murs « chez Melin on est bien » devrait être remplacé par « chez Melin on mange bien » ce qui est déjà bien pour un restaurant.

13/09/2024: Nous sommes revenus en famille cette fois ci au Café de la Paix. Un restaurant familial … ça se ressent 😀 Très bon accueil, et conseil !! La cuisine est traditionnelle et servie en belle quantité. Merci encore pour ce petit clin d’œil pour l’anniversaire de ma maman ☺️ Nous reviendrons très vite !!

26/08/2024: The welcome was like the pizzas: uninteresting. The dishes served do not correspond to those announced on the menu, goat's cheese log when it was written dung in the salad. The decor needs to be reviewed. Average service, fair price

05/09/2024: Thank you for the welcome, the restaurant welcomed us even though we were 34 people! The 2 waitresses were very patient and very kind, the dishes are copious and very affordable, thank you for making me a vegan menu especially for me

13/09/2024: Excellent service from start to finish. We were with our 3 year old daughter and our dog and it was never a problem. The manager was full of good attention to my daughter, bringing her coloring pages, taking care of her. The whole team was smiling and pleasant, plus the meal lived up to our expectations. I highly recommend this establishment and the associated staff who were excellent!

13/09/2024: Cycled around the lake and had lunch here. Burger 🍔 was good. Friendly service and with some English spoken together everything turned out fine.

13/09/2024: Amazing, tasteful food like really being in Italy. The guys there have made it to the top level. Warm hosts with great flavours and authentic ingredients. I loved the place, everything is placed in such detail. Regular prices for a typical dinner.

08/09/2024: We reserved a table for 8:30 p.m., the service and order taking took a very long time. We left around 10:45 p.m. with a starter/main course formula. Unfortunately the appetizers and dishes were not at all to our tastes (too many flavors mixed together which spoils the overall flavor of the dishes). The starters were ok but nothing exceptional. I emphasize the very beautiful presentation of the dishes served but that is not everything. Price wise we found it very expensive for what we ate and yet we never hesitate to pay the price when we want to eat well.

21/08/2024: Excellent restaurant gastronomique hyper accessible financièrement. Produits frais, très bien cuisinés et présentés à la perfection. Attention tout est fait maison donc il y a peu de choix mais tout est tellement bon que vous trouverez votre bonheur. Toutefois prévoyez du temps pour manger car cela peut-être très long.

06/03/2024: Everything started well, the boss welcomed us pleasantly, offering a cushion and a small dish suitable for our little boy. Then our dishes arrived. The steak is not worthy of a Chinese buffet, a slice of rubber sole and obviously overcooked. The "lasagna" is in fact a rubbish gratin, containing a slice of white ham and an impossible to identify meat, bullion beans but neither tomato sauce nor béchamel. All oiled and re-annealed. We didn't finish but the midges seemed to like it. Seeing our almost full plates at the side of the table, the gentleman was careful not to ask our opinion and hid in the kitchen without offering dessert, coffee or a bill. I went to the counter so I could leave this establishment faster.
