22/09/2024: Click&Collect order placed at 9:15 p.m.
We go to McDonald's, we wait, after 45 minutes we will inquire with the person who collects, he confirms that our order is indeed registered despite it being marked completed on my application screen.
Seeing that several people having arrived after us were served more quickly, we decided to return this time to see the Manager, who gave us the order, which had been forgotten.
This is given to us by the security agent who tells us that it is complete.
We decide to check it, which turns out to be incomplete. We return to the cash register, the security guard tells us in an annoyed tone “What else”.
Following this, the manager told us that there was a problem understanding and redoed the missing part.
However we wait another 15 minutes then the order is finally complete, a cheeseburger is offered to us as compensation for the wait of more than an hour.
21/09/2024: The wait is too long knowing that there weren't many people there because priority was surely given to the drive-thru

We wouldn’t return.

He puts us but heat the meat on a stone in front of us (I change my note tt is great the team with I surely had a bad day at that moment

14/07/2024: Nous y sommes allés tous les deux hier soir le 13/07, nous avons passé un excellent moment. Emplacement idéal proche centre.
La cuisine est raffinée et très copieuse, les saveurs sont de la partie. Les ris de veau sont à tomber !
En ce qui concerne l’accueil : on se croirait « à la maison ». Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant.
Le chef vient nous saluer au niveau du dessert et rien que pour ça : c’est la classe.
Franchement c’est un sans faute. C’était la première fois, mais soyez assurés que ça ne sera pas la dernière !

28/08/2024: I came for two strawberry tarts. When I got home, to my great surprise, there was no custard at the bottom. I called the store, they told me to come back the next day, I'm coming, the cashier didn't say anything to her manager, so she made a "gesture" and offered me a strawberry tart with a a few more pastry creams but basic I wanted another tart a little more tempting but apparently "more expensive than the strawberry tart" except that madame forgot that I took two of the tarts. Sometimes I won't come back because the welcome leaves something to be desired and the tarts without creams I don't see the point. I generally buy in Lakhdar and they are much more stocked and above all cheaper!

We come regularly and if it is not the little blonde full of dynamism the service and welcome remain to be desired.
We came several times in the evening after leaving work, around 7:00 p.m./7:15 p.m. and we were surprised to see a "false" advertisement for -50% 30 minutes before closing... because we didn't have Didn't get this discount on the few times we came this month, yet the very nice little blonde always applied them to us. (And we take bread, pastries, dessert and sometimes pizza…)
So we don't understand, even if we don't come specifically for that.
We thank this very pleasant little blonde, for the others it would surely be wiser to take some advice. 😅

29/12/2023: Sad snack. Kebab of no great importance. Reception quite cold. The cashier refuses to add a meat supplement to a salad because it is a “vegetarian salad” even though the supplement is offered on the menu. It helps but no more.
27/12/2023: Gastro foudroyante suite au repas, à fuir. Je tombe rarement malade.

18/11/2024: Les lieux sont agréables, lumineux, propices aux échanges avec ses voisins grâce aux grandes tables très conviviales - le personnel est attentif et agréable - le petit déjeuner excellent, complet... tout ce qu'il faut pour attaquer une journée de shopping !
29/08/2024: Belle boulangerie avec une déco soignée et un espace repas très agréable.
Les viennoiseries sont délicieuses.

02/09/2024: Zeer lekker gegeten,heel verzorgd, wijnkaart aan zeer schappelijke prijzen, bediend door een vriendelijke jongeman die hard zijn best deed maar er zo goed als alleen voor stond chapeau ! Een aanrader nog een restaurant met stoffen tafellakens !
26/08/2024: While passing through Troyes, we went for lunch in this restaurant, recommended by the Gault et Millau guide. We do not regret our choice: excellent refined cuisine, impeccable service despite the youth of the servers. Even though the terrace is very small (but we are in the city center) we enjoyed eating outside. We highly recommend this restaurant.

18/05/2024: Une cuisine de raffinée mais le service l'est beaucoup moins. Les serveuses sont très sympathiques et serviables mais les plats arrivent à toute vitesse, l'entrée est servie alors que nous n'avions pas fini l'apéritif. Et tous les plats suivants ont suivi le même rythme, c'est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir le temps de déguster la cuisine raffinée. Nous pensions prendre notre temps le weekend, le service s'apparentait plus à un routier en semaine. Bravo au chef qui n'est pas assez mis en valeur.
