18/10/2024: The staff speaks very poorly, I order twice each time, they make an extra sandwich because they don't understand the orders.

05/10/2024: All the dishes are delicious, the chef is very energetic, sweet and understanding.

12/09/2024: While passing through the region we discovered this restaurant, the welcome is friendly, the products are of very good quality. The Troyes andouillette with chaource is killer! So plentiful that we weren't able to taste the desserts despite the appetizing menu. Thank you boss for this good table.

10/09/2024: Sauce aux morilles et vin jaune tout juste sublime. Très bon hamburger! Service rapide, et cadre chaleureux. Apéritif accompagné d'amuse-bouche, parfait.

25/05/2024: Accueil, service et cadre agréables. Tarifs un peu excessifs mais produits de qualité. Manque un fond de musique car lorsque le restaurant est vide et que le serveur reste en permanence derrière votre table, l’intimité n’y est pas du tout et cela reste très gênant. Dans l’ensemble nous recommandons ce restaurant.

11/05/2024: The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable, although the very 90s decor deserves to be reviewed. The breakfast is good and plentiful! The restaurant offers good, tasty dishes, but the quantities served are really too small to be full!

22/09/2024: Without a doubt the best spring rolls and samosas we’ve eaten so far! The beef with peppers I found the meat a little tough but otherwise it was good.

04/07/2025: Deliiiiicious!!!! The food is amazing, the coffee was too until the milk was added (not sure that machine coffee is a right choice honestly). The speed of a service is phenomenal, really helpful when we were rushing at 7am. Prices nicely surprised as well

12/09/2024: Until now no restaurant had forbidden me to change my child's bed. I had to arrive at this restaurant which is expensive for nothing to never have this kind of remark again!!!

26/05/2024: The staff is very friendly and pleasant, I gave two stars just for them because the meal was terribly bland. Risottos that only had the name, rather rice gratins served in their aluminum tray... And the drinks were expensive for the quantity served. Avoid if you want something other than coffee.

29/08/2024: Personnel non chaleureux, frites molles et froide, pita avec très peu de garniture et grande stupeur pas de sauce pour les frites. Après avoir appeler pour remonter le problème je tombe sur la gérante qui me rit au nez et m’envoie bouler. ÉTABLISSEMENT CATASTROPHIQUE

31/07/2024: The food is good however there is a big problem with the staff, I placed an order on Delivero I called to find out if the order was received by them because there was a problem at Delivero. The woman who answered me yelled at me telling me it was none of their business even though I spoke nicely and hung up on her, I called her back she hung up on me and it wasn't my first time so the pasha's staff is catastrophic, I mean the woman who is at the cash register I'm targeting her!!!!!!!! Let her go see her kindness again!!!!

02/09/2024: Certainly, it is difficult to find a “pizza” today; what we expect from this simple dish and its culinary origins. Not so simple apparently. We move further and further away from what we hope for and we get closer to the dripping pie, ending up believing after so many years that this is what pizza tastes like. Here too, it is edible, at a fair price, even if the objective of the margin, perhaps too much, sacrifices the quality of certain ingredients. This brand makes pizzas like any other, ordinary ones, which are great when you're hungry. Also tested as a distributor in supermarket parking lots, like other brands established in the Troyes area. Local brand, that’s positive. It's good for the planet! but for the taste buds......further is better.

09/06/2025: Very pleasant service. Only one menu offered on Whit Monday - quite decent (bistro quality). Dirty restrooms, no soap.

20/05/2025: We haven't been there for several months because we were very disappointed, this Saturday lunchtime May 17 we wanted to try again: same comment, nothing attractive in terms of the meal, ratatouille rather revisited really not appetizing!, dessert with defrosted blueberries with softened dough; too expensive for very basic cuisine, not ready to go back

12/09/2024: Some bullshit! I ordered my 2 menus with 2 cookies, a macadamia nut and a raspberry cheesecake, I received the order with a cheesecake cookie and another cheesecake, if only they had just made a mistake but no, they only put half the cookie! I would like to be contacted very quickly, I am stopping by the restaurant tomorrow. To answer your answer, this is at least the 3rd time that there has been an error on the desserts and on the dishes when I order! I took a photo so if it's possible why lie, instead of wasting your time responding do your job properly.

03/09/2024: I justify this note by the welcome received by a bitter old woman, half of *beep*, namely the boss (and only for her because the employees are the opposite of extreme kindness) I live a few meters down the street from the restaurant, I wanted to order by phone on Saturday evening but in vain, after 25 minutes of always busy line. I then decide to go down to take my order, I kindly notify the lady who receives me that the phone is not working and that's when she replies in a condescending tone "well of course it works, do you think that?" 'We have so much pizza to deliver, why?' (In fact showing me his full counter). Incidentally it was to inform them in case there was a problem with the phone. Anyway.. let's move on, after a few minutes of blankness where she completely ignores me she ends up saying "so what do you want?" (Always in the same tone) I tell her about my order for two pizzas and she says "what size?" (As if I was pissing her off) By the time I wait for my pizzas, it goes without saying that each customer who comes to collect their orders is greeted by this same lady in the same way! It's a shame, I have never been received like this in a restaurant and especially not for two poor pizzas that we must remember the price of €18 each for a pizza which has lost its quality and burned black on the perimeter. Regular customer of yours, believe me that you will never see me again and that your advertising will be done! However, taking orders, printing tickets and cashing customers are within everyone's reach. I don't think you can afford to have such behavior because after all you didn't invent anything, you just sell pizzas. Remember that you live thanks to your customers and as karma turns, you will pay for your gratuitous nastiness!
