14/08/2026: A breath of fresh air in this wine cellar! The new manager is friendly and full of helpful advice.
He'll cater to your preferences. If you're looking to explore beyond the usual wines, let him guide you. I've had the chance to make some wonderful discoveries since he opened.

Le millésimé
Troyes
22/09/2026: Huge bar diner in the middle of Troyes - very popular with the locals. We stopped for drinks after visiting the nearby church, very good value as it was “happy hour” - sat and watched the world go by for a bit. It was quiet when we were there, but this place gets very busy in the evenings.
20/09/2026: Bar/cave de vin: hardly any wine for sale
Dimanche: ferme a minuit -at 6.45pm the bar closes

Tante Reine
Troyes
03/10/2026: A beautiful and welcoming place, the food is excellent, a real pleasure, well done!
20/09/2026: We arrived around 10:30 am on a Sunday for breakfast and were immediately given a table with chairs outside on the street side. We enjoyed our time there: comfortably seated, the atmosphere outside was pleasant, as the location is very charming and ideally situated in the historic heart of Troyes (very close to the Rue des Chats). Our continental breakfasts were excellent: we highly recommend it, thank you :)

Le Montagnard
Bar-Sur-Aube
10/10/2026: Aside from the slightly unpleasant smell in the restrooms, the restaurant has a warm atmosphere. The waiter is very welcoming and, above all, always smiling.
The menu offers excellent value for money and the food is top-notch.
I highly recommend it!
12/09/2026: We came for lunch on September 12th but it was full, so we came back in the evening and honestly, we have no regrets! The morel burger was amazing with the homemade fries, it was perfect, and the cocktails were great, especially the coconut one, and the crème caramel was fantastic. A big plus for the super friendly and really funny waiter. We highly recommend it, we had a great evening!

Kebab Pamukkale
Sainte-Savine
07/10/2026: Uber Eats delivery... disappointed... no white sauce in the kebabs as requested and the meat was way too salty, I've never eaten a kebab so salty in the 15 departments where I work... and really dry, sorry for the other reviews but nothing special for me.
29/07/2026: A warm and friendly welcome. Perfect kebab and service.

L'auberge sans nom
Chaource
10/09/2026: I withdrew my review from July 2025 because the food has been awful since the chef left in January 2026. They need to bring in Philippe Echebest. The two dishes my wife and I received were completely inedible, yet we paid full price!
06/09/2026: I can't say anything about food and drink.
