10/05/2026: As with all Flunch restaurants, there are good and bad points. We were passing through Troyes this Sunday around 3 pm. The cashier was pleasant, smiling, and very polite. However, a woman at the counter was unpleasant, which is a shame. The overall rating would have been better, because knowing how to recruit staff is just as important as providing good service.

30/04/2026: The self-service format is not bad but the food is sometimes tasteless, I will not return to this restaurant.

14/02/2026: The owner runs it all by herself, okay. She prefers takeout orders to table service, I think for management reasons. We tried the table service, and the food was very good! The atmosphere was nice at first, but then the phone orders started piling up. Just as we were paying, she was more sighing than anything else. I'm giving it 4 stars.

05/01/2026: I find it impressive and amazing that this woman does everything herself. I called to order and picked it up 30 minutes later without any problems, and it didn't take much longer than in a traditional restaurant. Thank you!

24/02/2026: This is the second time my friends and I have come here, and we're very disappointed. The first time, we sat down at a table, and a woman came over and told us to move because it was reserved, even though there was no sign indicating that. We had to move in a draft. What's more, the waitresses are very cold; it's almost like we're bothering them. The other time, it was the same thing: we asked questions, and they answered in a blasé manner, as if they didn't want to be there. Very disappointed. The place is beautiful, but the staff are not at all!

08/02/2026: Spacious, comfortable room, perfect bedding, excellent bathroom. Welcoming staff, very good dinner, highly recommended.

29/01/2026: Friendly welcome and helpful staff. The breakfast wasn't very varied. The amenities are varied: green spaces, restaurant, swimming pool, children's area. The room was quite large, which was nice. However, there was mold in the bathroom and on the exterior woodwork.

09/05/2026: The bread is absolutely delicious, and don't even get me started on the pastries – a real treat.

08/05/2026: This place is so clean too quite specially if you want calm place and the people are disciplined and respectful, so i have decided to give them 5 stars.

26/03/2026: It's a shame the pizzas are more like tarts. I don't know if it's because I go to Italy often or if my standards are just too high, but a crust that thin, industrial tomato sauce or cream as a base... the toppings are generous, sure, the "pizza" will fill you up, but look elsewhere if you're looking for a proper pizza. I didn't eat there or try anything else on the menu, so I can't comment on that. Maybe there will be a surprise in store, who knows?

Well, this Tuesday morning, April 7th, no bread at 10:00 AM... neither well-baked, nor medium, nor white... come back at 11:00 AM! And get this, at 11:15 AM, still no bread... did the baker extend his weekend? I'd like your opinion. Hello Mr. Clément Genteur, this Wednesday morning, April 8th, at 8:45 AM, well... only 5 or 6 loaves in the medium category (but visually they could have been in the well-baked category), all white and nothing else!... I'd like your response!... thank you... I just sent an email to Mr. Claude Genteur, Marie Blachère regional manager.

04/03/2026: A very bad experience. The kitchens were visibly dirty and the toilets were simply disgusting, which is extremely worrying for a restaurant. Even worse, an employee didn't even wash their hands, which poses a serious hygiene problem. The service was deplorable: the staff were rude, aggressive, and showed little respect for customers. One thing is certain: they seem to care only about money, to the complete detriment of hygiene, service, and customer respect. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

16/02/2026: The owner didn't even say hello, he's way too full of himself, and it's too expensive for what it is. The Capadoge restaurant is closed every day; this one is just a very, very mediocre kebab shop.

04/12/2025: For a restaurant that's been around for years, I was very disappointed. Too Frenchified, lacking flavor, and above all, bland. Add some zest to your dishes!

22/11/2025: Incomplete order, Disgusting food, I really do not recommend this "restaurant". Horrible caramel chicken, horrible noodles, and I'm not even going to mention the soggy spring rolls, tasteless samosas, order not respected, no shrimp or prawns, their doughnuts are absolutely nothing like they are described, too greasy.
