The home-style cooking is delicious, the dishes are prepared with care, and it shows. The staff is particularly pleasant, smiling, and attentive.
I went with two young children, and honestly, it had been a long time since I'd enjoyed such a peaceful meal. Children sometimes need to move around, and here, everything was done without any judgment. That makes all the difference!
Thank you for this experience; we will gladly return.

13/11/2025: A customer for over 50 years, it's still just as good. I stop by whenever I'm in Troyes. The atmosphere has remained stylish, perhaps less convivial than in the very beginning when we were crammed together like sardines around a large central table. But the spirit of kindness is still there.
26/10/2025: We came today, very warm welcome, excellent royal couscous, delicious mint tea. Impeccable service......

13/09/2024: Very disappointed. We came two years ago and it was good. What happened? Damaged furniture rickety table torn chair. Waitress with dirty sneakers! Mediocre meal, bland and fatty steak tartare, MacDonald style fries. Music too loud. Infectious! We will not come back again and really regret our 70 euros in this establishment which has changed a lot 😣
11/09/2024: There were 8 of us this afternoon at the Courtepaille de St Andre and it is sad to see that the quality is no longer there, the service time is long for 4 tables to be served in total.
The drink arrived at the end of the meal!
The Irich coffee was served when everyone else had finished their dessert
No friendliness from the servers
On the other hand, the hefty bill!

08/07/2025: Disappointed with the delivery order, they forgot the drinks, then they offered 2 sauces to accompany the fries but put them in a single small container so everything was mixed up, and the kebab was not garnished there was more cabbage than meat, it loses its place as the best kebab in Troyes for me
07/07/2025: Loved my chef's plate. Get the extra cheese. The service was 5 stars, the seating inside was OK.

25/09/2024: The wait staff does NOT know the table numbers, e.g.: they brought us a flute of champagne which was not intended for us. For the bill, you must go to the cashier who writes on the order form and using a calculator, establishes the amount including tax after noting the excluding tax as well as the cost of 15%. We paid by credit card but without issuing an invoice. Beware of the Tax Authorities!!!🤑

19/12/2023: Nous avons dormi dans cet hôtel. Très bien reçu par une jeune femme du personnel.
Ensuite la chambre était propre, en excellent état et pourvue d'une literie très confortable. J'ai pu enfin bien dormir car le noir était complet dans la chambre et c'est bien insonorisé, en tout cas il n'y avait aucun bruit et le lit est de bonne qualité.
Très bon petit déjeuner dans le restaurant au cadre très agréable

31/08/2024: A drink with friends or colleagues, this is the place I recommend, superb terrace to enjoy the freshness at the end of the day, in summer, we love it. The fries are very good quality! A wide variety of cocktails 🤤❤️I highly recommend! 👌

There were 2 of us, we waited more than 40 minutes for our order to be taken, once we finally had a waiter, the latter to take a breath when I asked for a cocktail, and we then waited another 30 to 40 minutes to get our order. order, I do not recommend this place which seemed pleasant but the staff leaves something to be desired

19/10/2024: Un restaurant italien tenu des italiens, le fait devient suffisamment rare pour mériter d'être souligné.
Le patron (sicilien) est aimable ef accueillant.
La cuisine familiale est simple mais correctement exécutée.
Les prix sont très raisonnables comme ceux de la courte carte des vins,.
Situé à 200 m de l'hôtel de Ville, l'emplacement est central.
03/10/2024: Dolce Italia es el restaurante perfecto para el final de un día ajetreado de turismo. El menú era amplio con todos los platos tradicionales italianos que se espera. Tomé lasaña de boloñesa y mi compañero comió pizza. Ambos llegaron rápido, con la tubería caliente y lo más importante que estaban deliciosos. El personal era muy amable y servicial (el hecho de que hablaban buen inglés también era una ventaja). Muy recomendable. 5 *

The tarte tatin is not a tarte tatin, not even a little.
26/08/2024: I went there with my family, it was the first time.
Very nice experience. We were well received, the menu offered many local products. You can come with children, couples and even with your dog.
Experience to repeat!
