25/09/2024: The wait staff does NOT know the table numbers, e.g.: they brought us a flute of champagne which was not intended for us. For the bill, you must go to the cashier who writes on the order form and using a calculator, establishes the amount including tax after noting the excluding tax as well as the cost of 15%. We paid by credit card but without issuing an invoice. Beware of the Tax Authorities!!!🤑

08/07/2025: Disappointed with the delivery order, they forgot the drinks, then they offered 2 sauces to accompany the fries but put them in a single small container so everything was mixed up, and the kebab was not garnished there was more cabbage than meat, it loses its place as the best kebab in Troyes for me

18/09/2025: For years, about 15, I have greatly appreciated the welcome at Pammukale and especially the quality of their products. Despite very sporadic visits in recent years (transfer and not change of regime!!), the manager remembers precisely the contents of my kebab. In "customer satisfaction" training I always give it as an example to my trainees! Bravo!

24/11/2025: All lies. Photos are fake. No sauna. No hot tub. Don't stay here. We reserved this hotel specifically because it was advertised to have a hot tub and sauna. On checking in we were charged twice. After this we were told there is no sauna, steam room or hot tub, the pool is at a different hotel, 5 km away, and there is an additional 50 Euro fee to use the sauna, which the owner had just told us does not exist. After a battle we got one of the duplicate charges returned. This place is not a good place. There is no honesty in advertising and nothing special here. Dingy small rooms, separate tiny single beds, no views, there is nothing really of any interest or value here.

09/11/2025: Despite a minor issue with the online reservation due to the establishment being closed for holidays, the owner quickly found a solution. It's generally recommended to book by phone. A very warm welcome awaits you at this family-run business, now in its fifth generation; you can feel the dedication of every staff member. The restaurant is fantastic, with a super friendly waitress who provided helpful explanations about the local area and knew her dishes and wines well. The crispy andouillette sausage was excellent, featuring local products. A nice bonus is the gas station right across the street. Thank you for your warm welcome and your quick response in finding a solution!

15/09/2024: May 30, 2023: Still going strong! Shaded terrace a little away from the tourist and local hustle and bustle of the heart of the city. Very nice summer menu with large salads that are enough for your meal. A year ago: Good food, fish dish and excellent risotto (very creamy). A hearty strawberry dessert, a change from the 2 strawberries that fight a duel in most other restaurants... Pleasant and efficient service, I recommend.

03/11/2025: Ordered through a platform. A complete rip-off, exorbitant price, ingredients not listed, the most expensive ones practically nonexistent and rubbery. Avoid this product, seriously...

21/10/2025: A true Asian restaurant, with excellent cuisine prepared by professionals... Very warm welcome. A must-do.

22/01/2026: The chocolate, pistachio, Mont Blanc, coffee, and praline cream puffs were delicious! Just a minor point about the vanilla cream puff! 😄

20/01/2026: Excellent croissants and pain au chocolat that were a hit with my office. The staff is friendly and accommodating; I highly recommend this bakery!

29/12/2025: The welcome was nonexistent, probably just like the current weather... Saying good evening was optional, there were only two people in the dining room, and they couldn't even bring you a menu. The atmosphere was very unfriendly, and the state of the kitchen, from what little I glimpsed, left much to be desired... In short, I didn't try their food, but given my initial impression, I decided to turn around and leave.

26/12/2025: An hour and a half before our food arrived. We left without eating...it's unrealistic to think you're alone in the kitchen and dining room.

27/10/2025: 10/26/2025. Refusal to play my PMU games claiming that the machine was not turned on at 10:30 a.m.!!! FALSE. The 2nd terminal is not an obligation and takes longer with a lot of games to redo. The PMU will be aware.

09/10/2025: CBD is great and cheap, don't hesitate to buy packs of pure CBD. At 11.5 and the Chinese is fine, he's nice, but I prefer it when the lady lets me order, she's so good!

29/11/2024: It's a really good time to stop there. We are well received. We eat well, we are well served.

28/10/2024: Full menu of the day at 15.9 euros or reduced to 12.9 euros, eaten really well, right portions, fresh food. Very friendly staff, fast service, clean bathroom, 2 showers (rate 2 euros). 2 car parks, a small one next to it and a larger one in front. Absolutely recommended.
