12/03/2026: 5 stars for the Val Moret hotel and restaurant! Comfortable room and excellent food. It was a very pleasant and restful overnight stay. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. Honestly, nothing but positive things to say. We will definitely return.

08/03/2026: We were looking for a really good restaurant. Troyes is very expensive, and due to mass tourism, the quality is only mediocre. At La Table de François, we received excellent service. Very attentive. The food was outstanding, innovative, and modern. We were delighted with every bite. And the price of €45 for a set menu was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated restaurant.

11/03/2026: Having lived in Troyes for over a year, this was my first time trying this restaurant, and I certainly wasn't disappointed! The breaded chicken burger and the risotto with duck leg were incredible. A big thank you also to the young waitress for her infectious good humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

15/02/2026: I was discovering this restaurant with my wife, and my opinion is somewhat mixed. We ordered chicken couscous and ate the chicken first, which was cold! My wife got chicken breast and was happy, but I got a measly chicken leg, which wasn't much meat for a dish that cost €22.50! I've been to couscous restaurants where they were much more generous with the amount of chicken. The vegetables were excellent, everything was hot and very tasty. The service was impeccable. We had tea at the end of the meal. I don't know if it's the restaurant's custom, but the tea wasn't sweet at all, so it was quite bitter. In short, it wasn't bad, but I've had much better couscous with more generous portions.

26/02/2026: I wanted to share my experience with the pizza place in our village. Craving pizza, my partner called to place an order. The person who answered was initially very friendly. We ordered our first pizza and then asked if it could be customized. We had barely started describing the toppings when the person rushed us to hurry because another phone was ringing. The tone then became unpleasant and arrogant. We had barely begun to describe the toppings for the second pizza when he stopped listening and asked if we wanted a third pizza… even though we hadn't even finished the second one. The result: no third pizza, and above all, a very bad experience. We were surprised and disappointed, as everyone had told us so many good things about it, especially regarding the friendliness. For our part, we do not recommend it after this experience. We would rather give the kiosk in Saint-Lyé a try, where the service is much more pleasant!

05/03/2026: We were lucky enough to celebrate Valentine's Day at this establishment in Chaource, and it was a truly wonderful experience. A huge thank you to the Enfer family, especially Christelle Enfer and Inesia, for their incredibly warm welcome and kindness. The Valentine's Day dinner was bistro-style and absolutely delicious, with beautifully presented dishes bursting with flavor. The room was very comfortable, with a magnificent view. The terrace in the morning is incredible, and the breakfast was perfect for starting the day off right. We left delighted and sincerely thank this establishment for such a wonderful time.
