31/03/2026: We booked the venue for a private family meal for 60 people on a Sunday. We opted for the cold buffet (salads, crudités, charcuterie, fish, meats, cheeses, and desserts). The food was fresh, high-quality, and homemade. Everything was very much appreciated (especially the desserts); thank you to the very pleasant staff. Thank you to the owner, Harmony, for making this possible. I highly recommend it.

02/05/2026: Many positive reviews on Google, yet despite a prior call (which went unanswered) to confirm they were open, the establishment was closed upon our arrival. We encountered a few other disappointed customers in the parking lot. A shame.

26/02/2026: I wanted to share my experience with the pizza place in our village. Craving pizza, my partner called to place an order. The person who answered was initially very friendly. We ordered our first pizza and then asked if it could be customized. We had barely started describing the toppings when the person rushed us to hurry because another phone was ringing. The tone then became unpleasant and arrogant. We had barely begun to describe the toppings for the second pizza when he stopped listening and asked if we wanted a third pizza… even though we hadn't even finished the second one. The result: no third pizza, and above all, a very bad experience. We were surprised and disappointed, as everyone had told us so many good things about it, especially regarding the friendliness. For our part, we do not recommend it after this experience. We would rather give the kiosk in Saint-Lyé a try, where the service is much more pleasant!

12/05/2026: The hotel was nice, but unfortunately, the lack of professionalism from some staff members somewhat spoiled my stay. I had a mishap with my reservation, which I made using a Wonderbox voucher. The voucher was valid until April 30, 2026. Not wanting to lose the voucher, on April 14th, I called the hotel to make a reservation for May 8th, explaining that it was a Wonderbox voucher and giving them the voucher number. After a short wait, the person on the phone told me everything was fine and that I would only have to pay the tourist tax on the day (2-3€). Upon arriving at the hotel on May 8th, I was greeted by two women at reception, one of whom was the same woman I had spoken to on the phone when I made the reservation on April 14th. She asked me if I had brought the Wonderbox voucher. I replied that I hadn't, since I had already provided the number when making the reservation, and they had confirmed that everything was in order. I eventually found the number on the app, and that's when she realized the voucher had expired on April 30th, and told me I would have to pay for the reservation... I later learned that she should have checked the voucher's expiry date, but hadn't... but she didn't seem bothered; no apology, no gesture of goodwill from her... In the end, we didn't get the dinner that was included in the voucher, and it cost us an extra €80. I do want to thank her colleague, though, who offered us breakfast. The two stars are for her. It's incredible that the gesture of goodwill came from the person who hadn't done anything wrong. Be careful if you book with a Wonderbox voucher, as you cannot rely on the person on the phone to give you the correct information.

05/04/2026: Once seated, barely two minutes later, the waitress arrived and mumbled, "What would you like?" A lamb skewer couscous. On the plus side, the meat was good. However, the vegetables and sauce were tasteless (I wonder how they manage to make such a bland dish). The semolina was quickly cooked and indigestible. For the first time in my life, I didn't finish my plate.

22/03/2026: An absolutely extraordinary brunch at Le Millésime! There was everything you could want, with consistently high quality from start to finish. The welcome was pleasant and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. A unique and much-appreciated touch: finishing with raclette – a real treat! Everything was perfect, and we left more than satisfied. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! We'll be back with pleasure 😜.

10/05/2026: Our stay at La Maison de Rhodes was an enchanting interlude in the heart of Troyes during a sporting weekend getaway. Nestled in a former Templar residence, this 5-star hotel elegantly blends the authenticity of its timber framing with contemporary refinement. Our spacious room, with its exceptional bedding and generously sized bathroom, guaranteed excellent comfort. The intimate, heated outdoor pool area was a haven of relaxation for a sunny afternoon. Dinner and breakfast, prepared with local products, delighted our palates. Finally, the warm welcome and helpful advice of the staff, who even took care of our reservation at a local restaurant, truly charmed us. An exceptional address, where history and hospitality come together perfectly. We will definitely return.

18/02/2026: Magnificent setting, ideal location, friendly welcome, comfortable room. The only drawback, and a significant one at that, was the breakfast: for €32 per person, you only get a croissant, a piece of bread, and a rusk so hard you could break your teeth on it. And when I dared to ask the young woman serving if it was possible to have a second croissant, I was curtly told, "No, it's one per person! We order them according to the number of guests, and it's one per person." And of course, she didn't offer me anything else. Needless to say, as soon as I left the hotel, I stopped at the first bakery I saw. In short, as someone accustomed to five-star hotels and Relais & Châteaux properties, I felt like I was in a run-of-the-mill youth hostel! This was my second stay at the Maison de Rhodes (the first must have been in 2018 or 2019), but I don't recall such a mishap, otherwise I obviously wouldn't have come back. But now I've learned my lesson: never again!

21/04/2026: A very warm welcome, a smiling and friendly waitress. Excellent homemade meal, a real treat. Don't hesitate to go in.

09/02/2026: A one-night stay with a room + dinner + breakfast package was excellent. The hotel, restaurant, and room were very clean. The owner was welcoming, the home-cooked meals were just the way we like them, and the chocolate mousse was delicious.

11/03/2026: The best kebab in Romilly-sur-Seine, hands down! 🌯 Excellent meat, generous portions, and fast service. Always a warm welcome, I recommend it 100%!
