18/02/2026: The restaurant was open. Some servers saw us, and no one bothered to mention that it was a private event. We tried all three doors, thinking they were keeping warm, but there was no communication. Very rude!

02/12/2025: In this inn called La Table d’Antan, located on the main street of Crésantignes, I recently enjoyed a feast befitting an old knight returning from many journeys to the lands of Aube and Champagne. There I was served a steak tartare prepared in the finest manner, minced as finely as the steel of a well-tempered sword is ground, and seasoned with many herbs which, by my faith, created such a delightful commotion in my mouth that I cannot praise the chef enough. The place is bright and welcoming, the service as courteous as in the great hall of a castle of old. The people of Crésantignes, valiant and affable folk, know how to maintain a good table and honor, and this inn is a worthy reflection of that. So, to anyone riding in these Champagne regions, I warmly recommend this haunt where one feasts with joy, and where the simple and true dishes recall the ancient flavors of our banquets of yesteryear.

20/06/2025: Disappointing because we can't enjoy the service we paid for!! We have six months from the purchase of the massage voucher to make an appointment. We called on the last day of the voucher's "validity," and the masseuse refused to take us, claiming she had appointments until August! It's very, very disappointing and unprofessional to react like this. A €60 massage without being able to enjoy the service!! I think there are other masseuses who are much more honest and professional.

07/03/2026: A lovely spot in the heart of Chaource. Excellent local cuisine, a regularly updated menu, and warm service. A wonderful atmosphere.

26/02/2026: Absolutely shameful. For a €37 menu, they promise you a dream that isn't reality. The butternut squash starter was bland. Then you order a rare duck breast, one time it's overcooked, another time it's the same and cold inside. I made the mistake of mentioning the frozen meat, and the owner came over with a stern look, without apologizing, and even dared to yell at me. The worst part was, for my friend's dessert, they brought him a hazelnut saffron parfait that smelled like water. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Avoid this restaurant. Last year everything was perfect.

19/02/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering Hostellerie La Chaumière in Arsonval, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely perfect: impeccable hygiene, spotless cleanliness, attentive and warm service, and a beautiful, peaceful setting. The owners are delightful and contribute greatly to this welcoming atmosphere. We also absolutely loved the Bamboche restaurant: the meal was delicious, and overall, every dish was a pure delight. Living in the area, this is definitely going to become one of our go-to restaurants. We will return with great pleasure and very often. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation.

09/02/2026: A one-night stay with a room + dinner + breakfast package was excellent. The hotel, restaurant, and room were very clean. The owner was welcoming, the home-cooked meals were just the way we like them, and the chocolate mousse was delicious.

25/02/2026: We called to reserve a table, and after a 30-minute drive, we arrived. We mentioned a reservation, and they told us there was no reservation under our name! We checked the phone number; it was correct, but they still insisted there was no reservation… We were with two children, and in this situation, it would have been more respectful and courteous to seat us at a table, knowing the restaurant wasn't full, rather than making us feel like liars! We won't be going back anytime soon!

11/02/2026: Unfriendly welcome, very slow service, awful cocktail—I had to ask for it to be remade because my spritz only contained Aperol. Basic food, nothing special, really disappointed! Far from being the best Asian restaurant in Troyes.

15/02/2026: I have absolutely no complaints; when I call to place an order, they always speak to me with such cheerfulness! It always makes you want to come with a smile. They're ready quickly and the portions are always generous! The pizzas are always a hit whenever we take them out for dinner or even for meals at home. And they're excellent value for money! But I always want to emphasize that the two cooks are truly lovely and enjoy taking the time to chat with their customers when they pick up their pizzas. Even though they go by the name Pizz'a Bella Express, they make sure we're not just a number, and that's really nice.

12/02/2026: Excellent pizza from the Pizza a Bella vending machine. And at the shop on Rue Morel Payen in Troyes for takeout... I even ran into some former employees! I highly recommend their delicious pizza 🍕👌.

14/12/2025: The restaurant was very good. Although quite busy, it was very efficient and the staff were friendly. I'd gladly come again.

15/03/2026: I arrived hungry and left hungry – the pizzas arrived very quickly after I ordered. I ate the crust, but it was impossible to eat the middle, which was thick and, most importantly, undercooked. My plate went back half full – what a disappointment! This place is all about making money; as for customer satisfaction: forget it. We won't be going back!

14/03/2026: I recommend the Como pizza, but be warned: The dough wasn't cooked, it had 3 cherry tomatoes and two small slices of ham.

12/03/2026: Anyway, the kebab is super good and I'll definitely be back because it's really delicious, although the fries were a little overcooked.

07/02/2026: I tried a kebab for the first time! I received a fantastic welcome as soon as I arrived ☺️ The kebab was absolutely delicious, both in flavor and quality, and the quantity was excellent. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on 🌹🌹🙏🤗

17/10/2025: Quality work to repair my Peugeot bike. I made an appointment to bring the bike in the evening before closing time and picked it up the next day. The shop notified me at 2 p.m. that the work was complete. Customer service is key.

31/10/2025: We've been to this restaurant several times. We've tried the takeaway burgers offered on Thursday evenings, as well as the lunch menus served on-site on Saturdays. Each time, we haven't been disappointed. The burgers are delicious, made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The same goes for the dishes offered on other days. I particularly appreciated the presentation of the plates and the originality of the recipes. The chef is attentive, as is the waitress. We'll definitely be back!
