Total change of scenery guaranteed A cuisine with more than fresh products. Young and pleasant staff. Very very fair price I recommend without hesitation We will come back next time.

26/08/2024: While passing through Troyes, we went for lunch in this restaurant, recommended by the Gault et Millau guide. We do not regret our choice: excellent refined cuisine, impeccable service despite the youth of the servers. Even though the terrace is very small (but we are in the city center) we enjoyed eating outside. We highly recommend this restaurant.

16/09/2024: We came to eat in the evening, we were seated straight away (reservation) The order was taken quickly, warm welcome. The proportions are generous and we ate well. The downside we were placed next to a door leading to the terrace, a door which was open throughout our meal and never closed... As a result, we had to close the door each time we passed and put the coat back on to eat.

29/08/2024: It's slow, slow, slow... so slow that you forget everything else. In the end... the service ruined everything :/ The tarte tatin is not a tarte tatin, not even a little.

26/08/2024: I went there with my family, it was the first time. Very nice experience. We were well received, the menu offered many local products. You can come with children, couples and even with your dog. Experience to repeat!

19/12/2023: Nous avons dormi dans cet hôtel. Très bien reçu par une jeune femme du personnel. Ensuite la chambre était propre, en excellent état et pourvue d'une literie très confortable. J'ai pu enfin bien dormir car le noir était complet dans la chambre et c'est bien insonorisé, en tout cas il n'y avait aucun bruit et le lit est de bonne qualité. Très bon petit déjeuner dans le restaurant au cadre très agréable

18/05/2024: Une cuisine de raffinée mais le service l'est beaucoup moins. Les serveuses sont très sympathiques et serviables mais les plats arrivent à toute vitesse, l'entrée est servie alors que nous n'avions pas fini l'apéritif. Et tous les plats suivants ont suivi le même rythme, c'est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir le temps de déguster la cuisine raffinée. Nous pensions prendre notre temps le weekend, le service s'apparentait plus à un routier en semaine. Bravo au chef qui n'est pas assez mis en valeur.

03/09/2024: I justify this note by the welcome received by a bitter old woman, half of *beep*, namely the boss (and only for her because the employees are the opposite of extreme kindness) I live a few meters down the street from the restaurant, I wanted to order by phone on Saturday evening but in vain, after 25 minutes of always busy line. I then decide to go down to take my order, I kindly notify the lady who receives me that the phone is not working and that's when she replies in a condescending tone "well of course it works, do you think that?" 'We have so much pizza to deliver, why?' (In fact showing me his full counter). Incidentally it was to inform them in case there was a problem with the phone. Anyway.. let's move on, after a few minutes of blankness where she completely ignores me she ends up saying "so what do you want?" (Always in the same tone) I tell her about my order for two pizzas and she says "what size?" (As if I was pissing her off) By the time I wait for my pizzas, it goes without saying that each customer who comes to collect their orders is greeted by this same lady in the same way! It's a shame, I have never been received like this in a restaurant and especially not for two poor pizzas that we must remember the price of €18 each for a pizza which has lost its quality and burned black on the perimeter. Regular customer of yours, believe me that you will never see me again and that your advertising will be done! However, taking orders, printing tickets and cashing customers are within everyone's reach. I don't think you can afford to have such behavior because after all you didn't invent anything, you just sell pizzas. Remember that you live thanks to your customers and as karma turns, you will pay for your gratuitous nastiness!
