23/02/2026: A nice, friendly spot to start an evening with a good beer right in the city center. A nice touch on the table: an assortment of peanuts. Unfortunately, another nice touch has recently disappeared… The option to order a small glass of cheese to accompany your pint for a few euros! Replaced by a cheese plate for €13… So today we officially launch the final battle for the liberation and return of the small cheeses to Maison Berthom.

22/02/2026: Feb. 26: A nice, quaint pub with a good selection of drinks and good music. Friendly service. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the smell of (burnt?) cheese, probably for the toast. Otherwise, nice.

30/10/2025: Swoob Catering has catered four family celebrations (between 30 and 60 people) in recent years. They contributed to their success through the quality of their products, the variety of their dishes, and the professionalism of their entire team. I highly recommend them!

10/10/2025: I came to buy some very good quality yellow chicken, despite the relatively high price, it was excellent. However, I asked for very thinly sliced ​​ham. When I got home, the ham was cut at least 3 meters thick. It was almost impossible to make cordon bleus with it, and cutting it so thick really didn't taste good. I also had a piece of onion tart; it was good but extremely salty.

The flavor combinations, seasonings, and cooking techniques were on par with (or even surpassing) the Michelin-starred restaurants we've already experienced. The service was impeccable, perfectly orchestrated by the restaurant manager, who once again delivered a top-notch experience, with tableside cocktail preparation and flambéing. A wonderful culinary experience, and without a doubt the best value for money for a restaurant of this caliber. Thank you to Chef Loessel and his entire team for this enchanting interlude. It's incomprehensible that this establishment hasn't yet been recognized by the Michelin Guide.

The chef is undoubtedly a master of his craft; cooking techniques and textures hold no secrets for him. He adds to this the knowledge and daring to blend new flavors, elevating the dishes to new heights. The service is warm, attentive, and always delivered with a gentle smile.
