19/12/2024: La Hache in Strasbourg is worth the wait, even without a reservation! While we waited about half an hour for a table, the experience was well worth it. The food was absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and impeccable presentation. The desserts were equally impressive, rounding off a fantastic meal. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic French bistro cuisine in a charming setting.

Being a regular at this restaurant, we are never there, from the valet service, from the pretzel to the aperitif, including melt-in-the-mouth meat and delicious treats at the gourmet coffee: everything is there to have a good time and enjoy. We will come back!

10/10/2025: I came to buy some very good quality yellow chicken, despite the relatively high price, it was excellent. However, I asked for very thinly sliced ​​ham. When I got home, the ham was cut at least 3 meters thick. It was almost impossible to make cordon bleus with it, and cutting it so thick really didn't taste good. I also had a piece of onion tart; it was good but extremely salty.

As i who has traveled to many places in Europe, I can say that you should definitely try this flavor. The smiling face of the chef will make this flavor even sweeter. 21/12/2024: A highly recommended hotel with a very well-kept interior. The rooms, the sauna, the restaurant are in top condition and absolutely clean. See pleasant, quiet location. The staff is very friendly, makes a highly motivated and competent entry. The staff is consistently multilingual (French, German, English). The food in the restaurant was very good. I had an excellent entrecôte, my wife an equally fantastic cordon bleu. Compliments to the kitchen. The prices are a little higher but not exorbitant. We can recommend the hotel and restaurant without reservation. We will come again….
