15/01/2026: Passing through Baume-les-Dames, we stopped at this charming restaurant. It was an excellent experience. The service and welcome were very friendly, the morel mushroom tart was delicious, as was the dessert, generously portioned profiteroles. We will gladly return!

Lovely decor, warm welcome, top-notch service (despite being alone, the waitress managed a full house with a smile), delicious and beautifully presented dishes, and plenty of them! 07/03/2026: The forest-style pastry had no crust, a ton of watery sauce, and the mushrooms weren't great. The crust was soggy. Inedible. The second course was tasteless rice. For the price, the quality is very poor.

14/03/2026: We came to try this restaurant and the experience was frankly disappointing. The welcome was cold, the waitress quite unpleasant, and you quickly get the feeling that you're a bother. Furthermore, we noticed preferential treatment given to certain regular customers: they are greeted with a smile and even a complimentary aperitif, something we obviously didn't experience. The worst part was when we asked for the bill: the owner practically scolded us for asking, as if we were bothering her. We clearly felt unwelcome. It's all the more unfortunate because the meal was very good and the dishes were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, with such unpleasant service and a rude welcome, we won't be returning!
