19/04/2026: Visited on a very busy holiday weekend. The restaurant was overwhelmed but the staff stayed efficient and kind throughout. When a printer issue disrupted the ordering system, and with a language barrier on top of it, the team still managed to sort everything out and get us our food without any fuss. Great service under difficult circumstances.

Welcoming, friendly, and very professional, they took the time to give great advice and prepare the sandwiches with care. You can tell they love what they do, and it makes all the difference! Beyond the lack of professionalism, a little common courtesy and politeness wouldn't hurt the two people present today!! The boy is just... Polite, but you can tell he doesn't want to be there... At first, it's annoying... then you quickly understand his attitude when you see this woman talking so loudly to him, "Matias this, Matias that..." telling him he's a pain in the neck and that he absolutely isn't allowed to smoke cigarettes!! What kind of medieval policy is this?!? Seriously!!! We feel for this poor boy... This woman should get some training in customer service and management because absolutely nothing works in this place!! But above all, I don't understand how they can leave the reins of a business to this woman who has absolutely no respect for the customers and who has no business being there!
