16/09/2024: Frankly, the meat is just excellent, however the homemade bread is not great (in my opinion, a little hard) plus the person at the cash register was not clear with me about the menus in the end I had the I have the impression of having been a loser... because there is a story about a menu with fries without fries with a drink without a drink and in the end you might as well take a menu but when you ask the question it is not so clear that it should be...

11/09/2024: I ordered it yesterday after eating it I had horrible pain in my stomach then afterwards I vomited all night I understood this morning

20/08/2024: Friendly and professional staff. Not convinced by some products. The marbled cake and the crottin were not refined enough for my taste for the brand. However, certain pastries such as the Black Forest for example are very good. I'm also less of a fan of the layout of this Jacques boutique compared to others.

20/09/2024: We were served by 2 very friendly and professional young people. The old-fashioned chocolate was very good as well as the coffee. The prices are very reasonable. We will be happy to come back on our next visit.

09/09/2024: Unfortunately, I had a rather poor experience here. For one thing, it purports to be a coffee shop and even sells full bean coffees yet they serve you coffee made from an automatic machine — it’s dreadfully bad. My flat white was so bad that after 2 sips I informed the worker and asked him if there was something wrong. He was completely indifferent to my situation and showed no interest in making a customer happy. I asked for a trash can and the worker helped me throw away the entirely full coffee. I would not have left a bad review (I hate doing so) if it wasn’t for the lack of customer service. Businesses should have to work for your money—not make you something, collect payment, and then act like it’s not their problem if the product is horrible. Sadly, I won’t be back.

24/08/2024: Nous sommes retournées dans ce restaurant après quelques mois de pause La carte est de plus en plus minimaliste ( il manque déjà des plats à 19h .. Accueil sans complaisance .. La qualité dans l’assiette ne suffit pas à fidéliser les clients .. Nous ne reviendrons pas .. La communication fait partie du sens de l’accueil..

11/09/2024: It's been twice in a few months that this chicken has forgotten goods. Before the summer holidays, it was 2 slices of tarts, today it was rolls, i.e. 3 pains au chocolat and 3 croissants... For the 2 slices of tarts, I contacted them by phone immediately upon returning home At my house. I live in Cernay but I didn't have the possibility of coming back the same day, or even 48 hours later, so I gave up. Today, the same, I contact them when I get home, more than 10 minutes on the phone to find out who made the dumplings, basically the person no longer knows if they gave them to me or not. Honestly, I don't care if I call to complain! In addition, I lose more than 30 euros each time. In short, I won't let go of it, I will come back on Friday to pick them up. but please, train your employees properly damn it! The error can happen but twice in a few months that's called theft, right?! When I go to the Wittelsheim chicken coop, no problem, it's still serious, being a resident of Cernay, to have to go to Wittelsheim and no longer to Cernay!

22/08/2024: Really great, I had a bretz'burger, and I tried several in Haut-Rhin, but Issenheim is the best for me. Plus the team is really super nice. Everything was really perfect. It's true that I don't go there often because it's really close to where I live, but that's a mistake, in terms of value for money it's really great.

13/12/2024: Nous allons commencer par le positif, belle carte, du choix, peut-être trop... Carde vraiment typique alsacien --> parfait ! Maintenant le négatif : personnels de service catastrophique, je m'explique, 30 min pour avant de nous proposer un apéritif puis a peine moins 1 heure pour prendre les commandes ! Avec une amabilité de la patronne des lieux ... Je veux bien entendre avoir des problèmes de personnel comme dans beaucoup d'établissements aujourd'hui mais là rien, pas d'excuse, pas d'explication, juste un ''c'est bon ça arrive'' au bout 30 min d'attente après la commande des plats quand nous avons demandé poliment si il y en avait pour long car nous avions des enfants... Bref nous n'avons pas passé un très bon moment uniquement dû au personnel de service, c'est bien dommage car le cadre et les plats sont au rendez-vous.

25/09/2024: I give good stars because it is good and the gentleman is pleasant. A little disappointed because I paid for a tray of Turkish sausages at an unknown price. And only to have little in it. €5 medium tray of fries, €7 per kebab (fair price), €8 large tray of meat* 2. All 28€. And I paid €36..... I didn't notice it right away because I was with my children. Which is equivalent to €8 for five Turkish sausages. Damage.

25/08/2024: This is a small family business. The most delicious KEBAB in the area. Location in the city center of SAINT LOUIS
