02/04/2026: Great place, the food is good, quick, and reasonably priced; however, for the past month and a half, they have stopped accepting restaurant vouchers, whereas I have been coming for three years and there has never been this type of problem.

10/03/2026: The chicken sandwich was delicious; we ordered the 30cm size. The sauce and chicken inside were good. It was served quickly, heated up beforehand. It's a clean and tidy place.
17/02/2026: I went to eat at the Subway in Colmar and had a great time. The welcome was really friendly; you immediately feel at home.
The service was warm and the staff was very kind and professional.
I highly recommend this restaurant and thank the whole team for their warm welcome and kindness!

22/04/2026: April 22, 2026. "Roasted Salmon." The one in the display case looked beautiful, and this is what I found when I got home... Can you imagine the expiration date? With salmon and mayonnaise, I kept it refrigerated in case of food poisoning.
20/04/2026: The service was good, but please check your pastries! I ended up with an animal in mine, it's truly shameful!!!!

30/03/2026: Déçu plusieurs fois, entre une intoxication alimentaire après avoir prit un menu et la qualité de pire en pire, vous perdez une cliente fidèle! Croc mcdo dur comme du béton pas frais du tout, frite carbonniser, le jouet dans le menu enfant on le reçois une fois sur 10 avec uber, fini pour nous.

Fast service, friendly and smiling staff.
One small drawback: they were out of sauces!

09/03/2026: Mother-daughter breakfast, we thought we'd enjoy ourselves to start the week. Little did we know the staff took forever to notice we were waiting for our order. When it finally came time to take our order, we were served by a very unpleasant young woman. We thought, "Oh well, it's not a big deal, we'll enjoy it!" Well, no such luck! We each ordered a brunch for €13.60, which consisted of a small bread roll filled with ham and cold scrambled eggs. Brunch used to be a real brunch. I wasn't expecting this; it was just not good at all. I strongly advise against it! I hope our stomachs can handle those "cold scrambled eggs"... As for us, we'll find a more welcoming and better-quality place for our next romantic get-together.

28/03/2026: I've been a customer for a while now, and since I work downtown, I usually go to the one near Place de la Réunion. Passing through Porte Jeune, I stopped there to buy some food, and I was shocked to hear the "manager" yelling at her employee like a banshee!
Besides being humiliating for this poor woman who was just doing her job, it's even more humiliating to do it in front of all the other customers. I myself am in charge of a team of several people, and I would never, under any circumstances, speak to my employees like that.
I did, however, want to thank the kind lady who served me; she was very pleasant.
But for you, madam, it's shameful to yell like that and belittle employees in front of everyone. If you're not happy with your position and work, it would be best for you to resign.
17/02/2026: Group order for lunch with a team of 10 people. Top-notch organization 👍 Extremely quick and organized order (everyone got their own little bag with their name on it 🫶) and all with a smile 😀

28/02/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery. The staff member, who had multiple piercings and brightly colored hair, was rude and had a strange attitude, especially toward customers who don’t speak French. It made the experience very uncomfortable.
07/02/2026: Apart from one older female employee, the staff are very unfriendly. Paying customers are snapped at if they don't order in French. They are disrespectful and absolutely not customer-oriented.

11/04/2026: Bought a batch of baguettes today, but when I got home they were absolutely inedible. Definitely not fresh or frozen. Seriously, they need to rethink their approach... Straight to the bin.
04/04/2026: We bought a raspberry lemon bunny cake, the saleswoman massacred it with her long nails, moreover the box containing the cake is so dirty that I cannot even present it.

12/09/2024: Très déçus de jour en jour par le service et la qualité des plats de ce restaurant. On décide à notre place du dessert prétextant que ce qui a été choisi n était
plus disponible. Et ce des le 1er soir. Le lendemain,attente de 30 minutes pour nous servir 2 simples verres de crémant,dessert modifié alors que servi à une autre table et ce remplacé à chaque fois par 3 boucles de glace râpées dans un bol!
Le 3 ème soir, nous avons terminé le plat principal vers 23h alors que nous étions à table dès 20 h. Nous avons bien sûr décliné le dessert si tant est qu on nous en aurait encore proposé un!
Le personnel de salle s est confondu en excuses mais le problème doit se trouver ailleurs. Dommage je déconseille à cause de ce service plus que déplorable.
28/08/2024: Tres bon restaurant avec une formule du marché intéressante , dommage tartare avait pas mal de nerfs qui rendait le plat désagréable.
