11/09/2024: It's been twice in a few months that this chicken has forgotten goods. Before the summer holidays, it was 2 slices of tarts, today it was rolls, i.e. 3 pains au chocolat and 3 croissants... For the 2 slices of tarts, I contacted them by phone immediately upon returning home At my house. I live in Cernay but I didn't have the possibility of coming back the same day, or even 48 hours later, so I gave up. Today, the same, I contact them when I get home, more than 10 minutes on the phone to find out who made the dumplings, basically the person no longer knows if they gave them to me or not. Honestly, I don't care if I call to complain! In addition, I lose more than 30 euros each time. In short, I won't let go of it, I will come back on Friday to pick them up. but please, train your employees properly damn it! The error can happen but twice in a few months that's called theft, right?! When I go to the Wittelsheim chicken coop, no problem, it's still serious, being a resident of Cernay, to have to go to Wittelsheim and no longer to Cernay!

25/09/2024: Very friendly place, however the staff needs to be reviewed. We come to eat and the waitress completely ignored us and didn't even try to seat us. It’s really a shame…

Their efficiency and courtesy are appreciable. The premises are well appointed and impeccably clean. With plenty of tables available, it's easy to find a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the appeal of the place. However, the quality of the products is average. The dishes are OK but don't particularly stand out. Regarding the prices, they are a little high compared to the quality of the products offered. A price review could make the experience more satisfactory

11/07/2024: The baguettes are not cooked they are white when we asked the saleswoman she told us they are perfect, there were several of us who thought about it. If you go to a bakery you won't find this kind of baguette, sorry but a white baguette is not cooked. Very disappointed.

02/09/2024: I am used to going to several Poulaillon restaurants, this brand was my favorite bakery when I came to this one I was terribly shocked by the staff, two women and one man in particular who criticized me for my appearance when I was there. returned my husband who saw the scene was also shocked by such a lack of respect towards the customers the two probably jealous woman criticized my body and my face the man when he laughed and criticized me in turn It's been a month since I've been able to get over it. I'll never put a foot in the door again. The restaurant was very dirty and no one was served properly.
