22/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! This bakery, pastry shop, and tea room offers a wide variety of products and also serves food. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff are lovely. 👍👍

28/09/2026: If we could give less than one star, we would. Yesterday, Sunday, September 27th, we placed an order for delivery through the McDonald's app. The very aggressive delivery driver forced us to accept the order after he had just spilled half of it, knocking over all the drinks. On top of that, the ice creams were placed directly on the burgers without any support. Let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. We tried to contact McDonald's, who told us they couldn't do anything and that they could see I was using the app. I then tried to file a complaint through the app, which was refused. So we called McDonald's again and asked what to do. They gave us an email address and their first name to get a response from the manager. Having received no reply today, we went to the McDonald's in person. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that neither the email address nor the first name we were given actually existed. What kind of manager do you have? It's truly shameful! Thankfully, today's manager (Monday, September 28th) salvaged the situation and completely satisfied us with his kindness and professionalism. Five stars to him! -10 for your other "manager," if that's really what he is, because we don't know.

27/09/2026: We tried the Bluelock menu and ended up with cat hair in our burgers, even though we don't own a cat.

15/10/2026: Excellent, only disadvantage is that it has to be taken and eaten in the car, at home. We also enjoyed it with our grandson. What is in the photo for 10€ but it is a lot.

06/10/2026: I've been a customer at Kader's for several years and have never had a problem, but the salesman this afternoon was incredibly unpleasant. I've always ordered the same thing, and it's always been made for me, but this guy told me he didn't want to make that sandwich. As long as he's there, I won't be ordering from them again.

14/09/2026: A truly excellent bakery! The products are delicious and the service is top-notch. A special mention goes to the young saleswoman, who is adorable, smiling, very pleasant, and genuinely friendly. It's a pleasure to be greeted with such good cheer and kindness 😊 She definitely makes you want to come back! I recommend this bakery 100% 🥐🥖❤️

06/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit to Poulaillon in Mulhouse. I wanted to use the restroom while I was a customer, seated on the terrace. The first unpleasant experience was when they asked me if I was a customer, even though I immediately told them I was. Then, they asked for my ID to get the restroom key. I understand that with the number of customers and the occasional rudeness, you want to take precautions, but waiting more than 15 minutes just to use the restroom is unacceptable, especially when you're with a child who simply needs to use the toilet. You really need to find another solution: provide multiple keys, implement a faster system, or reorganize everything. Making customers wait so long for something so basic is truly a shame. And to top it all off, the staff were neither friendly nor welcoming! An experience that frankly leaves much to be desired, and this kind of situation can easily ruin a visit.
