21/09/2024: Personnel grossier agressif, qui se permet d'insulter les clients, ambiance ordurière et chapelet d'injures au menu au McDonald de Jacou .
Je mets une étoile parce qu'on ne peut pas mettre moins, jamais plus je ne remettrais les pieds dans un établissement McDonald et je ne manquerais pas de relayer les faits dans mon entourage.
C'est une honte, la gendarmerie a dû intervenir.

As someone who follows regular customers, I was practically insulted as a thief when I really miss a medium-sized fries and nuggets by 6 when passing through the drive-thru. 18/09/2024: Simply put, just an average experience. We arrived at 13.30 and were hurried through our meal so that they could close at 14.45. Food and service were average at best and coffee was possibly the least enjoyable I have had in France. Great location but thrives, I suspect, on the captive tourist market that creates.

26/09/2024: Order placed on the website at 7:13 p.m. for immediate delivery, delivery made at 10:01 p.m., this is unacceptable! The pizza arrived almost cold so I had to reheat it. It was also very poorly made. Already on the 25cm diameter of the pizza, there is approximately 6cm of crust plus 2-3cm of surface without any ingredient apart from the sauce so you have approximately half of the surface of the pizza without ingredients, and the crust is not not good. The few ingredients arranged are concentrated in the center of the pizza. Beef meatballs and dried mushrooms. Tiny dose of ham and bacon. No seasoning. The taste was very average. In short, this establishment is a pure scam that I invite you all to avoid!

In the meantime the tray remains on the counter for 5 minutes everything cools down no one serves it and when you make the remark to redo everything you almost blame it and wait again I'm not even sure they don't reheat them

I agree with the recent comments, the salespeople are simply execrable. The smile and the sympathy are forgotten but that's at the limit on a bad day, politeness on the other hand remains the basis. When you don't want to do business, you do something else.
If these sellers have direction, it would be time to act. If ladies are the directors, education and professionalism are to be learned!
Taste-wise, the ice creams are expensive and inedible.
If a competitor wants to set up shop, there is market share to be seized!
11/08/2024: I recommend great place to eat good little desserts. A young girl served me and it was really very generous ice creams, she is very friendly, smiling and knows how to recognize her loyal customers for 3 years!
A real pleasure, I will return very soon!

I came to order ice cream with my pregnant cousin and my boyfriend. my cousin not having enough money, I took an ice cream that I planned to share with her and my boyfriend also had an ice cream. so we headed upstairs to be able to settle in warm
An employee came to confront us, telling us that there were only two ice creams so only two people could go upstairs, we tried to negotiate, but to no avail he stood in front of my friend , he told her
“stop acting like you’re not happy, you’re going home”
I am extremely disappointed to see the staff react like this to their customers. the security guard did not intervene and therefore made us leave the McDonald’s.
27/09/2024: The staff is really unpleasant, the manager allows himself to speak badly to customers, he insults them and respects no one, this McDonald's should really be avoided, choose the one at the station which is 5 minutes from this one.
