28/09/2026: I've been coming to this café for a few years now, and I was disappointed yesterday and today. The waiter wasn't very pleasant, had no sense of humor, and took the money instead of his colleague because the younger one didn't have time. He made it very clear that we were bothering him.

09/09/2026: As a loyal customer for many years, I am never disappointed and recommend the pizzas from La Provençale; the owner is super friendly and the employees are too.

02/08/2026: We ate at this restaurant last night as a family because I'm gluten intolerant, so let me tell you, even in Italy I haven't eaten such good pizzas! They were excellent, a very pleasant surprise, and it will definitely be a highlight of my move to the area. Thank you again for delighting my taste buds! 🥰🥰

02/10/2026: A 21-minute wait at 5 PM, with literally ZERO customers and no orders in progress. And unfortunately, this isn't even an isolated incident at this KFC: it's a recurring problem. During my previous visit, about three weeks to a month ago, I waited an hour and twenty minutes. The explanation given at the time was: a lot of sick leave and a staff shortage. Today, the new explanation: my chicken had to be prepared on-site and "that takes time." I can perfectly understand that preparation takes a few minutes, but 21 minutes in a completely empty fast-food restaurant at 5 PM, after already enduring a 1 hour and twenty-minute wait on a previous visit, is becoming increasingly unacceptable. With each visit, there seems to be a new reason to justify these completely disproportionate delays. A one-off incident is one thing. When it becomes a recurring problem, it's no longer just an incident. At what point do 20-minute to over-an-hour waits become normal in a fast-food restaurant? This KFC in Béziers was a huge disappointment. There's clearly an organizational problem that needs fixing.

01/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Overall, McDonald's was pretty good. The order was correct and the food was good, although the wait was a bit long and the organization could be improved, especially when it's busy. The staff was generally pleasant, but the service was sometimes a little slow. The dining area was decent and the experience was acceptable for a quick meal. Nothing disastrous, but a few improvements to the wait times, organization, and service would really make the experience more enjoyable.

15/08/2026: It was absolutely disgusting! Low-quality pizza and way too salty! Avoid it if you're a pizza lover 🤮 And to top it off, the pasta wasn't the same. Why? I don't know… (Don't judge a book by its cover)

15/08/2026: We ordered three pizzas: - A four-cheese pizza with only tasteless, industrial cheeses, and the goat cheese was awful. At €13.50 for a large, it's expensive! 🤡 - A Regina pizza with a very thin, very dry crust. I think if we had ordered the €3 pizza from Carrefour, it would have been the same. The ingredients are frozen (mushrooms, ham, etc.). At €11.50 for a large, it's okay, but with good quality ingredients, it would be better! 🤡 - And finally, a Campagnarde pizza with a very thick, very dry crust, again with bacon that had been bought three weeks ago and frozen, so, needless to say, it was more than salty. Not to mention the cheese, which was full of fat and indescribable because it was so salty and bad. At €12.50 for a large, it's expensive for such poor quality and bad ingredients! 🤡 Obviously, I absolutely do not recommend this pizza place, and I hope it closes down soon because it's going to be a real letdown. What a bunch of clowns 🤡

10/09/2026: Arrived at 10:45 PM. We were allowed in, then the manager kicked us out without even saying good evening. No polite greeting whatsoever, except for, "At this hour, it's outside at the drive-thru; I've closed all the kiosks!" Convenient for the young women who were walking in front of us. Shameful for a chain of this reputation.

09/09/2026: The order was brought to our table, which is generally very convenient. It took a little while, though. The food itself was okay, but not really good, even by McDonald's standards. The restaurant is actually nicely decorated, but unfortunately, it was very dirty in many places. I don't think it's a good system that the employees always have to carry the trays through the anteroom to the restrooms. All in all, it's certainly worth a visit, but this McDonald's restaurant isn't exactly a highlight.

19/07/2026: A very bad experience at this McDonald's. The staff were rude and disrespectful from beginning to end. I felt like I was bothering them simply by placing my order. A minimum of courtesy towards customers should be the norm. The customer service is truly appalling. I will not return until the situation improves.

19/07/2026: They can't even make two McFleury sandwiches properly. I waited 20 minutes between the kiosks and ordering, only to find out they can't even make two McFleury sandwiches correctly. It's really best to avoid them.

16/09/2026: We visited the region and this pretty little port where the Taverne du Port is located. We received a very warm welcome, being wheelchair users. Unlike other restaurants where wheelchair users are not welcome, we were seated on the terrace. The atmosphere is friendly, attentive, and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it. The menu is excellent and well worth the trip. Bravo to the whole team, especially Madame Orgerit from Vendée!

14/09/2026: We loved our dinner at La Taverne du Port. The menu, while small, still allowed us to choose delicious dishes and plates. The service was also very welcoming. I highly recommend it.

06/06/2026: APPALLING!!! We encountered a DISRESPECTFUL employee today! A very tall man with a disdainful smile made us a TINY sandwich, clearly just dumped the cheese in, and went to the back kitchen to talk to his colleagues. Not appreciating his attitude, we were ready to leave. A very kind employee stopped us and apologized for him, admitting that the sandwich was tiny and offering to make it again. We accepted because she was clearly kind and deserved respect. His colleague came back, completely disregarding the tiny sandwich and his pathetic attitude, which made us feel humiliated! With a smile on his face, he continued to be dismissive and said, "Anyway, I only have one week left here, so I don't care!" Some kind of manager tried to take charge but clearly wasn't up to the task, telling US to calm down! Is this a joke?! Now the customer has to stoop to paying for terrible service? Another employee tried to get involved and came over, squashing the sandwich while getting angry and saying, "Okay, we'll make the sandwich again!"!! I've never seen an employee SMASH food in their hands! It's unbelievable what's happening at this Subway! I think the employees do whatever they want, respect nothing and no one, it's like a schoolyard!!! (Except for that one very kind young woman, who has no business being there, get out of here fast!)

19/07/2026: Super friendly service 👍🏻. Unfortunately, the cocktails left much to be desired. I've never had such a bad Long Island Iced Tea, and the champagne cocktail with raspberries was far too sweet. The cocktails arrived very quickly, as if everything was already prepared – just ice and garnish needed, and that was it 😕

02/06/2026: Best queer bar in Montpellier, everyone is welcome, the bartenders are lovely, and the atmosphere is very friendly, even familial. A great bar even if you come alone, as the regulars won't hesitate to chat and make you feel comfortable. I've been there countless times and I'll be back as soon as it reopens.
