11/08/2025: A warm and friendly place! The welcome is always smiling and friendly, whether you're having a coffee at the counter or buying a few items at the tobacconist's. The service is fast, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. You feel right at home, with a regular and friendly clientele. A real pleasure to spend time there.

10/12/2025: The moment you walk into this place, the atmosphere is cold, the staff are practically grumpy, the toilets are dirty, and the service really needs improvement. It's a shame, I usually have a very pleasant and smiling waiter, but today he was awful!

05/02/2026: I went there today, February 5, 2026, to have a panini and a tuna bagel. The tuna in the bagel was awful! It took me eight hours for the lingering aftertaste to disappear!

28/02/2026: A very bad experience today at McDonald's in Romorantin around 1 p.m. I placed my order at the kiosk, so it was clearly recorded. There was a first mistake in the order. These things happen. I calmly pointed it out. They brought me the order… and then a second mistake. I had ordered a Croque McDo. The result: two slices of bread, without cheese or ham. For the price we pay, serving literally empty bread is unbelievable. When I simply asked for what I had ordered and paid for, the employee at the order assembly station (the one who puts the items in bags and on trays, a short, blonde woman with glasses) was particularly unpleasant and condescending. She literally laughed in my face and responded aggressively, implying that the mistake was my fault, even though the order had been placed at the kiosk and was therefore written down. Making two mistakes is already regrettable. Failing to apologize and adopting an accusatory tone towards a customer is, however, unacceptable. I would like to emphasize that the other team members were professional, pleasant, and able to rectify the situation. Thank you to them. Working in the restaurant industry myself, I know that to err is human. But the very least one can do is acknowledge the mistake and correct it courteously. Disappointing experience.

22/02/2026: We stopped at this McDonald's... it's better when it's hot... especially since there was no one there, so no wait, so no reason for it to arrive cold...
