29/05/2026: It's not even 8 pm yet and everything except the gas station is closed! I'm stuck here with my truck and need to take a break 😒 I bought some toast at the gas station because I have to eat something. €5.50! It's unbelievable how you get ripped off here. 🤬😡 I'm definitely not coming back here.

01/05/2026: We tried the lunch special, which consisted of a cold drink, a fresh and tasty wrap, and a delicious apple tart. Everything was served with a smile, which was really nice.

28/03/2026: On every visit, we are helped in a very, very friendly manner. Cheerful and polite. Had a nice cup of coffee with a treat on the side.

23/04/2026: Blois, the first stop on the May road trip along the Loire. The place isn't anything special, but it's a real eye-catcher from the outside. 😘 Inside, the food is amazing - steaks, snails, and steak tartare... First-class steaks! Being in France and not trying snails? Everyone should definitely try it! Baked veal sweetbreads - yum, what a texture! Soft, velvety meat. You can tell they've perfected it. So delicious, it's a shame to skip dessert. Don't judge a book by its cover. You could easily pass by this place and just ignore it.

12/08/2026: I'm giving it another try after a terrible experience with Paris-Brest pastries, which were not only expensive but also stale and therefore absolutely inedible... this time, I bought several baguettes and loaves of bread: the bread is completely soggy 🫤! Frankly, the quality is truly lacking in every respect 🤔!!

21/08/2026: It's a lovely place, I've been here twice. It was comfortable off-season, not crowded. During peak season, we waited in line for 20 minutes and then barely found a place to sit down and grab a bite, so you need to plan your time for that, too.

20/08/2026: We received a terrible welcome. We sat down and ordered, but 45 minutes later we still hadn't been served, so we had to leave because we had a boat reservation. We left without having eaten—it's outrageous! Avoid at all costs!

02/08/2026: But it's SO SLOW... And it's a puff pastry bakery, so the products are good. And as usual in puff pastry shops, the service is very slow, but this one is the worst I've ever experienced... even in the morning when there are 5 or 6 people, and lots of employees, only one person serves (two if it's our lucky day). It's so SLOW... Even if everyone only buys a few pastries, we spend ages waiting... It makes you wonder if the employees have been instructed to serve people extremely slowly so we look at the products and everything else. So, the solution is to check if there's a long queue and turn around and leave if there is. But the products are good, and despite everything, the employees are smiling and polite. But unfortunately, I hardly ever go there anymore. I prefer to go to the Patapain bakery at the roundabout, because at least you're served faster.

21/07/2026: I ordered a salad and half of it was rotten, completely wilted; I think it was yesterday. It tasted awful. And the cottage cheese was sharp. Nothing was fresh. They should probably put labels with the production date. Great for €13. Be careful what you buy there. And this requirement to spend over €6 or they won't accept credit cards is unacceptable. Just to force people to buy more.

29/07/2026: We waited a long time, the fries arrived cold and without salt, my son had ordered a cheeseburger without onion or pickle, as he always does (and this is the third time in a row we've come), and the cheeseburger ended up with all the ingredients. We got our desserts elsewhere. Disappointing; we pay a lot and we don't get what we want.
